I've been versing myself in KWS, SRV, Clapton, Hendrix, George Thoroughgood, and even Hugh Laurie (Yep, he plays the blues apparently).

Most of these artists have a lot of famous riffs (except Hugh Laurie), some of which I've learned and like to play back-to-back like some kind of segmented freestyle that I didn't -actually- come up with myself.

Can anyone recommend some starter points, assuming I've got the technique to scale progressions down, I just need some songs that, if I learn them, would fill in some gaps and better help me to freestyle and further my technical understanding of blues scales. Thanks!
