its not only pretty but its a symbole^^ meanning I can take care of those who are sick or CPR^^(( Yes I have been trained in CPR for childer and adults and FIrst aid)) some people can wear the jewlary look or they have theses cards but i wear this to let all know you know ^^ but it is pretty ^^
