OMG. The subtle undertones made me laugh so much. I love it.
We know that Butterfly's character is a female, but this is a CIG featuring a dude who is
currently conducting a play in front of an audience.
In the real William Shakespeare's time, England outlawed women from acting (and didn't allow women to act until some time past Shakespeare's death). In an all-male troupe other males (typically boys before their voices changed) were given women's parts.

actor Butterfly that we see in the CIG art is a man (also: obvious lack of chest). Butterfly's
character is female, but the actor in the CIG is male.
I think it's quirky and cute. I think certain artists have their hand prints all over this subtle undertone *cough* and it's reaaaal funny.
biggrin
What do you guys think?
Surprised, or not?
xd
If more people knew about this do you think they'd stop playing the CIG? (which is ridiculous!!)
Is the reason this CIG so beautiful because it's-
