i think he is already in Shadow mode in SF5.

yea if he is in shadow mode already that would be great
I wonder if Charlie will face M. Bison is his normal form or in his Final M. Bison mode

If their is another Capcom vs SNK i bet Rugal will be one of Charlie's rivals simply because hey have the same over powered moved

He seems more like a rush-down character to me

i can't wait to master his combos. they look awesome.
though his "rapist in the dark" super move freaks me out.
