Makeup, Facial Definition, Headmods & Bust/Muscle Definition

I revamped my original makeup guide and now, hopefully, I won't hit the character limit again! Emphasis on the hopefully.

Same info as before, but with a few new additions. Mostly meaning that my separate guides for mouths and object heads were smooshed into this one. Also, tiny sections for age-related mods (like wrinkles or acne), vitiligo, censor bars, and muscular arms/legs were added. Okay. Fine. Pretty much the only thing I didn't re-organize was the bust section because good gravy, there are several hundred and there's a limit to my masochism. emotion_facepalm

tldr; re-created/moved guide, want people to be able to find this new version!
