Me and my hubby met here on Gaia in '07, neither of us were looking for anyone at the time.. So it amazes me still how it worked out. He moved out to be with me in '10, and we got married on May 17th of '12. Our adorable baby boy was born on June 21st of '13. I love them both so very much! <3
We're both madly addicted to GaiaOnline, though I do spend more time on it than Shadow does admittedly. This is our quest and hangout thread, why is it a joint quest, you ask? We do everything in real life together, so why not do the same on here.
Be sure to "<3" this thread, tip this post, or just stick around for awhile. Bumping an empty thread all day can get quite dull, so it's nice to distract myself once in awhile by having someone help. We appreciate donations, though we don't expect them. This is not only a quest thread, but also a way for us both to keep track of our numerous desires on Gaia. It's also turned into our hangout thread! Hang out with us? We mainly use this to track our progress, but any help you'd like to give us would be appreciated. We also love all anon gifts, and want to thank every anon out there. No matter how big or small the gift, they're all treasured. Conversation is also very much loved!
We'd also love to have you test out your art skills on us. Chibi, pixel, realistic or stick people.. We love it all. So if you're unable to donate gold/items to us, art would surely be loved as well. Dollfie's Art Request Dollfie would like avatars drawn! For free preferably (I always tip!) but I'd be willing to pay fair prices as well. Just please don't ask me to offer or price your art for you, I'm honestly not good with that sort of things and my offers always end up offending people. I know a lot of people may not be thrilled over drawing freebies, but I assure you that I always tip! Of course, the amount that I tip depends entirely on how much gold I have at the moment.. So sometimes it may be lavish, and other times modest, but I'll still always have a tip waiting for anyone who chooses to draw me.
I'm really fine with any style! I know a lot of people say that, but I do truly adore all sorts of art. I love people trying out new styles on me, I love anime or realistic, I love chibi and pixel styles as well. I'm not picky at all when it comes to style, though I do have one request.. Make me childlike.
By childlike, I mean with a flat chest and no womanly curves. I know it may be an odd thing to ask, and I do know many people enjoy drawing curves and such, I just personally don't like them on my avi. x-x You don't have to stick to this, of course, it's just a little request that I'd like to throw out there. You can give me thick thighs and a chubby face, but no boobies. If however you go with my request for drawing my RL self, I'm a bigger gal, so you can curve me up then!
I change my avi a lot, and often save my favorite ones. If you find that you don't like any of the avatars I have listed at my gallery, or that some are too complex, feel free to ask me for a simpler one and I'll see what I can do. I'd also really love couple art, more than anything, but I don't expect that sort of thing for free.. so just be merciful with prices! I also have numerous OC threads if that's more up your alley.
If anyone does decide to draw me, please don't get upset if I take awhile before tipping you or noticing your art.. Real life can get a bit hectic sometimes, so I may disappear without replying sometimes.

Dollfie's Ticket Quest Sooo I've always wanted a custom item, and have had an idea for a new color scheme for quite awhile now. C a n d y c a n e!
It consists of Pine Green, Amaranth Pink and Ivory/Offwhite. Candied Twintails is the only item so far for the scheme, thanks to plastic crowns.
But I'd really like that to change and for the scheme to expand.. So wish me luck? Or donate gold/plat if possible.
If not just bump the thread and give some feedback on the scheme. Would you personally use/collect it?

We have stopped listing our donors by their username.
Why? Because we have gotten so many donations over the years that it was honestly hard to keep track.
We'd often list the same person more than once, forgetting they had already donated.
Or we'd forget to put someone down because RL gets hectic and I don't always have time to jot names down, sadly.
Just know that whomever has donated to either of us in the past has our eternal thanks!
I also took down the extensive list of names because I'd like to respect people's privacy. I did not want anyone being badgered/bothered for donations just because their name was listed here.
If anyone disagrees with our decision to get rid of the list of donors.. we're very sorry and we hope you can see it from our point of view.
We have both completed so many quests since opening this thread, both big and small.
We have booty grabbed, vended, tree chopped, ticket collected and exchanged our way to success.
