First of all im sorry if im in the wrong part of the forum XD if it is sorry!
Right im kind of confused I want to play call of duty Black ops 2 on my pc so I thought that I would go on systemrequirementslab.com (Can you run it) I dont have a problem on running games on the lowest setting but what struck me is I saw some guy on youtube playing Black ops 2 with a AMD radeon HD 6450 at around 40 - 60 fps...
