Picture-Post Contest - 100 Posts, Each with at least one relatively high quality picture. 5k to each person reaching 100. Read below for further information.

Bump Contest - 10k to the first person to bump 500 times, this can be part of conversations. Count Your Bumps

Members-Drive, our goal is to reach 10,000 Members.

Guild-Contest Fund-Drive - Our goal is to reach 100k in donations to help fund future contests.

Picture Rules
i. Adult/R-Rated Content is strictly prohibited!
Sexual, oral, or other types of viewable or assumable intercourse.
Direct or clear views of the male organ, flaccid or erect.
Bodily fluids clearly caused by sexual activities.
Excessive and/or graphic bodily injuries such as but not limited to decapitation, amputation, and disembowelment.
ii. No page-stretching or quoting of pictures.

How to Participate In the Picture-Post Contest

1. Join The Guild, as soon as you put your application in you can start posting pictures. You just have to be a member in order to win the Gold.
2. Upload your pictures to a site like Photobuckets and start posting! It's amazingly easy now, you can easily select numerous pictures to upload.
3. Come here and Post the pictures. Each Post Counts as Only One Picture, no matter how many pictures you post, Number The Pictures/Posts.
4. Announce when you have reached 100 Posts w/ pictures. .

Rules for PP Contest

1. PG-13 or Less! NOTHING R-RATED. Linked or otherwise.
2. Images MUST be actually posted, not linked, to count.
3. Only 10 Images Per Post , Keep in mind each post only counts as 'one picture' for the contest, no matter how many pictures there are!
4. Only Images that have Boy-Love in them will count, two guys together in other words.
5. You have to be a member to claim your 5k when you finish posting 100 Pictures in 100 Posts.
6. You can only win once, no mules.
7. Max Width 800
8. Only post Boy-Love Pictures! You may also post bishounen or real-life cute boy pictures, but they need to stay on topic.
9. If I have to delete your images 3 times before it violates the rules above, you will not be allowed to join the Guild AND be banned from this thread.

Guild Constitution - Read Before Joining
I know it seems like a lot, but once you see it in practice you'll see how much more smoothly the Guild runs and how everyone has fun. ^_^

Article I - Mission Statement
Mission Statement: To have a friendly, active, and safe place for Gaians to enjoy their love of Shounen Ai and Yaoi.

Article II - Rules and Guidelines

When Creating A Thread
i. A thread must be in the correct location and/or subforum.
The Main Forum - This is dedicated to General discussion in regards to yaoi and shounen ai.
The Pocky Shop - All threads on Pre-Existing Creations such as, but no limited to, anime, manga, novels, television shows, movies, and web comics, will go here.
The Arena - Fanfiction, fanart, original art and various related contests may be posted here.
Picture-Post - Self-explanatory really, share images with the guild.
The Play House - A Role Playing forum.
News Flash! - Have news on a convention or a new yaoi anime you want to share? This is the place.
Rant and Rave - Real life problems and topics go in here, along with anything else you need to rant or rave about!
Chatterbox - The chatterbox is where everything else goes. Newbie introduction threads, general nonsense, advertising, non-guild related topics, etc.
ii. Opening posts must contain at minimum 2-3 correctly spelled sentences explaining it's purpose.
iii. Must promote discussion within the thread.
iv. Titles may not be posted in all caps, 1337, symbols, or rAnDoM caps.
v. Titles must be informative to the purpose of the thread.

Incorrect: Don't you think he is hot?

Replying
i. Replies must be at least 3 words long.

Article III - Policies

Constitution Violation Policy:We reserve the right to handle Constitution violations as we see fit. Members may receive anything from a mild warning to an outright ban on their membership. Any threads that violate the constitution can and will be removed without notice. Action against members who violate the TOS may be retroactive and may not happen at the same time as the actual violation.

Filesharing Policy: You may not share or solicit links or sites with unauthorized filesharing (downloading) of licensed materials. This includes, and is not limited to, fansub sites, scanlation sites, "free" music sites, bittorrent directories, mirc channels, filesharing sites, direct download links.

Flaming Policy: We do not tolerate flames and personal attacks to other members. Depending on the situation, you may be warned or banned outright for abusive behavior towards your fellow members.

Ignorance is not Bliss Policy: It is your responsibility to be aware of Gaia's TOS and our Constitution rules and policies. Claiming ignorance of these rules does not exempt you from the consequences of violating them. It is up to you to read the rules, if you chose not to do so, you do so at your own detriment.

Linking Policy: You may not link or direct people to any site above PG-13 in nature. This includes both direct or indirect links. An indirect link is anything from a full site.com to directions on how to get to a site.

Misplaced Threads Policy: The Crew can and will move and/or delete threads as they see fit at any time without warning.

Scanlation Policy: The Guild's Official stance on Scanlations is that you may not post scanlated manga, links, or advice on how to acquire scanlated manga. You may discuss scanlated titles that you've read, but no links are allowed. Encouraging users to PM you to share links will get you warned by a crew member and your post deleted. Remember, scanlations are against the TOS of Gaia.
