[0] Gaia TOS. Learn it. Use it. Love it.

[1] Read, read, read the front page. D: PLS. AND GUILD.

[2] Do not steal the art.

[3] No drama. This includes bitching and whining in any flatsale/raffle/contest thread or in here. No sore losers. Do NOT whine if you lose ANY event. We do our best to judge fairly and correctly, so no sore losers. Besides, there's always next time.

[4] Don't be a douchebag. D: we hate those and Indu has very limited patience.. However, arguments over who is sexier [indu or indu] full of CAPZ and yo mama are perfectly acceptable.

[5] Don't harass Indu [repeatedly], or Roo [ever]. Do NOT PM any of the staff begging for a character. This will only make us mad, and possibly get you black-listed. Please send all shop related messages to the mule, not our main accounts.

[6] Don't harass/piss off mods/regular roleplayers. "If a bunch of guardians seem to be banding together in a wall of discontent and puke against you, it might be a good idea to get the hell out before I throw you out" - a la icrs rule #4

[7] Got questions? Send a PM to the mule, ask in-thread, just don't ask the same questions a million times in a million different ways. We can only take so much stupidity. Please read the front page, FIRST. Nothing makes you look sillier than asking a question addressed on the front page.

[8] No refunds. The price isn't very high and we're exchanging art for roleplay. [Unless you do not receive any art, per B/C forum rules] We reserve the right to rehome any characters and/or customs that do not meet activity requirements without refund.

[9] No giant a** quotes. It drives me up a wall, along that note, please keep all text at a reasonable size and in reasonable colors..

[10] No co-owning. This would make no sense. One player per character.

[11] You may not sell your characters. Giving them back to the shop is fine, but you may never sell them.

[12] You may have more than one... As long as your first student is an upperclassman or higher. Exceptions to this rule will be stated and is not relevant to staff.

[13] Never bump the thread. Start a conversation.

[14] i [indu] reserve the right to do whatever the hell i want.

Sparta Island; Pacific Ocean: -11GMT. According to the information regarding this self-sufficient land mass, this island offers the best of everything: a city scape, unbelievably enchanting beaches and surrounding reefs, and the Academy that speaks for itself. The island, founded, designed, and built by the Sisters Castro Post-Hunt has thrived on it's foundations from the start and has only grown to accommodate the needs of the students and the people that support the island. The city seems to resemble New York City, in it's hey-day, with well planned streets that flow in a grid pattern and districts that seem to mesh in a manner in which only large metropolises can achieve. The sky scrapers clearly out-stand those that even the rebuilding efforts in NYC haven't had the capacity to compete with. Although the younger students have a certain number of buildings that are assigned for their academic and personal needs, the older students tend to roam a bit farther from the proverbial home front and have managed to acquire housing in various different areas throughout the oyster they believe their world to be.

In addition to the general areas connected to the Academy, the island stretches a bit further out into the ocean and contains a bit of the wilds of the Pacific as well. A small quantity of mountains and valleys separate the vastly different ecosystems from each other, and host an array of wild animals as well as remarkably gorgeous areas that only the tough and determined can hike to. If you perchance happen to hear or stumble upon something that seems somewhat out of the ordinary, take head; the Academy has been known to take their Upper Level students on outings, field trips, and even work-study projects outside of the city they affectionately call the 'steel playground'.

If neither of these appeal, the miles of sandy coastline that surround everything else might call to you. Boating, sailing, and diving are the most popular activities when people visit the white, and sometimes black, sand beaches of Sparta Island. Do be sure to pack your sunscreen, for even the easiest of tanners have remarked on the intensity of the Pacific sun that beats down, often relentlessly, on this area of the ocean.

Of course, this is no tourist destination, and it is said that one cannot get within a day's travel of the island without prior permission from its leaders.

Academy campus, located on an otherwise unoccupied, Power-made island in the Pacific Ocean, is its own self-sufficient City. It boasts a population of 80, 000 people, including students, professors, and local residents. Safety in the Academy is key. A complex security system was erected during the creation and building of the Academy, in addition to the large barrier Walls around the entirety of the Academy City. In the Academy, points are used as a monetary system, that students gain and lose throughout their education. It is these points that are also used in the City, wages for professors in addition to those local residents that contribute to the Academy City.

The Academy itself is a singular organism of it's own kind. Only the best professors are accepted into the education system, and a certain extra ability is required for entry into the school. Students enter the City after the age of seventeen and continue their education until they have completed their lessons. Some students require more, or less, time and each student's educational requirements are based on their own personal abilities and needs. The founders, Emmerson and Avery Castro, sisters, continue to run the school, since it's creation in the year Seven, Post Hunt. Welcome.

Emmerson and Avery Castro. Sisters and respective heads of Indigo and Gold Schools, they founded the Academy together and still reside as its leaders. Their powers are undocumented, however, they appear to have stopped aging and were a part of Sparta Island's creation.

They view the separate schools truly as a part of one Academy, and view Indigo and Gold simply as different ways of doing things, rather than as enemies.

[1] These characters are RP Required. We expect at least one RP post a month to prevent permanent suspension of your character. This is not unreasonable as two paragraph RP post should only take 5-15 minutes of your time.

[2] Up to a three-month hiatus is allowed, providing that you post in the provided place in the guild. If you disappear without warning and it is an emergency, PM the mule for a decision.

[2] Do not give your student abilities beyond their stated capacity. Power comes with class promotions. If you have an idea for some ability that you think is a possibility as an offshoot of their main ability, or you want to discuss the extent of their powers, contact the mule.

[3] If a student goes a month after an event without having their journal set up [yes, and filled it, post reservations don't count], the staff reserves the right to assume the student has been abandoned and rehome her. No refunds will be granted. Exceptions to this rule are on a case-by-case basis.

[4] Godmod at your own discretion. It really is an okay thing to do sometimes if all the parties participating in the RP are all right with it. Really. It's fun. Establish your boundaries early to prevent tears. Keep in mind skill levels and the abilities of different characters. Or, better yet, discuss the outcome of the confrontation before you RP it out. If it's a major situation, such as a battle for Points, contact the mule for deliberation
