Animals were sheep, pigs and goats, and one pig had a litter of piglets. The sheep included some rare breeds that you don't normally see when driving past a field XD My sister is 9, she wants to be an illustrator so she'll probably end up doing picture books of animals or something.

Wild boar is nice, the pie was done like a pork pie which normally I don't like because the pork always tastes a bit weird, but this was nice, less...strong, more subtle in flavour, if that makes sense XD

Hehe, those are the ones I want on my farm/ranch one day. Not so much the goats but definitely pigs and sheep. That would be really cool. I never read them but my boyfriend had these "illustrated classics" books as a kid and I think they were like really nice animal pictures mostly.

Ah, I love pork pie. (Very french canadian even though I've hardly been to Canada, myself) Thus, the pie sounds awesome to me.

My friends Dad owns sheep, you need a large warm place in your kitchen because if they have lambs you will have at least one ewe die while giving birth and then you have to look after it yourself. And you have to be really careful with foxes, they lose several sheep a year to foxes sad
