03/02/09 - We just wrapped up an awesome Fantasia Valentine's Event. All this month Kirowyn's customs will be open in the Guild

General Rules
[1] Follow Gaia ToS.
[2] No flaming or drama. If you have a problem with someone, take it to pms. If you cause drama in this thread, you will be warned and graylisted.
[3] If you have any questions, feel free to post them in the thread. Send any pms to the mule.
[4] We all know it's wrong to steal art. If you are caught stealing an of the art from this thread, you will be reported and blacklisted.
[5] Don't pester any of the staff about work for any reason. Everyone has a life outside of Gaia, and we expect everyone to respect that.
[6] Payment is due in 24 hours. If payment is not received, your pet will be resold.
[7] No refunds unless a job is not completed by the colorist.
[8] You may not resell your pets. You may give them to friends, or even hold a free RP contest.
A. Flat Sales
Where a batch of pets are sold for a "flat" price.
Flatsale Rules
[1] Don't discourage others from trying
[2] Do not edit your post, or you will be disqualified.
[3] You may proxy for a friend, but make sure they want the pet.
[4] If you are proxying for a friend, you may still try for yourself, but it must be in a seperate post.
[5] Don't go all emo if you didn't win a pet. Don't make anyone feel bad if they did win a pet.
[6] Payment is due in 24 hours. If payment is not received, your pet will be resold.
[7] No refunds.
[8] You may Co-own with up to one other person.
C. Raffle
Tickets are sold, traded or given away and the winner is chosen randomly.
Raffle Rules
[1] Tickets cost 100 gold each
[2] You may buy as many tickets as you wish
[3] You can buy tickets for friends
[4] Please send the trade for the tickets after you post your order.
[5] You may only win one pet from each raffle. This includes if you decide to give your prize to someone else.
[6] Each person who wins gets to pick out their prize in the order they were picked.
[7] If someone does not claim which pet they would like in 24 hours, they are moved to the end of the list.
[8] If someone does not claim their pet within 48 hours, their spot will be re-rolled. *If it turns out this person had some sort of emergency or RL issue (IE a good excuse) they will have a pet colored randomly for them of the same standards of the ones in the raffle.
B. Auctions
Users bid gold, items or a combination of both for a certain amount of time or the autobuy is met.
Auction Rules
[1] Don't bid what you don't have
[2] Do not retract bids
[3] A snipe guard of 15 minutes is in effect for all auctions.
[4] Please send the trade as soon as you win. If payment is not received in 24 hours, it will go to the next highest bidder.
[5] You may co-own auction pets with up to 2 people.
[6] You may only bid an amount of items that will fit in one trade.
[7] Items are priced at 90% of the current marketplace low value.
D. Flaffle
A flaffle is where you receive a free ticket if you want one, and then if you win, pay the set amount for the pet.
Flaffle Rules
1. You may only claim a ticket after I post "GO"
2. All tickets are free, but you have to be able to pay the price of the flaffle, DO NOT claim a ticket if you don't have the payment.
3. No claiming tickets with mules
4. You may proxy for someone, but that counts as your ticket.
E. Events
Anything Goes!! Whatever we decide!!
Event Rules
1. Be patient, you won't win every event/game
2. no complaining about the winners or the game/event
3. you may only win 1 pet per game/event (if you win more than 1, you may gift it to another person)

Custom Slots will open once every month or couple of months in the guild. All times and rules for customs will be posted in the colorist's custom thread.
Some colorations may not be available if an event is going to be held with it. (Wilds for example - you won't be able to pick a tiger coloration because we're planning on having a wilds event in the future.)
Pricing
50K - A normal adult deer, colored however you would like.
60K - A growing normal deer, colored however you would like.
65K - Light edits on an adult deer.
75K - Moderate edits on an adult deer, or light edits on a growing deer
90K - Moderate edits on a growing deer
100K - Heavy edits on an adult deer
125K - Heavy edits on a growing deer

Every month or so, breeding slots will open in the guild. Each colorist will open a number of slots which will be raffled off. If you win a slot, you must pay the breeding cost of 10K.
If you would like to try for an RP slot, each deer in the couple must have 3 RP's total. At least one with each other, and at least one with someone else. This means that the last RP can be either between the couple, or with someone else. All 3 cannot be between the couple.
