I don't want to make things complicated but a few info about her: She's around 20-25 years old, a towboy who likes feminine Bohemian clothing and she's part Romani who tries likes to keep her identity as positively minimal as possible.

Naji is my new boi. He's a red-headed, feather eared, fit, fair-skinned, freckled, with turquoise coloured eyes, a shapeshifter. When he's not shifted he appears human with light blue eyes.
He's only 18 but he's pretty mature for his age. He laughs when he's nervous and when in an extreme emotion has the chance of his wings, ears, and eyes unshifting.
He was originally an orphan but he and his older sister "adopted" each other and escaped the orphanage. At one point they separated and she joined a local street gang, whereas he was coerced to join the corrupt military as a child soldier. There he mastered first aid, sniping, mechanics, and learned some knife play and unarmed combat. But at one point he was cornered by an opposing force, abandoned by the military, and then tortured. He escaped eventually using his wits to his older sisters place but he was understandably a mess. Since then he's been quite dependent on her. She quit the yakuza for him and together once he recovered started their own mercenary business.

Henna Tattoo: From the neck down, she is stained with difficult forms of intricate patterns. It is a form of art and self-expression. It is also the representation of beauty. The more intricate the designs are, the more beautiful one is.
Hair: Her hair reaches to her ankles because it can only be cut on a full moon. Hair is connected to the body being sacred and is usually braided symbolizing the body, mind and soul. Those with elaborated braids shows that they have some sort of social standing within the hierarchy. Their bangs are unique and creative adding to the hair’s beauty which is cut on the full moon. Only someone trusted and holding no negative energy should touch their hair. Because of her punishment she is not allowed to braid or accessories her hair till she is redeemed.
Physical: Standing at 5’2 with a petite frame. She wears a loose poncho that stops above the knees with a hood. On the hood is a pair of ear tufts resembling that of an owl while the ends of the poncho split into two like wings and lined on the inside are feathers. The feathers are a variety of shades of brown dipped into black at the tips. Underneath she wears flowy shorts and shirt with a bag slung over her left shoulder. On her right arm is a leather glove for birds to perch while she stands on bare feet. She has pale skin, white long hair and golden eyes.
Personality: Curious and sees the world with innocent eyes, mainly because the world outside the forest is very new to her. She cares for all life and to her all things are living and should be treated with respect. Killing without the idea of necessity is not ideal, but she will not shy away from it if it is to protect her or “others”. For her animals are the most honest beings in the world that hold unconditional love and loyalty. Her vocabulary is limited and expresses emotion with gifts or head pats.

Krieger - Elven Barbarian

General personality is aggressive and not particularly social. Enjoys the hunt, the fight, and the drinks after.
He dresses in a Nordic/Viking-like style, as that is the culture he was raised in, and feel free to play around with his clothing!
Special notes: His ears, the elves of his world setting have the long pointed ears, but his got roughly hacked off and are shortened. His eyes, the elves of his world setting have eyes where the Iris covers the entire eye, no whites are seen. Generally I say no pupils, because it's easier. If you want to do pupils, they are also large and are a shade slightly darker than the iris. His are light blue.

Kala - Elven Ranger

Personality: Quiet, observant, kinda paranoid but has a soft heart.
Special notes: Usually has the hood up, because it obscures her face.The elves of her world setting have the long ears and their eyes are a bit odd. They are just one color, no whites.Generally I say no pupils, because it's easier. If you want to do pupils, they are also large and are a shade slightly darker than the iris. Hers are green. The pants in the colored ref are supposed to be either green or brown, but if you want to change her outfit up do whatever you wish~ ^_^

Anlu - Elven Shaman
Personality: Anlu is a curious individual who likes to rough house and explore, but can also mask her emotions and act like a lady- just like her mother taught her.
Special: A simple styled dress, or something that'd be suitable for living in the woods. She also wears a kransen, a gilded circlet. The elves of her world setting have the long ears and their eyes are a bit odd. They are just one color, no whites or pupils. Hers are black.



Other Non-Humans
Alvarith - Half Elf Inquisitor

General Personality is focused and determined when it comes to his work, seeking truth where he goes. On his free time he's a shameless flirt. He's sort of like a detective, but for his Church.
Special notes: Hazel eyes, dark auburn hair(reddish brown), and tan skin. He has the short half elf ears but his facial features are on the sharper side favoring his elven heritage. As for his outfit, he wears black and yellow, the colors of his goddess. I see him in mostly black with intricate yellow/gold designs, trim, buttons, buckles, etc. But feel free to play with it as you wish! The main keeper on his outfit is the half cape covering his right side. Last ref is his Holy Symbol/Brooch, it's either what's holding his half cape in place or acts like a badge.


Amaryllis
I'm working on a butterfly themed aasimer(angel-kin) character. An example of where the character's bloodline potentially comes from there are celestials called Azata, and more specifically butterfly-winged ones called Yamah. Personality-wise, she's quiet, but expressive as she's only capable of speaking at a whisper so she sort of has to go big with facial expressions and body language. She's very girlish and feminine, but is not as interested in seeking glory as most of her kin do. Her idea of a fun day is to garden or bake overly sugared goods- and then go relax in the garden while eating sugary baked goods.
Current art of her is here! I'm not really sure if she's portrayed as a bit pudgy in this picture or if it's just the angle and body position that's making the dress ruffle up like that, but she's not a thicc character as I'm leaning towards the more willowy-ness of the butterfly theme.



Her wings would be all black though if they could have a starry pattern around the tips/edges that'd be cool. ^_^ Below is my current inspiration for them, minus the sparkles I'd like them to have.

Her hair is long, black, and straight, but aside from being down the character could also wear it in various braided styles and such with various decorations like flower, ribbons, sparkly pins, etc. Feel free to play with it if something sparks an idea!
For eyes, I'm thinking of going with purple or indigo, and since her hair and wings are dark I was going to go with light skin. Where she would typically have freckles, the freckles instead appear glittery/sparkly- so possibly on her cheeks, shoulders, collar bone area, back, etc. (This is assuming you'd be coloring, since if not I don't know how it'd show up)
For clothing, anything with open back for her wings. Right now, I'm thinking something similar to what Lapis Lazuli wears in Steven Universe (both early Lapis and later, but I'm more interested in later at the moment) But in black(with white belt? ) instead of blue to go with her wings would be cool~

Aria - Sylph Investigator

Personality: Social and confident, she is also flexible enough to wear a mask in any setting when her job requires it.
Special Notes: She's supposed to have light blue markings with the thin lines. ^_^ Feel free to play with her outfit or hair, if you want~

Kotoko - Ru-Shi/Asian Dhampir Magus/Spellsword

Personality: Bubbly and overly energetic, she is the most happy and optomistic girl you will probably ever meet.
Special Notes: I would love to see her in more colors~ If you decide to put in her flower pins she has a thing about the number 14, so she'll typically wear three pins that have five petals each, but the third has one petal plucked out to make 14 petals. (It's an odd racial tick for her).

Li-Fen - Kitsune(Class currently uncertain)

Personality: Playful and energetic, she is also very in tune with the world around her.
Other: She is the daughter of two other OCs, Kotoko and Teng-Fei. Like her father, she also has a humanoid "disguide" form, but does not often use it currently.

Nora - Tiefling Wild Mage

Personality: Social and seductive, the realm of romance and intimacy is her playground.
Special Notes: Her blue-skinned form is what she really looks like, but she often takes on a human disguise to make life easier in general. Her eyes have a glow to them when you see her true self, the dot on her forehead is like dried blood, she has sharp teeth, and her shadow has six arms and moves around no matter what disguise she has.


Teng-Fei - Kitsune Medium

Personality: Relaxed and easy-going, likes to play the harmless prankster, and enjoys a good story.

Special Notes: Black hair, grey skin and eyes, she tends to wear brights colors, even as travel gear. While she can play some instruments she actually prefers writing books. She specializes as a children's author. Feel free to play with her clothes, hair, and ear piercings.
