On topic, what gaia is doing isn't good customer service. Where I work, we have a customer 1st policy. It's the most important thing to us. And it WORKS. Not only does it help us keep old customers, but it also brings in new ones who will become old, loyal customers. And it means we get more money, yet still keep those customers satisfied and our prices low and affordable. Get it, gaia? Show some good customer service again, for a change. It will help us both.

He's not. He really isn't. He doesn't even really know what's happening around the site (go look at Ask the Admins). When Gaia was sold, Gaia got new "bosses", so to say. They're the head honchos. They call the shots, and Lanzer is just an admin, not the owner.
