So, this is the final call. The random number generator
will give us our winner on the raffle.

Through the random number generator and later a
die (so the number would be either Partic. 1 (numbers 1-3)
or Partic. 6 (numbers 4-6)), the numbers have been
assigned for utmost fairness as far as I can tell.
