Gan peeked around the door of the clinic, to see who was around. Thankfully, few who were around last night were around today. So he strutted in, trying to keep is usual demeanor about him, though he still wanted to give that woman from yesterday a piece of his mind.

Selene set down the bowl of fruit before suddenly tossing the knife probably sticking it in the wall. It was done maybe as a sign of anger although she seemed emotionless still. "What do you want from me? You were probably blessed. . . I see millions of humans. . . thousands a day at times. . . You have a chance encounter and expect like all the rest your special. I don't care about any of you. . . I have a job and do it. Why don't you understand." She was tensed. . .

Kate looked up and smiled. "Hello Gan Kice. Is something wrong?" She chuckled.

Zaner saw Gan enter and she froze where she was she turned back to Kate and just smiled trying to ignore the god should he notice her.

Corde sat up, and put both hands on her shoulders. "I fell in love with you before I met you Selene." He leaned closer, and kissed her gently on the lips. "...I know you can't and won't love me...but I love you, and this child Selene.." He slid down and kissed her slightly swollen belly, then scooted back on the bed, away from her and closed his eyes. "I just wish you would accept my appreciation."

Gan mumbled, "..that horrible..woman..the one that's probably part demon or something." One gloved hands flexed slightly, and the fingers of his other hand ran through his hair. He obviously was annoyed. "...I was just having a little bit of fun, and she got in my way." Then he spotted Zan. "..trying to have a little innocent fun with that girl there to be more exact."

Zaner ventured a look at him and she winced knowing he'd seen her. She had half a mind to run from him but it wasn't polite.

"You'll only die. . . " Selene voice soften as if remebering something. "I will send it after you. . . it won't help." For once the stone cold goddess would pull her legs up to her chest the best she can with the belly. . . closing her eyes tightly. "You don't understand the pain. . . don't see the patterns. . . you give in more. . . he had control. . .he knew the right paths." Closing her eyes the moon goddess would cry. . . not something rare from her. . . her priest and priestest see it all the time. . . take it as her crying for their sufferings not her own. . . the other gods knew as well. . . but it didn't matter. She wouldn't change. . . and they all knew it. . . she was nothing but a cold shell anymore.

Zaner turned red, so she was known now huh? Kine-samas stalker girl... that angered her a little, she could now have a point of weakness, something to poke fun at. Zaner looked at Kate, "Does everyone know I idolize Kine-sama?"

Corde crawled over to her and drew her into an embrace. "..I'm unfortunately mortal Selene, there isn't much I can do about that." He kissed her hair and ran a hand down her arm. "...I'll protect you the best I can Selene...and I'll take care of you as long as you need me to."


Gan leaned against Kate's desk. "I appologize Kate...I just had a few problems yesterday is all." He looked at Zan, "..don't worry. I'm harmless, most of the time. I was just going to kiss you anyway." He pulled himself up and sat on the corner of the desk, crossing his ankles and tapping his back foot against the desk. "...come here.." He motioned to Zan.

Zaner didn't want to ignore him, but he terrified her, and his freezing cold hands were something that seemed to increase her fear and make her blood run cold. But she went as he said anyway, she went to him, everything she felt obvious all over her face.

Selene let him hold her leaning back only slightly. "Yes. . . mortal." She almost hissed at that. "You should fullfill your life to the fullest." Closing her eyes she moved a hand to take his holding it tightly. "You have different scents. . . " After awhile she pulled away standing slowly. "I'm going back to the clinic." Her wipped the tears seeming like she never even cried. . . was it an act? "I have a job to do. . . you have a life to live. . . waste it how you wish."

((Just thought I'd let you all know that Heart will not be roleplaying in the clinic or anywhere else but her hometown until she gets the notice that she is pregnant etc. I will be roleplaying her life before she gets the notice though))
