I've never had a problem with the mods...actually i don't even really know who they are. I wouldn't even know if i was talking to one.
That very day two of them were going to a village named Rufus, about seven miles from Gambino, and talking with each other about all these things that had happened. While they were talking and discussing together, a Mod drew near and went with them. But their eyes were kept from recognizing him. And he said to them, "What is this conversation which you are holding with each other as you walk?" And they stood still, looking sad. Then one of them, named Meghan, answered him, "Are you the only visitor to Gambino who does not know the things that have happened there in these days?"
And he said to them, "What things?" And they said to him, "Concerning Billy the Mad, who was a prophet schizophrenic, causing pain and consternation amongst Gaians, and we pleaded to the Mods, and were not heard. Moreover, some Gaians in our company amazed us, saying that the Mods were present among us! They even had visions of Mods PMing Gaians, claiming that everything was going to be all right. We looked for those PM's, but did not see."
And he said to them, "O foolish Gains!, and slow of heart to believe all that the Mods have spoken! Was it not necessary for Gaians to suffer Billy the Mad and enter into their glory?" And beginning with Karabeshi and all the fangirls, he interpreted to them in all the posts the things concerning himself.
So they drew near to the village to which they were going. He appeared to be going further, but they constrained him, saying, "Stay with us, for it is toward evening and the day is now far spent." So he went in to stay with them. When he was at table with them, he made a poll and blessed it, and gave it to them. And their eyes were opened and they recognized him; and he vanished out of their sight.
They said to each other, "Did not our hearts burn within us while he talked to us on the road, while he opened to us the posts?"
