Welcome! Thank you for stopping by at Killing with Kindness!

My name is Lady BellaStar (formerly KawaiiBella101), the founder of this thread.

The purpose of this thread is simple. Spread kindness and receive kindness from friends and strangers alike.

What I mean by this is, repay the kindness to the community in whatever way you see fit! Be nice to someone, welcome someone, donate to someone.

Donate to anyone, everyone, whoever you please. Help each other, and kill each other with kindness!

▆▆ ▆ ⇢ about the thread xx ★xx☆

Killing With Kindness was founded on August 11th, 2011 by me, KawaiiBella101. This thread was created and fueled because of a vision my very best friend instilled in me when we met long ago. Friends > Pixels. To be able to come online to a whole different world and be loved, accepted, and understood is a beautiful thing and sometimes, hiding behind a computer screen makes the shyest of us bolder. I made this thread so it could serve as a safe- haven and home for some people. Being as this site is also Gaia, I added a little twist, making this thread a donation thread as well, rather than being just a hang out thread. Having mandatory donating makes the task a burden, so I left it as an open thread. I have to say, the amount of donations that have occurred here still shocks me to this day. c:

Some may ask, why is this thread in the chatterbox? Isn't it misplaced? I did this on purpose. I felt like posting this in the chatterbox would lead to more people seeing it, as most of us go to the chatterbox when bored. I had no idea the thread would become this big. To be able to have a place to go to when sick or hurt, happy or excited, is honestly one of the most re-assuring feelings I've experienced. We here become more than just people who get gold and talk about the weather.

We become friends. We become a family. We are KWK. <3
