oh dear no, then you by all means have not had braces....lol they hurt especially with rubber bands, had to wear braces 4 years and a retainer for 2 count your blessings now lol

I had the metal braces.. horrible things that they were...
Had to go to the dentist the day after having them taken off just to get rid of the glue ><

indeed...... i am not a huge fan of braces in general but eating right after helped dull down the pain immensely, i suggest it to anyone getting braces adjusted. hummana. you know, i actually had a thread that got to over 100 pages, ive never had that happen before..,...

I used to have to get mine tightened in the morning then go right back to school
made sure to take softer food to school those days XD
