Please be patient with me as I gather the list. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

I'll be listing the new items only from this CI, I won't be covering the art or the
re-releases so feel free to start your own should you be interested.
I'll be listing related threads as they are created, feel free to quote me if I missed one.
And last but not least, please be sure to thank the artists for all of their hard work!
