Outside -
The exterior of the tavern is old and worn. Two windows sit on either side of the door, shuttered from the inside. A two story building, small and narrow, it lies nestled between a rather loud and rowdy tavern that goes by the vulgar name of 'The Bowels of the Earth', its sign regularly vandilized by children flinging dung. The other building is a storefront, selling weapons. The outside of the tavern is unremarkable, made of stone and wood. The front door, wooden, is tired and worn with a shining copper handle, as if replacing the handle of the door would be enough. A brazier sits next to the door, lit at night to guide those curious enough to venture in, to the door.
First Floor -
Upon entrance, you are greeted with a rather laid back environment. One might be surprised at the modest interior, considering the worn exterior of the building. The room is long and narrow, albeit spacious, with worn wooden floors. To your right is the traditional wooden bar, stained with a dark finish. Behind the bar, is the cliche'd mirror and shelves of liquor. A wine wrack hangs from the ceiling, and on either side of the shelving, which framed the mirror, was a shelf of steins. Beneath the counter you'll have your normal glasses and cups with a small cold box which stored different condiments like cream, with some alcoholic drinks that demanded cool storage. Behind the bar, is a door leading to the cellar, which houses the kegs and is home to the owner of the establishment.
Opposite of the bar, on the other side of the room, is an assortment of tables and chairs, encircling a small fireplace. The ground around the fireplace is cobble stone, as to avoid hazards, of course.
Across the long main room, opposite of entrance, is a narrow stair case, leading to the upstairs which houses a couple of spare rooms for guests who wish to spend the night.
Second Floor -
The second floor is home to 6 bedrooms lined down a hallway. Each room varies in beds, but in general, is rather simple: 4 poster bed (or a couple of single beds), a closet, small bathroom, a dresser, a chair, an oil lamp and a window.
Cellar -
Bare, the cellar is restricted to guests, often only frequented by the owner and those who tend the bar. On one wall is a wine wrack, to the other is some shelving with various drinks stored according to their name in alphabetic order (She obviously had free time). To the back, you will find the door that leads to the kitchen. The kitchen is nothing fancy. Painfully simple. In the center is the island. To one side is the burners/stove, to the other is the cold storage. A small staircase in the back of the kitchen leads to a door that, of course, leads to the back of the building, outside. The door is almost always kept locked.
Another room leads off from the kitchen. In this room, is one more bedroom/living room which contains a seating area, a fireplace and a bed. This would be the owners residence.
Outside -
The Wealthy Fox is located on the corner of Snail Street and Simple Street, just west from Virgins Square. Virgins square is a market. The Tavern sits in the shadow of the Plinth, a temple that is frequented by all faiths. None are barred from its doors. Located near by are various shops and taverns, and the street is often congested by unrelenting crowds during the day. The tavern doesn't particularly stand out between The Bowels of the Earth and The Two Swords, but she does her best at inviting stragglers curious enough to venture in.
