Marketplace/User Safety
Hello staff. =)
A few months ago the block list was extended to the marketplace for a few days which caused major backlash and concern for unfair reports and warnings. However, the issue of user safety from harassment using the feature has not been addressed since then.
For that, I propose an idea. We currently receive notifications, PMs, and MP notices stating the username of anyone who purchased from our stores. This allows users to stalk and harass people by buying from their shops. This also allows users to be harassed when participating in auctions and buying mis-priced items. I think that a good solution for this would be to remove the usernames from said notifications like so:
Current:
(Username) purchased your "(item name)" in the Marketplace for (amount) Gold
New:
"(Item name)" has sold in the Marketplace for (amount) Gold
This would remove the ability to see who is purchasing from a users store, preventing the ability to harass users as there would be no way to know who is making said purchase from user side.

Yes we had came to a similar conclusion ourselves. The only question is whether to block out the name only when an ignored user made a purchase, or block out the names on all notifications. Will collect more opinions before making this decision moving forward.

Marketplace/Items
Some users are able to remove items from their wishlists, but still many are not able to. I am unable to remove/trash from the Account page nor the item's MP listing page. Both actions just "reset" my wishlist to what it was about 2 weeks ago - wiping the items I have added to the wishlist since and even moving items I had rearranged (via both the regular and beta arrangers).

This bug should have been fixed yesterday. Will double check on this account.

Can we get an option to delete our entire wishlist? And have a confirmation by typing our password to avoid any mistakes? I have way too many pages and would like to just be rid of it all.
Currently, I am unable to delete anything at all.

Currently there is a way to delete an entire page by using the "mark all" function, and if you set a high item count per page, it shouldn't take long at all. We can build a delete all feature but it might not save you that much more time.

Can you please find a way to charge me for the Angel Subscription at midnight (CT)? It's getting really annoying hearing my notifications go off at 5 or so in the morning.

The renewal process starts at midnight PDT but not every account is charged at that time; it is determined by how and when an individual's bank processes the transaction.
These charges are done in batches to prevent overloading the banking institutions with a number of simultaneous requests and can take some time to work through the entire list of subscribers. Once the charge is requested, we have to wait for a reply from the subscriber's bank, and every bank operates differently. For charges, some banks reply as soon as they get a request, some banks batch up requests and do them when they get to a certain threshold, some banks do them at certain times of the day. Another wrinkle that may cause delays is fraud protection. Some banks need to take the time to check to see if you've made the charge before, some notify a user of a charge before processing it, some do as above and only check possible fraud stuff in batches/certain times.
This will be why you're getting notifications at 5AM, and this is also why there can be a delay between when a subscriber is notified of the charge being requested and when their monthly Gaia Cash, Sealed Angel Item, and other subscriber benefits are granted to their account.

General
Yes, I just got back after a year of being banned over something that was dumb of me that involved mules and irl friends "roleplaying" with said mules in some kind of business/bank thingy, but the number of mules you can have was never really clear to me. Also, I had a certain friend who roleplayed on a mule and said things against ToS that I think was the final nail in the coffin, even though she was warned that even with the "character" she was playing, Gaia isn't like the forums she was used to. 18+ years on the site and I get banned over one time I try to do something more akin to a roleplaying and group thing with friends. I was never banned before that as I followed all the rules and kept a generally low profile because of a fear of getting banned, because there was just so much on the line with my closer accounts I had for ages. Though I wish the number of mules you can have or utilize for gold/plat making can be made clearer. Who can I talk to about this?

There has never been a limit on the number of mules you can have if you're simply using them as alternate characters for roleplay, as a host for a thread, as an alternate persona around the site, or for other similar purposes. However, these accounts should not be used for gold farming, such as collecting daily grants and bonuses on those accounts and moving the accumulated gold/items into your main. It's effectively a form of cheating, as is hacking, scamming, botting, and buying gold, and those found cheating will lose their accounts.
Our Terms of Service, under the Gold/Platinum, Virtual Currency section, informs you that:

Gaia may halt, suspend, discontinue, or reverse any Gold/Platinum transaction (whether proposed, pending or past) in cases of actual or suspected fraud, violations of these Terms or other laws or regulations, to conform with revisions to these Terms, or deliberate disruptions to or interference with Gaia Online, such as creating multiple secondary accounts strictly to accumulate Gold/Platinum by using site features and then funneling it to a singular account.
