There was once the grand city of Luna, it was prosperous and well kept. The People were happy, having homes and jobs for all. Unfortunately, this peace did not last...



One day, a great fire took claim of all the city, burning almost everything to the ground.Like any other sensible city, it immediately took to re building their city,..although one section was left unfinished, due to lack of funding or so they were told.



The Name was Changed to Carson City and it was no longer is a paradise that it past name presented. Their new government change everything so all would run on a precise schedule. Those who will not follow the norm of this fine tuned city were banished to the ruins, where it is a free man;s zone, free of rules but filled with Criminal and outcasts.

This is where we come in. One of the few people in Carson City grew tired of it overbearing needs to be in line, so was able to get a transfer to Free Man's land with all her connections in tact. With her status and her bank account, she was able to form of what would be a equivalent to a Hotel. This is a hot spot in the this free land,and one of the few places to get a decent job without crossing to CC for hard labor or performance for those who as outsides to the city.

CC's Government is a total dictatorship, control almost all of the people's activities. Every one has their job for the better of the city, and anything that is not involved with the city is not acceptable. All is on a strict schedule that has to be followed by the seconds. Being late by even a second can land you ReEducation.

ReEducation is a places were the place those so disturb the peace and harmony of the city but still have a chance to redeem them selves.It it pretty much a brainwashing facility. Those who still continued to disrupt are sent to F,M.L aka Free Man's Land. Free Man's Land is a laws less part of the city, anything goes.The old, handicapped, homosexual, crooks, gangs and couples who give birth without permission reside there as well. They are referred as "The Oddies" for not all are bad,..just don;t fit into the CC environment. Here, she established a hotel, hoping it would make these people's Lives brighter and not live under strict schedules.There is also a group of rebels called the Returners, hoping to return CC back to Luna once more. Although, CC will not just let some of troublesome hell raisers or their own highest class citizen get away with sliding under their radar.

2) Keep it PG-13 people! We have those innocent of mind drop by here also.
3) No cybering. Seriously, keep that nasty business in the PMs..
4) No God-Modding! That just makes look idiotic and noobish, rather then impressive.
5) Only Me and Staff are excused when it comes to people being bother some and needing to be kicked out and nothing more.
6) Be respectful to Staff and the other customers.
7) Try to have posts longer the a sentence. We all need to brush up on our writing skill, why not doing it while having fun.
8 ) Don't advertising without permission. If you really are that desperate, then PM meh and I put a Link in the Announcements
9) Please try not to destroy this place. It is rather old building and it get annoying try re-build everything. If it is necessary for the story line, then PM meh ahead of time.
10) This is a Plot driven Rp, so there will be some drama here.
11)Please Advice me of all plot twists and have no hard feelings if they are somehow rejected.
12) You must have permission to fight or kill someone from the other person.
13) No Harassing people on their beliefs,race, gender, or sexual preferences.

~Tour~

As you walk down the run down street of Cheriwood, ex- fashion district of the city, you will eventually be lead to an alleyway. At the very end, there would be two bared windows next to a doorway.

You near the doorway,being bathed in the dimly light of the lantern, too stubborn to be blown away by the cold winds. A small slit will open from the upper part of the door, with two narrow eyes coldly examining you. After a minute, the slot will slid shut and the door will open by it self. Entering inside, the door quickly slams shut behind you, leaving you with a faint ray of light of the stubborn lantern. You fumble around until you feel a solid brick wall. As you start think why you have came here, the wall does an odd thing, it starts opening up.From the opening you witness a marvelous lobby that would seem to belong in movie then a poor area which you were once in.

Behind the desk , would be a young woman with long curling purple hair and large golden feline eyes.

"Hello, I'm the own of La Luna, the place that you are currently in. Let me tell you more this place as in store for you." She said in a light welcoming tone.

On the first floor, to the left of the lobby is out 4 star Restaurant, Chef's Delight. Here you can pretty much get anything you many want at a reasonable price. There will always will be special's on our Board, helping those unsure customers.

On floor 2 thru 6, we have the suites or bedroom. Here you can come and check in here at the lobby, and go relax after your day. We have 2 Types of Suits, Regular, and Deluxe.

Here In The Axess! is our "Night Club" though It could be used during day hours as well. Here you can dance the day way, and a few drinks

Ah..The Casino floor. Here you can play on the slots or play cards with our dealers. We have pool tables set up here and a large screens playing sports of all kinds. Also, off to the side, we have an arcade with all the last game systems available.

Basement Level: Fight Club!

Have a craving of punching some one's lights out? Well here we have our own fighting ring where about anything goes, Here you can fight for money or just for the heck of it, or you can just watch people beat the crap outta each other.

Outside : Beach

A little way from here is a white sand beach, that is hidden behind a dense forest and ruined buildings. There you can get a tan and have some water fun. Also near there is a indoor Hot springs near there also. We have transportation for you ready if you are unable to get there on foot.

A young girl with long light purple hair sat on red and gold round seating that was in the center of the lobby. Anxiously does she wait for everyone come in, hopping that her advertising worked as she fidget with the hem of her blue silk gown..

Sigh.....I wonder where everyone is...I'm sure even my employs should be here at this time. The young hotel owner thought to her lonesome.

"Do not underestimate a butler."

"Good morning, Miss Hoshi." A male's voice greeted his new employer from behind. How exactly did he get there? Well, he was a vampire...

He walked around so that she could see him without bending her neck. Arthur's dark bangs fell into his eyes as he bowed to her and stood up tall and straight again. He was a thin, almost sickly looking being with pale skin as a ghost and held an air of creepy mysteriousness. It was because of this that he was able to lure people into him, or cast them away.

"You look simply stunning today." To most, being a butler was almost like a mindless, opinion-less, please your master/lady type of job. 'Just a mere butler...' people would say to him. True, but because of that, it was able to keep this untamed vampire out of trouble most of the time.

Well, that was what he figured out a long, long time ago, in his years when he had been 'just a butler'.

Mizuki jumped a bit in her seat, when she heard a soothing male voice saying " Good Morning, Miss Hoshi."

"Heh, Good Morning to you to, Mister Blauvelt." Mizuki replied trying to sound warmly and startled at all. Cause she wasn't, of course.

" Why thanks, Blauvelt.You look rather Handsome yourself, today"

When isn't he.... She thought to herself.It wasn't everyday when a teenager like her self becomes a boss to adults....and Vampires.She always wonder why any other species that aren't humans are way more good looking then humans.Well, most of the time. Seeing that her thoughts wondered off again, Mizuki shook her head slightly, bringing her back to reality.

"Hmm...You think anyone will be coming in soon, Balvelt? I hope word got out about this place...."

We are the Returners, and we will bring back our beloved Luna.

Location: Carson City, in one of the several secret underground bases of The Returners.
Day: Monday, two months prior.
Time: 1:00 am.

Kurokage sat at his desk at the Returner base, sighing a bit to himself as he looked over the reports of the last few days. More and more people were being thrown out of Carson City and into Free Man's Land; people who had no reason to suffer living off the desolate wasteland of the ruins left untouched after the great fire destroyed Luna. No reason other than being "Oddies," people who did not conform to the ways of the now "Carson City," people who were repeat offenders for breaking the law. The ridiculous laws that made no sense to Kurokage; innocent people would be sent there, just for having a child without permission from the Carson City officials! Or perhaps for acting a certain way, or for being disabled. It was ridiculous.

What was more, more and more of his Returner comrades were being captured. Those who he had fought alongside with were now against him, brainwashed due to the Re-education processes, or worse, had been slaughtered.

Kurokage looked on, his eyes hardening at the reports. He sighed as he placed them down on his desk, wondering to himself just what to do. It was easier when all he had been was a Defender, helping out the Returners as best as he could, providing information and weapons and such. Now he was a Leader, a position he never expected to earn. As a Leader, he had to make decisions, had to be held responsible for things like this. What would be their course of action? What would they do now?

He just wasn't sure what to do. He couldn't be careless, he couldn't afford to be. But what was he to do now?

He looked over at a photograph at his desk. Two girls, one with indigo hair and another with sky blue hair, were shown in the photograph. Two girls he had met earlier when they were only children, in the years when they had been rebuilding Luna. When he helped to rebuild the city, only for it to turn into this. Suddenly, he remembered something. He walked over to a calendar nearby, looking at the date. He remembered from a letter he had received a week ago from the indigo-haired girl that she was to be opening her hotel two months from now. The hotel she had set up on Free Man's Land, to do her part to help make life easier for those living there. The hotel she had christened the name of "La Luna." He smiled softly as he recalled the name. Luna...just you wait, you guys. Someday soon, we'll get our city back. Luna will be the paradise it used to be. I promise.

Arthur let a smile play upon his thin lips while he observed his young employer's movements. "Of course, Miss Hoshi. Any minute now..." Arthur said, sounding slightly eager. He couldn't see how anyone wouldn't stay at this gorgeous hotel. If he didn't get the job he currently had, then he would be rushing to the hospitality today. Just like he rushed to get this butler job...

"Tea, Miss Hoshi? While you wait?" Arthur offered. Serving tea seemed to be the main thing people think about when they hear the word butler. Arthur also didn't just want to stand around on the first day of work. Meeting his co-workers was none of his concern either, unless it need be. (Not to say he wasn't at least a bit curious...) Arthur was here to serve the guests and Miss Hoshi.

Aimee had been busying herself upstairs with sheets and the like, making sure Miss Hoshi's bed was made before she had done anything else during the morning of the opening. Since the room was cleaned and fixed up, Aimee had decided that she would start from the downstairs and work her way up...
Or maybe since she was upstairs work her way down?
She sighed. Working down seemed to be a good idea. Less time lost going from the downstairs all the way back up.

There really wasn't much for Aimee to do. After all, barely any one lived here yet. She had made it downstairs in no time, dusting everything with her hand made goose feather duster. This was when Aimee had spotted her co-worker, the head butler. Charming fellow with an air around him that made her look at him every time. Also kind of creepy feeling, but Aimee was attracted to benevolence and mystery and the like so that just made him more interesting. Aimee drew her attention back to the dusting and moved from her spot to another, fixing up the place.
She, too, was curious about their new guests and co-workers, probably more so than Arthur.

Has it's ups and downs and disappointments and that annoying guy next to you screaming his head off about the loops while eating a hot dog.
