My watercolor class is not fun at all x_x At least the 3D animation classes make up for it. Although the 2D animation class is so much work >.<

2D sounds like it would be an interesting class to take. Your lucky. You live in an area where animation is a big thing so you can go to an in-state school. I wish I could do that, but the only school that we have here is a private school and it is expensive. XP

When I think about it...I'm lucky to have the oppurtunity to learn how to make 2D animations...but, to be honest, I don't enjoy working with 2D, and I am really passionate about 3D, and enjoy making 3D animations very much.

That's sad, because 2D is becoming a dying art. 3D is replacing everything. *sigh* I'm so excited, I can't wait to get the next volume of Return to the Labyrinth. I'm also reading Absolute Boyfriend (you probably wouldn't like that one very much since it's a chick manga), Magic Knight Rayearth, and Tsubasa Chronicles. The MKR and Tsubasa Chronicles are called Omnibus editions because they have three volumes in one book. eek I was so excited to find them since the normal books cost about 10 bucks a pop while these were about 12 bucks. 3 in 1 for the price of about 1 and a 1/3, heck yeah!

My teachers are pretty convinced that 2D will always be around, and that there will always be 2D enthusiasts, and that 2D has some advantages over 3D that 3D can't have. I kind of agree, but at the same time, I get the feeling that 2D sort of is dying...

Aw, I'm sorry. It's never fun being sick. Usually that means I can't breath and just feel like sleeping. I've got quite a few that I never beat, but I'm happy that I'm almost to the end of Suikoden 5.

I finally got a chance to play Final Fantasy 12 for the first time a few nights ago. It surprised me, because it doesn't feel like an FF game at all. The gameplay has a different style than normal. I wouldn't call it better or worse, though. I guess I'll play a bit more and see what kind of impression it leaves on me.

I played FFXI, but I stopped because I didn't like the battle system at all. It's a little bit better in FFX. It's fun when you have multiple characters in your party, but it gets difficult and boring when it's just yourself.

The music is not impressing me. Nobuo Uematsu only contributed one song! Argh! A Final Fantasy that doesn't have a soundtrack composed by Uematsu...?! It's blasphemy! X_X

...The voice acting is...disappointing me. Especially Fran. She talks like she has cotton in her mouth. x_x I don't mind the British accents, but wow, the voice actors could stand to be a bit more enthusiastic...

I'm going good (or at least passable) in all of my classes except for that evil Color Theory class. I hate paint... crying

Just about every class has finally picked up in difficulty and is starting to really challenge me. My free time is vanishing in gigantic clumps at a time! It's disheartening. =(
