Also, if you're into Rammstien, look up Turmion Katilot. They're a Finnish industrial metal band that's pretty much on the top of the food chain when it comes to making industrial metal. (Unless you're counting bands like Sybreed and Scorngrain that mix in other forms of metal with industrial, in which case that's a completely different story.)

Check out Corporate Avenger. Their first album is industrial rock and their second album is more heavy metal but it still has some industrial elements from the first album.
