Announcement:

Cybela Clans is going under major revamp. During this time, no pets will be given out. Please sit tight. Great changes are ahead. c:

Changes will include updated lineart and templates, a new cert, more information on Clans, Gods, how to get your Kitsune into a Deity, and many more. All of this will be introduced at one time, not little by little as we (Staff) go along, so it might be a while, although a few pets may be given out after most of the lineart and templates are finished. Sorry for the inconvenience, but we hope many things will be better once we're finished.

RP Rules:

You may RP in the shop or guild though if your Kitsune is in a Herd or Flight, we recomend RPing your Kitsune in its Herd/Flight's topic.

You can RP in any form you want though it is preferred that you use Past-Tense story RP. For more info on the types of RPs, go here.

No map is given so that you may be as creative as you want. Feel free to use any setting for your RPs but please don't be too unrealistic. Also, please note that when you RP, you are RPing as your Kitsunes. There are humans in the world (it is Earth after all) and your RPs may include humans in them but for now, you may not RP as a human (this may change in the future).

!!Anyone who RPs must keep a journal and record the links of all RPs in the journal!!

A: No, though it is recommended that you do for it raises the chance of getting kits in breeding and something good might come out of it. Note that some event Kitsunes may be RP required.

A: Yes, but only up to two people.

Q: Can I direct link?
A: Yes but it is recommended that you save them onto your own server incase something happens.

It takes five days to get from a Spirit to Kit and two to four weeks to get from a Kit to Adult, the time depending on whether you RP or not. No one knows how to get from Adult to Elder but it is believed that if you RP enough, you will get the choice of letting your Kitsune become an elder. If you choose to let your Kitsune grow into an Elder, the time varies for each. It could grow immediatly or you might have to wait a whole week. Luckily, most of the time, they grow in one day or less.

Extra Stage: Sometimes, the Kitsunes may start at the Spirit stage. Another example of an Extra Stage is a Pokeball from the Pokemon Event.

(Note: All Spirit stages are customly made and no two will look alike although they will all be similar.)

Kitzu

Elder Male <- Adult Male <- Kit -> Adult Female -> Elder Female
The Kitzu are rumored to have strong relations to the Angeli. They share the same manes and wings, though the Kitzu have more fox-like characteristics than the Angeli. Often, the Kitzu travel in small family groups and on rare occasions meet with other families to celebrate certain festivals. Diet-wise they are omnivourous. Every now and then they might prey on a small lizard, but it isn't often that they hunt. The Kitzu have led a mainly reclusive existance, mostly unnoticed by humans.

The Angeli are said to be the most pure of souls, appearing to people on rare occasions in times of need. They are gentle creatures by nature, feeding on grasses and living pleasantly in large Herds. However, the Angeli can also hold a horribly long grudge. It is said that some greek hero once upon a time captured one by force (thinking they were a pega somethin or other) and tried to ride it to the stars. Ever since, the Angeli have been wary of humans, wanting to help, but frightened and skiddish untill you earn their trust.

Akuma

Ah, now the Akuma. It is believed they were evolved with the Angeli for the Akuma kits have a tail tuft similar to those of the Angeli. Out of all the Kitsunes, they are probably the most "misunderstood". As a breed, they are rather intelligent, holding old wisdoms and languages that man has long forgotten. However, they also are rather hot tempered. There is rumor of a certain Akuma that terrorized a village for a week, all because someone had forgotten to return one of his favorite books. Luckily, the Akuma, unlike the Angeli, do not hold grudges very often. More times than not you can win their affections and forgiveness by offering a small amount of gold or silver. Their hoards are stuff of legend, holding ancient armors, and things worth millions on their own. The Akuma live in groups called 'Flights' which usually have a wolf-like hierarchy system.

It takes one week to get from an Egg/Baby to Adult. Some Familiars start at the Adult stage and do not have an Egg/Baby Stage.
Only one Familiar per Kitsune.
All Kitsunes have the power to communicate with Familiars and all Familiars can talk to any Kitsune. A rare few cannot talk to their Familiar, or any Familiar at all for that matter, and must rely on other means to communicate with them.
Few Familiars have the ability to mimic anything they see (similar to a chameleon). These familiars are very good with camoflauge and are thus great spies. They are recognizeable because they usually mimic the colors of their Kitsune owner. (If they don't have an owner, they will mimic the cert backround until they have one.)

Egg: Lizard and Crane Eggs have different markings. Can't really do anything except take up space. If you really want to RP it then I guess you can do something like "Jason grumbled because the Egg was so heavy." or something like that.

Lizard: Lizards are generally small (though some can get as large as a Kitzu's tail; size difference noticeable in cert) and quick. They are good for spying and scouting. They can deliver messages with other Lizards and when there is a battle, they will often run and hide until it is over. This is because they can get trampled on and sometimes, Cranes will eat them. Some lizards however, are poisonous and helpful in battle. These lizards are marked with a purple paw. It can be any paw but if it is purple, it means the lizard is poisonous. They are usually made up of natural colors.

Crane: Like Lizards, they can be used for spying and scouting. They can cover larger areas more quickly (because they can fly) but they are slower and are easily spotted. They can communicate with other Cranes to deliver messages and they are sometimes helpful in battle, with their long shark beaks although some will still run away. They are usually made up of bright colors.

Baby Rat: I know what you're thinking: "What the heck is that thing supposed to be?" Well, it looks like some sort of mutated furball but hey, in a week it'll be some cute little rat, right? They like to fool around, pretending to be dustballs and stuff and will usually start their habit of collecting foilage at this stage although with proper care and training, a Kitsune can probably stop this behavior.

Rat: Rats are quick, small, and tricky. They love to steal small bits of foilage they find around the place and they can easily find and pick small seeds and berries. Rats are helpful to Kitsunes who need help finding food but they will not listen to your Kitsune very well until a certain amount of trust is gained. They are usually made up of dull natural colors.

All Kitsunes will be posted in the main thread and may be PMed to the owner upon request. If, for some reason you did not recieve yours, check in the Recent Growings Section or Owner's List. If it is not there, then post the name of the colorist, the name of your pet, hand where you got it from here and we will find it and send it to you ASAP.
