Hello and welcome to the revival and alternate universe of. "WTF? Japan shouldn't be like this?" an ironic rp set in a world like most anime and manga. Please note most races will be accepted but I will go on a case by case basis. I will likely want to discuss a few things if I believe a race is to over powered. Half breeds will be accepted depending on what they are.

Story

Alex Crawford a gamer, manga fan and amateur martial artist. Pretty much a normal geeky guy until he encounters "Reborn*" a fantastic new game that claims to revolutionise gaming. Intrigued he buys the game and rushes home compelled to see what's so special about this claim. Once home he loads up the game it enters a loading screen, some time passes. It states a warning "This game is not appropriate for those with an cynical personality." He ignores it and moves onto the opening video finding it far exceeds anything he had seen until then. Once the game starts he is asked one thing "Are you ready to be reborn?" Alex caught off guard by the message waits for a few moments then finally he shrugs, confirming he is ready.

After that nothing happens nothing but a sudden flash of light. Then nothing, he waits and waits until he's had enough. Reaching for his console he attempts to remove the disk finding the drive completely empty. A week passes. Unsure what to do about the confusing situation he tells no one of the mysterious disk. All to soon he forgets about it until a letter proclaiming he has been accepted into a prestigious high school in Japan. He follows this up asking his parents only for them to state he'd applied to the school months ago, and that even a friend of there's was willing to look after the teen while he studied at the school.

This is the story of "WTF? Japan shouldn't be like this! Join in and have fun blowing stuff to pieces. Alex Crawford is my primary character I will be putting up a number of stock character types. All I ask is you stick to that character type after that the character is yours to create.

Setting


The setting is a transformed Japan it looks like modern day Japan but seems just like any other anime. Powers are common but not everyone runs around showing them off. Rich people are more common, people carrying giant weapons are also common. Most things about the real world are now thought of as strange. Are you a woman? want to send a perv into the stratosphere? Feel free that is possible with the power of enraged anime girl.

Time skips are in part, for learning and or enhancing techniques and fighting abilities. They are also for preventing the story from going stale and allowing us to rp a full story with out just being in one day.
Time skips are only to be done by me, people may ask for time skips but I want a reason.

Mad scientist are allowed an unlimited number of gadgets. Within reason as even mad scientist have difficulties some times. Exotic princesses can have a number of gadgets please note the may the top of the post they first appear.
Please limit the amount of OOC only posts on this thread. If you can make an rp post as well.
If you have any OOC problems tell me. Especially if I'm the one causing them.
If you have any problems please make sure they are serious. The inability to post is only series if you can't post anything after a week. Even then I may not be able to help you.
I will be giving warnings to those who I deem have done wrong or not really contributed much. This will be based over a number of weeks I'm still refining it but I figure three warnings and that's it. I'm still unsure about this because I've never done this in an rp before.

As mad scientists and super soldiers get special gadgets, fighter classes get their own fighting technique's.

The principles of ki in the rp take on a number of points. As a fighter increases his ki capacity it is split evenly between offence so he deals stronger and faster blows and defence. ki for defence makes the body more resistant to pain and damage and all in all allows a human to far exceed what those with out untapped ki can normally do. Once one's ki is strong enough they can begin using it for projectiles and other duties depending on numerous factors.

Most fighters can learn techniques from teachers but the most powerful must devise their own. Using they're zodiac a fighter is able to create numerous offensive and defensive abilities. strikes.

If you can think of lots of techniques I want them controlled. The more powerful the less often they can use them

The Zodiac are divine spirits less then gods but still mighty. They protect those born into there care and when they are impressed they will give power. The Zodiac of the west are weaker and so only provide a Ki Capacity increase. The Zodiac of the east are mighty and offer not only a huge capacity increase but training. By earning their true graces they will provide the bearer an ultimate power. The power to become one of them, the form differs from person to person but leads to a massive power boost, any technique of that beast is increased ten fold. But the power is difficult to control and requires many years of practice it is also draining. The technique must never be used except as a last resort.

Notable NPC's

The Zodiac (In the order of appearance:

Aries: Aries takes the form of a scarred and heavily muscled ram with large curled black horns and fiery blood red eyes. Arrogant and prideful he claims to be a god regardless of his true nature. Few of the other spirits acknowledge his claims. Most that do acknowledge his claim to godhood do it for their own reasons. For example Tiger only uses the term war god with a tone of irony at his obvious inferiority to herself and the other eastern spirits. His thoughts are centred on war and battle. As such he strives to see those under his mark become warriors and soldiers. Strangely he is impressed more by courage and honour than battle prowess and physical strength.

Tiger: A burning red coat of fur with absolute black stripes and bright golden eyes adorn the Tiger. Warm and calm she is watchful over all those that are born under her sign with an almost motherly gaze. She is very difficult to please and keeps her power from those born under her for their own protection. Still regardless of these true feelings she never shows this true self to her “children” keeping apathy and disdain for them as her mask. She doesn’t actually care about the supposed rivalry between her and the Dragon, choosing instead to ignore him rather than play his game.

Sagittarius: A blonde woman (blonde hair and chestnut body) who's main thoughts are on defending those under her mark. She likes to see people under her flourish and grow strong and powerful in one way or another. (So politically or Corporately.) As a hunter she is a capable fighter, however to her the most important goal is victory as painlessly as possible. Whether it be killing blows or blows that are quick to render opponents unconscious this is what she encourages in her wards.

Dragon: A lazy beast unless someone intrigues him, he watches his and Tigers people. Partly because he despises Tiger and loves to see his trouncing hers, that a side he sees little point in giving gifts to those who have yet to earn them. To him the greatest warriors must have come close to death more then once. His true belief is those that overcome the greatest challenge hold the greatest potential .


Aquarius: A beautiful young woman often carrying a great pitcher of water, She has long greenish blonde hair and piercing blue eyes. She is stable in her convictions and uncompromising to her enemies. Still she often acts as a shelter to those born under her. An unmoving wall of defence for those whom she has blessed. Hers is the path of the Shield Maiden, mighty defenders who wait until their enemy comes into their striking distance before crushing them.

Snake: The Snake it at once a symbol of curing and death. He is a shape shifter often taking the form of an attractive man, but still more often that that he is in his more natural form as a venomous snake. His dualistic nature often makes him change quickly from being a dishonest viper to a soothing healer. However in all these things the Snake is a creature of balance, presiding most effectively over those filled with love and hate. Impressed by those who wish to master that duality. The twisted path of the apothecary belongs to him, healing the sick and bringing death to his enemies.

The Saint beasts

Above the Zodiac are the saint beasts their wards formed an organisation years ago. Ryouga is a former member of this organisation. (Yes Zodiacs can be menbers too.)

They are Seiryuu (Azure Dragon)
Genbu (Black Tortoise)
Byakko (White Tiger)
Suzaku (Vermilion bird (Phoenix like in most cases)

There is also the leader the Yellow Dragon only one person has been granted his form. That sole person is also unable to retain his sanity in demon form and is also quite mad in human form,

The ultimate power of the Zodiac

The ultimate power the Zodiac of the east can grant is "Demon transformation". A power that grants the user complete control over their zodiac themed abilities and techniques. However this technique requires hard training for the user to regain their human mind. With out it their power is stunted and they are mere beasts. (Yes they are still uber powerful). This is a secret technique and the user is forbidden from talking about it except to those who know it already or know of it.

Effects
The user gains complete control over their Zodiac techniques and a massive amount of power. This is at the cost of their mind when using it resulting in an incredibly monstrous berserker state. This can be mastered allowing the user to grow ever stronger but that is among the hardest tasks possible. One point remains at least half of the training must be gained through real combat.

It is impossible to over come the berserker state without real battle in that state experience. This is due to the need to overcome the bestial blood lust. It is particularly true for the carnivorous zodiac.

The user changes form attaining many distinguishing features of the animal, teeth, claws (if they have them) bits of skin at points. (See Alex's description and Ryouga's for each.)

Signature manoeuvre: Roar/Howl etc (howl not roar) The transformed person will in a tight pinch release a deafening roar/ howl etc. This releases an orb of ki that spread out from there body. It's range is limited to about a hundred feet but it generally (at least momentarily) disrupts or shatters spells, techniques etc (or the the user at least.) For at most a few seconds. This technique is generally limited to a user in berserk state.

Requirements for attainment
The user must earn the complete trust of their guardian not just following but living their ideals. Many of them do not favour those who follow a dark path, however there are still evil people with this ability. Before they can earn the trust they must clear trials not only for them, but for their western guardian.

Requirements for activation
The user once they have been granted this ability will be taught the method. It will vary somewhat but the principles remain the same, blood sacrifice with the emblem of the beast drawn on the users chest, (blood) releasing of seals, and pain. (Yes it would hurt to change forms the Snake is some what lucky.)

Dragon: A dragon user (Alex only at the mo. Though he hasn't gained it yet nooooooooo way he's not ready.) must bleed from his hand's starting the flow by biting into the flesh beneath the thumbs (the fattest part of the hand) they must then dip four fingers (two of each hand into their respective hand) into the blood (index and middle) of each hand then reaching up right too left shoulder and vice versa. They then at the same time draw lines of blood from the shoulder to the elbow flicking the fingers apart ensuring that the two fingers remain together at the same time.

(The other fingers and thumb are balled up. This is done while in a sumo stance.) Then the hands in the same positions must be used to draw upon the users chest the Kanji for Dragon aka Ryuu. Once it is drawn the hands come together to form a hand seal and a single Kiai completes the ritual.Then the transformation will commence.


Tenso Ryoga: Ryoga is a man in his early fifties a friend of Alex's parents and his guardian. He's a master martial artist who in his day could use his ki to destroy structures the size of Mt Fuji. He's intrigued by Alex and started training him anime style. Some how Alex hasn't been annoyed enough to run off. He has two daughters and a niece these three are PC's. (taken) They all live on the Tenso family compound which houses a dojo and various other training facilities.

Ryouga's technique's

Among various ki techniques Ryouga has master numerous styles of martial arts. His favoured style is the Suiken (drunken fist)

Generic ki blast.

Gemini

Twin split - Tsuinsatsu Ryuga creates a clone of himself and they fight in sync.

Monkey

Monkey Shriek- Saruhimei Ryouga takes a wide stance and releases a burst of ki from his mouth, he can use this with his twin. Thus doubling the power and the ability to attack from more then one direction.

Fruit bombardment - Hougeki no mi Ryouga bombards a foe with numerous and fast thrown balls of ki.

Banana Toss - Banana tosu Ryouga summons a blade of ki shaped like a banana then throws it like a boomerang.

Snatch: Sunnachi: Like Kumohoukou this one is a speed technique but the monkey variety of the two.

Demon monkey transformation: Youkai Saru henshin* A secret technique taught to him by the spirit of the monkey. One must be approached by the spirit (in the rp for other characters) and be taught the technique. This technique allows the user to become a human with that animals traits increasing there speed and strength and ki capacity. There are numerous creatures that can teach this ability. But the greatest of these are for four saint beasts.

Ryouga gains very sharp teeth a monkey tail, fur around his head and over his arms and legs. He slumps when in that form due to his many years of superiority he has long since mastered the state. Due to this Ryouga is able to tap into the power at will, utilize partial transformations and full transformation.

The saint beasts are different from the zodiac basically Seiryuu is a greater and more powerful version of the Zodiac dragon.


Tenso Minarim: Ryoga's wife a woman who's prone to act out with ultimate violence. An ex marine she is a skilled fighter, however she prefers to be a house wife now.

Enma: Like all versions of enma he is the judge of death. In this case he is the commander in charge of the Shinigami organization. He decides who goes where and he doesn't look kindly on those who step out of bounds. Even his strongest warriors should beware.

Beneath Enma are three types of field operatives. The Guides or Boatsmen they are the ones who do most of the leg work in non hostile areas. They ferry the dead and watch over important people who are marked by Enma and his office. Kimiko and her friend Zaruial who appeared before are of that unit. The Reapers who do most of the combat work and the guides work in hostile environments such as battle fields, almost all of them wield scythe's. The Reapers almost always work in groups of five. Even the most powerful ones must work like this though some do pursue honourable one on one combat. The healers who also most often work in groups of five do what you'd expect they heal (I need a name for them). The ranks are equal none of these unit's are higher then the other there three leaders are three of Enma's most trusted officers.

Brigadier General Yamamoto Kotone Serial Number Echo-One-Three-November-Zero-Nine: Kotone is the ranking officer in charge of maintaining relations with other worlds whether they are other planets or parallel dimensions. In this vein she is also in charge of world defence against otherworldly invaders. She was also given command over a single soldier of her choice to protect the immediate area surrounding her head quarters. It is well known among her subordinates that she is closely tied to Takeshi however the reasons remain unknown.

Ensign Tojiro Miku Serial Number Sierra-Seven-Seven-Juliet-Three-Eight: Miku was originally trained in communications and code breaking. She worked over the radio as a support for soldiers in combat for two years until Takeshi(and the rest of his batch of clone soldiers) turned seven. Then under recommendation of General Yamamoto she was chosen to be a handler for Takeshi. As a handler it is Miku’s job to relay information and mission updates to her soldier and report the status of the mission and soldier to their superiors.


Lenne: The very first member of the Kinzokusei royal family to obtain magic. She lived about a thousand years ago living until her very own son. Turned on her, her life was mostly a mystery and her after life is spent in the pursuit of her art. She has become almost as powerful as the zodiac spirits, but her former existence prevents her from crossing realms as they do. Her only method of dimensional communication lies in the magic mirrors she creates.

Lenne gave Elleresse one but there were others among them was a powerful man from a planet just of sorcerers. Friend, Rival, Lover, Nemesis Father of her child!


Notable rp settings

Tenso family home: A smallish house on a largish compound with it's own Dojo. It's among the oldest houses in the town. Alex co will gather here.

The House has a living room/dining room, hallway, kitchen, upstairs it has Ryouga's and his wife's room, a room which Nadehsiko and Ryouga's youngest daughter share, a room for the oldest daughter, a largest guest room, Alex stays there and Kimiko stays in the oldest daughters room. They also have a bathroom thats split into a small changing room and the bath, there's a separate toilet and the basement is used for laundry and such.

They have a large Dojo which has a number of kick and punch pads (Hand held things.)

Shiromiko High school: The main high school of the town the uniforms are a Black and red lined high school males uniform for the boys, with requirements of a white shirt or plain t-shirt or such underneath, and black or brown shoes.

The girls uniform is a red skirt, white shirt black jumper (with the option of sleeve length.) Like the boys jacket it has the schools symbol on it. (I know I missed that but meh.) The girls also wear red neckerchiefs and are required to wear black or brown shoes. Socks, tights or stockings are approved.

Spirit realm and such: This currently consists of Enma's palace the main office of all the Shinigami's works. It also consists of the spirit highway this place will slowly expand as needed.


(*I'd say Genma but that means demon king. XD Yay for an actual Japanese teacher being a guest at the cons I've been too.

The vile villains If you get an idea tell me this is where I'll put in the NPC heads of the organization. And their most powerful subordinates

Eziuur: (Not an NPC but he is the big bad) The new king of Kinzokusei he is Elleresse's, Ensautra's and Ezia's older brother. In the confusion of Elleresse's disappearance he murdered their father and seized the throne. Though he was put under suspicion with a bit of manipulation he has successfully had a scapegoat executed for the crime. Few people are concerned with this as they are proud to have such a powerful monarch do what the Zoku- Jin should have done long ago. Take the universe as their own, he has his scientists working on combing his peoples technology with magic and ki. Xanthia is his most trusted assistant.


Arashi the Raven: Takashi’s dark form, Arashi was a soldier in an alternate universe where he served as a general for an empire at war. He happily killed soldiers and civilians alike, men, women, children; he was unbiased in his reign of murder. Arashi swept through the land like the storm for which he was named until finally the emperor told him to stop, that the war was over. Then he turned his gun on the empire he had served. Now he sits alone on the late emperor’s throne killing the few would be heroes still foolish enough to come against him. However with his blood lust there are far too few people for him to kill and he has become a prisoner in an entire universe, alone now that human life has been all but wiped from existence. More than joy of killing and bloodlust, Arashi longs for strong opponents. Strong enough to face him in equal combat so he can feel the joys of battle and desperation before he kills them. Still he holds his gun, ******* the Devourer, tight in his hand with hope that he will someday be able to kill armies again.

((*******I don't want to reveal the name of the gun just yet. However it is the same basic design as Ta-kun's new gun is going to be. Except Arashi being a more sinister figure has a different and more murderous ki to fuel his bullets.))




Organisation villians


Eva: A witch who can manipulate time and space her only true power lies in that and manipulation. Anyone who stands in her way is dealt with by sending that person's darkest alternate against them. After organising the battles she returned to her masters and is working for now on other projects.

Reece: A power LT in his organisation and old comerade of Ryoga his organisation is up to something and his goal for now is to make Alex's rival a threat once again. At the same time he plans to net the organisation bountiful resources.

Appearance: Alex stands about 5'7 not that much taller then an average person in Japan. His hair is messy and reaches past his shoulders, tied into a ponytail. He has the beginnings of a goatee and his eye's are blue. Though somewhat skinny he does have muscle and the potential for great strength.

Bio: The man who started all of this he bought the game reborn. Before then he was just a geek picked on at school with average grades in most things. Never fond of a lot of sports he does enjoy basket ball but see's no point in Baseball. Since being sent to Japan and Shiromiko high he's started to become used to some of these things. After a few failed attempts to convince people this is all crazy, he's given up though he still reacts oddly to some things.

Current Techniques: Ki bolt a basic ki attack he was just taught in the rp. Mastered it!

Saggitarious style
Sagittarius: Bolt arrow or Boruto-ya: A concentrated blast of ki fired from his outstretched hand. He stretches out his arm (usually his right) has his hand flat and turned vertically and his fingers close together. He focusses then fires a single bolt of ki shaped like an arrow head. Fully mastered he can use this with ease. Though the technique is faster then it is strong.

This has grown stronger

This technique has a minor variation that Alex just used. The Boruto tanto. The technique is no different from the Boruto- ya except he maintains the energy in his hand.

Dragons flight or Doragon Hishou Alex focuses his ki and fires it as steady stream. It takes on the rough form of a dragon and eventually becomes more defined as he takes more control of it. He can use it at will but due to it's vague shape it's not as powerful or as fast as it could be, when steering it reacts slowly to his gestures.

The dragon is more like a Dragon having received more focused practise. It can devour small bolts of ki but nothing to big or powerful.

Dragons claw or Doragon Tsume: A concentrated mass of ki covers Alex's hand. He rushes the foe and slashes or slams it into the foe. It will eventually take on the form of a Chinese dragon, two fingered and one thumbed claw. The bigger the technique the more power it takes, he likes to avoid using this if he can't hit for certain.

He's got this at it's most basic level he's weary to test it on harder materials.

(This is random and he can't control it, the sword also transforms at random moments into it's true form.)
Ki cut: Using the ki and the sword he later obtains he can enhance it's cutting power.

The sword still gives him difficulties and refuses to transform at his whim.

Learning

Cloud walk: Kumohokou: A speed technique Alex will encounter when fighting against Kain. This one requires extensive practice and can vary in power. As of now he can only go about three to four feet in a single bound maximum.

Received the claws of the demon dragon. They do not cause a transformation but they do raise strength.

Saggitarious style

Precise strike(need to look up): Not a technique as such but eventually learning that as a hunter as well as a warrior he should aim for quick kills. As such he will begin to study anatomy until he can reach a point, where like a snooker player he can call out each target and strike them in rapid succession. (Kick or strike) In theory depending on the opponent his chance of success will surpass 50 percent.

Dragon style:

Demon Dragon transformation: Youkai Doragon henshin: He won't get this for a long long time. When he is finally taught it he will be unable to control him self when it's in use. In this form his dragon attacks become perfect Doragon Hisou takes on the form of a fully detailed dragon and his dragon claws become huge spectral three clawed dragon claws.

In this form Alex's hair becomes a huge mane that reaches his knee's, he grows the horns of a dragon above his temples, he grows claws on each finger and thumb, around his ankles are bits of fur, his chest and face become covered in various markings, his pupils become slits and the eye's turn gold, his canines lengthen and a tail appears from his back. On his face he has a set of dragon whiskers but they are short and undefined. On his arms he gains a covering of scales covering only from the finger to the Elbow. As he gains more power and mental control in that form the changes increase.

Double Doragon Tsume: Only available after and in his transformed state.

Doragon Tsume Jackhammer: A rapid version of the original this may be accessable for him in both forms.


Clear minded technique - Akiraka Seishin Houhou: This technique is the next stage of training for anyone using a demon form. The user must learn to perform this technique at the beginning of each transformation. (Basically it's a meditative and breathing technique) With it triggered the transformed user is able to control their mind and fight with a clear head rather then that of a raging demon.

This technique opens the flood gates for more power, new techniques and the control of their enhanced demon techniques. At that very same time they must relearn to control all oftheir techniques.

Houkou: A demon dragon technique that requires full mental stability. It is a pure energy blast fired from the mouth. (Inspired by the Dragon slayer techniques of Fairy Tail. I might need to name it something else but I like just calling it roar.

Doragon Kiai: An ear splitting scream that can be produced by all beast tranformed fighters. (Like the tiger.) (also inspired by Fairy Tail.)

Powers/weapons: A none combatant most of her powers are tricks or supportive. she has minor healing powers and the ability to control the dead and unconscious to a degree. Broken bodies are useless and she can't make them use any special powers. She can switch into a corporal form when using a special talisman.

Appearance: About 5'3 she's lightly tanned with blue eye's and dark blue hair that reaches her backside. Bio : Once a princess in a minor clan she was married off to another clan. She had three children and when they were about six, the entire clan was murdered in cold blood by a demon. At first she was unable to pass on being unable to cope with the loss of her children. Eventually though she succeeded and since then she's been working to help others pass on. As a Shinigami she was granted a form of her choosing, it was mostly her original body with the addition of cat like features.

Gadgets: Spirit Chopper- A motor bike that looks like an ordinary sports bike on the outside. But on the inside it's so much more. With special installed system Kimiko as a Shinigami can use her bike to enter the spirit high way. Through here she can get to most places far quicker then mosts. This system is ruled by red tape so she can't go to places with out the right approval. Otherwise she'll loose her job.

Scanner A mobile phone like device that allows her to keep an eye on unusual things. Such as aliens and those with powerful ki or magic. It can be used as a mobile phone and is her key to enter the Spirit realm. (Which is controlled by red tape. So only she can travel in her portals.) When she needs to see things others don't she can call on the visor which allows her to see the truly fourth wall breaking stuff. In most cases it allows her to see how much XP a character has received though this is secret stuff.

Appearance: About the same height as Kimiko Nadeshiko wears black rimmed glasses and possess an average build. She wears her brown hair in twin pig tails that hang at the back of her head. She's not the most active person due to her love of reading (mostly romance.)
Bio: Ryoga's niece she lives with her Uncle, Aunt and cousins quite happily. If asked where her parents are she will usually become incredibly silent for several hours. She's developed a tiny crush on Alex and is currently among the youngest in the freshmen year of Shiromiko high school.

Powers/weapons: He weilds a powerful and slimlined power suit for defence and some offence. Among it's weapons are, a number of wrist missiles, four beam sabers (he uses one at a time usually) and a number of amplifiers fit to his chest, legs, arms and head. He is able to use the same weapons the elite fighters of Kinzokusei are able to use. The suit can be withdrawn and drawn at will.
Personality: Cruel, opportunistic, power hungry.
Appearance: Tall and handsome, with a well muscled body. His hair is cut short to prevent any helmet issues caused by hair.
Bio: The only son and heir of the current royal family on Kinzokusei. He plots to take kill his father and expand the Kinzokusei's empire over the rest of the galaxy. Though the heir he feels a great deal of impatient and thus plots to kill his father when he is able. When his oldest sister is banished (over being executed) and his other sisters pursue, He sees this as the best chance to strike at his father. Dressed in his newly designed combat armour, he impales his father through his throne as he mourns his the disappearance of his daughters.

He see's the power in technology but feels that the planets thoughts on sorcery are close minded. As such he has pursued the use of both learning how to access his ki.

He's now earned minor magic that is only gravity and electrical base. This is limited as he will have no chance to advance it though it is still powerful he has very little idea on how to advance it.

Human mode: The body of an eight year old boy for reasons of disguise Ezia (When she starts making this body. Her mentor will recommend she continually update the body so he can simulate aging.
Fighter mode: This form is easily six foot and armed with a variety of missiles and laser weapons.
Travel mode: This form is big enough for Ezia and even some adults to ride on.
Personality: Analytical, and keen to learn with slowly developing feelings for his creator.
Appearance: His first human body will look like a pre-adolescent eight year old boy. He'll have purple hair, and green eyes and will look like Japanese youth from Okinawa.
Bio: Akito is a young AI that was created and then nurtured by the young Ezia and her mentor. By this point she had already proven how capable she was when dealing with machines. Akito has been with her mostly in silence until she came to the earth months later after gaining, Ezia's approval he showed himself to her allies. He's yet to have a physical form that isn't either incredibly large nor incredibly small. He has asked that Ezia create him some siblings mostly so he is not always lonely.

And the Bloodstone, a sword given to him by Aries upon completion of his trial. However, even now military scientists are working on completing a new version of the Clementine. In addition the Bloodstone has the ability to change its form, however this can only happen once, after it becomes another weapon it keeps that form. Still only a particularly powerful warrior can cause the change. Finally he continues to carry the gun he took from Arashi, the All Consuming Suzanna, A weapon very similar to his own, but instead of a mostly stainless steel coloring, the Suzanna is a deep black that almost seems to pull the light into it.

Bio: A product of genetic engineering and selective breeding he was quite literally born to be a soldier. Trained his entire life he has been successful in all manner of missions both covert and otherwise. Now he is on his most critical mission yet, to protect Japan and possibly the world Takashi is impersonating a high school student for the purpose of investigating unusual or suspicious additions to the school. As such his first instinct is to explore the sudden appearance of English Alex Crawford.

Perfect Shooter 13mm – In combination with his eye abilities he is able to focus his ki into just about any ability that he has seen previously and fire it from his weapon. However, one, his eyes must be active, and two he must have completely mastered his eye abilities before he can truly control this one. Also he can copy some abilities from before he mastered this technique. When just learned it is very unpredictable. While in the past he has copied some of his enemies’ abilities he has far from used them effectively and not without the help of his guardians.

Aries:
13mm Aries – Rather than piercing through the target, the ki makes a battering ram. Additional ki enhances the power.
13mm Shot - Fires a spread-fire shot much akin to a shotgun blast

Tiger:
Eyes of the Tiger – instead of seeing through defense, this ability see’s through attacks. In this vein the ability allows the user to understand how an enemies attack works and defend against it. When this ability is mastered in combination with the Eyes of the Ram it allows for the utilization of another more powerful ability.
13mm Nova – High explosive round, additional ki increases the explosive yield.
13mm Tiger – Up to four razor sharp ki blades cut through the target, the amount of ki focused into the shot determines the number of blades.
13mm Burn - Fires a jet of flame for burning down multiple targets
Stalk – Like a Tiger silently stalking her prey. The user exudes his piecing ki into his own body allowing his entire body to pass through the air. This may not sound like much but the ability removes wind resistance and allows a person to move completely unhindered, Because wind and in fact the sound barrier cannot slow him he moves without a sound faster than most eyes can follow to strike the enemy. However when he is just learning to control this ability, extensive use causes incredible damage to the user’s mind and body due to the unfamiliar speed and ki being forced on the body.
Demon Tiger Transformation – As Takeshi transforms the blood from his transformation ritual will seem to pool and turn black like tiger stripes. His hair also begins to grow longer as it becomes wild and unkempt in a deep shade of blood red while his eyes turn golden and his teeth grow sharp as well as his fingernails becoming retractable claws

Advanced Techniques: Abilities based off some of his more basic, modified to increase their power and/or usability in more situations and some more complicated abilities not thought of by the faint of heart. These advanced forms of his attacks will only be earned when he receives his new classification from Tiger.
Fundamental Explosion – Using the same ki design as Nova the user focused the ki into unloaded bullets rather than the bullet inside the chamber. Using this allows the user to hurl the now ki infused bullets like grenades, in order to create a smoke screen for escape or block the movement of multiple enemies.
And Again – Uses the same Ki design as Cull but instead of firing one bullet as multiple shots it fires the entire clip in a forceful burst.
Mage Killer – A technique based Arashi’s new weapon that is designed to prevent Ki and Magic from taking shape.
Cold Snap – Reverses the ki flow of Burn which becomes a freezing shot.

Appearance: Tall and thin with few if any feminine curves Tamiko chooses to wear a boys school uniform instead of a girls uniform at all times. However she never wears it properly as she keeps the jacket unbuttoned and the tie loose around her neck
Bio: A product of a loving relationship, Tamiko was raised with every opportunity to succeed. However if anything her family life was somewhat smothering. Over burdened with her parents constant badgering she began acting out. At first it was only in small ways like wearing her uniform improperly or staying out past curfew, but that quickly got old and Tamiko by then labeled a delinquent by her peers began to truly act the part. Lying, stealing were just the start when she eventually began getting into fights. Much to her surprise she was caught by NUPTA operatives and labeled more definitively, with no hope of expunging her actions from her permanent record. She was raised by her mother and her father, the latter of which was an admiral in the navy. At the age of twelve and curious about her father’s work she snuck into his office late at night. Appearance: Tall and well proportioned with very short black hair, Olivia usually wears a tight t-shirt along with skintight hot pants to help with ease of movement.
Bio: Born happily on earth her past aside from that is almost entirely unknown. However her singularly disturbed reason for joining Eziuur is very well known among the lower and higher ranked soldiers. Her dream to realize a galactic harem comprised of all the pretty boys and girls she could ever want and to accomplish that feet she must destroy the enemies of love that would imprison her. Of course sometimes a small sacrifice must be made for a greater reward and a few pretty people have to die to get her galaxy of love slaves. Still the only real reason for her admission into Eziuur’s army was a simple recruiting mission. So Suzume and her lieutenant, Ellia, were to Earth after a famously unique individual.

With a criminal record a mile long for her inappropriate actions against men and women as well as multiple charges of assaulting an officer of the law when arrest was attempted. Though Suzume disagreed with using criminals she trusted Eziuur enough to give the woman a chance. Though this proved to be something she was unwilling to do as almost immediately Olivia began seducing Ellia when she tried to extract her from prison. So with her first new pretty girl in several months she followed long enough to find herself threatened at gun point by a trigger happy Suzume. Despite losing Ellia as her love slave Olivia became intrigued by these enemies of the enemies of love.

Personality: Natsuko is the sweetest, ditsiest, and sometimes plain oblivious girl you're likely to ever meet. She has the best of intentions but is a bit of an airhead. She wants the best for everyone.
Appearance: She has bleached-blonde ringlets and can often be found wearing a maid outfit complete with an apron, when not in school uniform. For one reason or another, she has oddly large breasts for a girl of her age.
Bio: Natsuko loves cooking, sewing and most of all; worrying. She is completely oblivious to all magic, *****, pervs and feelings even when a combination of all four are right in front of her. She is a firm believer in miracles. ...And in people and will often be rooting for them, even if they're not actually doing anything of importance. She often bakes people things for no apparent reason.

Bio: Ellaresse the oldest daughter of three on her home planet, Kinzokusei. However when her powers were discovered her father, as ruler of a planet ruled by technology feared her. He was advised to have her executed but deciding against it her sent her away asking that she never return. Ella with her furry partner did so transporting herself as far away as possible.

Coeur Arrosé: A water spell like the ones above, this is completely new she can barely use it.

Personality: Xanthia is a schmooze. She knows how to get what she wants through words and subtle bodily actions. She is a very cool and collected person and she doesn't get angry very often, but gets scarily calm. She is enthusiastic about new technology and is usually the head of the project, whenever Eziuur is concerned. She is a very observant woman who pays lots of attention to people, trying to suss them out psychologically. This often means that she fixes people to particular personality types and does not expect them to act out of the character she has set for them, in her head.
Appearance: Tall and slender, Xanthia is dark-skinned and fair-haired. She has quite harsh defined features – not at all soft or cute, but she is still very beautiful. She is always wearing something tight and fitting to show off her curves and likes her legs being exposed – though tights will suffice if the day is chilly. (Will do the piccaaaa laterrr)
Bio: Xanthia is the personal (and sexy ;D) assistant of Eziuur and due to his noble status would do anything he asks. She oversees most projects regarding new weapon production, but doesn't get her hands dirty in the actual She feign-holds utmost respect for her superiors, but takes no time to show respect for those below her (or even at her level) on the hierarchy. She will do anything to gain promotions and would ideally like to run the planet herself, but she is very good at keeping her mouth shut about that. The Spirit Realm

Ruled by King Enma it is the place where spirits, demons and the like live and humans are judged, before going to an after life.

Rules of thumb

Every about the spirit realm is controlled by an insane amount of bureaucracy and red tape. It is very hard for anyone to do something they shouldn't.

Heaven and Hell (Just to get it out of the way)

There are many many diverse versions of these locations each one is linked to what a person believes. About themselves, their faith etc in the case of touched humans they are like other humans left in the dark. The theory Enma and his men have is that by knowing you are worthy of heaven, or something very nice. It is believed that said humans would negate this by acting like arrogant fools.

In the long run both heaven and hell are topics not to be discussed and are really quite boring places.

The army

The army of King Enma is split into three distinct divisions;

Some of the most successful beings are able to live in the in between area this allows them to maintain a more, normal existence. It is neither eternal bliss nor eternal pain, these people are of course expected to work.

The jobs of the many organisations vary so you could see an Oni working in, hell, as a clerk, as a reaper or in any other organisation.

The Spiritual realm is a massive plain that exists around Enmas Palace and the areas such as the River Styx. Because of this their are many organisations other then the Shinigami. In the city that formed around the palace their are many companies that one would expect to exist.

Spiritual Postal service

This is an area of work where mostly those who fly can work. All members are equipped with dimension bags that can fit the largely insane inside and a key that allows them to hone in on the recipient. This key allows them to use the spirit high way and appear any where in the universe simulating a door bell. They deliver packages such as work items and in the case of spirit beings living in the mortal realm for long jobs anything at all.


Weapons and equipment:

Reapers are officially armed with scythes healers are officially armed with knives and guides are officially unarmed. The case of weaponry is debatable most combat worthy Shinigami are Reapers so very few Guides or Healers are armed. They can be armed but they are armed officially.

Here is an example of the sorts of equipment that Shinigami will have.

Gadgets: Spirit Chopper- A motor bike that looks like an ordinary sports bike on the outside. But on the inside it's so much more. With special installed system Kimiko as a Shinigami can use her bike to enter the spirit high way. Through here she can get to most places far quicker then mosts. This system is ruled by red tape so she can't go to places with out the right approval. Otherwise she'll loose her job.

Scanner A mobile phone like device that allows her to keep an eye on unusual things. Such as aliens and those with powerful ki or magic. It can be used as a mobile phone and is her key to enter the Spirit realm. (Which is controlled by red tape. So only she can travel in her portals.) When she needs to see things others don't she can call on the visor which allows her to see the truly fourth wall breaking stuff. In most cases it allows her to see how much XP a character has received though this is secret stuff.

Mirror world: (Elleresse Power up arc) The group encounter a powerful sorcerer with an interest in the Kinzokusei Magic. In an effort to obtain it, he separates the group trapping some of them in a mirror dimension where many things are different. Most noticeably of all is some of the characters Genders are switched as is their strength levels. Alex becomes Trish.

Minor points for other characters:

Additional: Ryoko is obviously Ryouga. I thought I might as well change his gender for the lols.

Trish is likely better at the Sagittarius moves here. (done)

(Mini arc between?

Title pending: (Takeshi Power up arc) The group enter the edges of the warring zone of the universe. They land on a planet to stock up on provisions to find it is one of the planets under attack by the Eziuurs armarda. They beg the group to help them fight their enemies off until their princess marries (which would be about a week or two away when they land).

However she falls in love with Takeshi and thus the battle for the planet and Takeshi himself begin. ( I shall control the princess)

Minor points for other characters: Alex takes on a massive giant on the planet who wields sword and shield. Also I shall explain that all bigger races have more ki at birth they need that ki to survive otherwise their hearts wouldn't be strong enough or they would find it harder to eat their fill.

(Some time before they arrive Eziuur comes for the group. He is fought off but not defeated, he displays his gravity magic and defeats both Elleresse and Alex. (They are the ones who have the most interest in his personal defeat. )

Kinzoku-Sei civil war

The group finally arrive on Kinzoku- sei to find it gripped in a frantic civil war. Eziuur has left with a portion of the Kinzoku-sei armada to attack the earth. In his absence he has left Xanthia as regent only for a faction of the royal army to come across evidence of Eziuur's treachery. The planet is split in two, one faction believes that Eziuur is a traitor and the other believes he is a hero for his attempts to unite the universe.

As this goes on our hero's must unite the two forces and defeat Xanthia and her various test subjects and machines.

Alex faces off against: Xanthia, some traps and ten military scientists and mechs.
Elleresse faces off against: Projects FG0, RX02 and YU78 and modified Ensautra (with beam cannon)
Takeshi faces off against: Arashi

Earth's Liberation

With the defeat of Xanthia and a trusted regent in charge our hero's learn of Eziuur's invasion on the earth. They attempt to leave but are stopped when scientist under the former kings favour tells them of Xanthia's many projects. He explains that what they faces was only a fraction of her many successes. He professor Dr Igor Deterrent provides his solution a new project that he'd been working on for the last three years.

When Ezia reveals that both she and the late king had been watching over the project in secret (this is why she knows a lot about robotics Igor and his team helped teach her.) The group decide to use it. They rush back to the earth in an tuned up ship and arrive a week after Eziuur arrives. Then using the AIGOBP ( Artificial Intelligence guided Orbital Battle Probes. A series of me fighter/mechs that can be piloted manually and part piloted by a mech. For the likes of Alex who have no professional piloting skills. They are armed with machine gun like weapons etc etc.)

When they arrive they find that Eziuur has place himself and his forces at a number of major government locations world wide. His forces are annihilating the earth and are receiving only some resistance from Japan (despite it's more advance technology)

Alex with his OBP (AI named Funahoh) will battle this way into the houses of parliament in London. (The fight might end up in Buckingham Palace because Eziuur's a royalist XD )
The remaining AI are Touya and Kaori who are like Funaho siblings to Akito.

After Eziuurs defeat
Encounter with an old friend of Ryouga's (Reece, who shall be linked to that council and thus linked to Eva. He possess the demon transformation ability of the Phoenix Suzaku.)

Jaroths return: After his defeat Jaroth went into hiding and began his next plan to capture Elleresse. This plan involves him summoning and tricking, forcing and in some way getting a number of spirits to fight for him. Please request creatures if you have one.

Alex's opponent: A female Ifrit with brown skin (possibly red hair) and a sword of some sort. She can fly and command fire in an offensive and defensive manner. She will probably be dressed sort of like a stereotypical image of a Djinn. In dress I'm leaning towards a female variation of what Jin here wears or at least in style and at the very least whats on his feet.

The return of Jaroth - This plot basically revolves around him recruiting some unusual spiritual beings to kill the others. Rather then trap them in an illusion as this is just after Eziuur I'm hoping these guys will be an even match. Our characters shouldn't need a training session but it will be a hard battle that they win probably by luck or just having something in their favour. Heres Alex's opponent

Powers/weapons: As a Djinn (a magical race by nature) she possess numerous powers. She is capable of all the powers that a Djinn can perform albeit not as powerful as the more magically inclined folk. She is only able to use these powers on herself rather then project those powers outwards to other people.
- Flight and levitation = This is her most powerful traditional power with this she is capable of moving at high speeds and is easily a match for any speed boost techniques.
- Time and space warping = This power allows the Djinn to truly mess with humans the average Djinn can use it to phase through walls and slow time down by a fraction of a second in a space three inches around their own personal being. The more powerful Djinn can use it to create a effect like telekinesis and in rare cases use that same power to manipulate (not create) an element. (They are all naturally fire akin. Basically an uber powerful mage like Djinn could create tornadoes from the surrounding wind, send the bullets of a machine gun back at their enemies that sort of thing.) Farah is only capable of the lesser magic’s as she’s just a fighter.
- Massive Ki reserves, physical strength and defence = As a race they are naturally more powerful then humans. Your average human is incapable of denting a Djinn with their own body. But those with ki of a certain level (and guns for weakling Djinn) are able to fight them in hand to hand combat.
- Transformation and shape shifting = They are able to transform their physical appearances and other objects. This ability is difficult to estimates it’s full potential. Farah however is really only able to transform her physical body (into other humanoid shapes) and her clothes.
- True form = In their true form they are beings of pure fire here they are much stronger in every aspect.

Her personal powers are what define Farah as a warrior she has a personal sword in the shape of a Ram Dao http://thumbs1.ebaystatic.com/m/maNKX4qOtGulagsSpam55og/140.jpg . and she posses among the strongest control of fire power.

- Strong hand to hand combat = Farah is an expert at CQC and is able to combine Ground and Aerial all into a single style. If you face her in a one on one fight expect her to swoop around you.
- Talented gymnast
- Ram Dao = Her personal sword which she summons with a snap of her finger. It’s made from her solidify ki.
- Pyromancy = Various spells and attacks created with fire including spinning disks, trails, towering infernos.
- Asura = Her ultimate power was created by she a number of others observing the Asura. By blending their true form with their fleshy form they are able to become Asura increasing their potential attack numbers. (lots of flying fists)

Her techniques: Fire bullet – Farah points her arm at her target and clicks her fingers. This sends out a fire ball that travels at the same speed as a bullet. It will usually explode on impact and burst into flame from within her target.

Personality: A fun loving trickster and combat junky Farah delights in psyching out her opponents. If they are weaker then her she delights more in the frill of the chase, allowing them to flee while staying out of their senses range. Only to appear upside-down and above them, giggling madly. When the opponent is actually a match for her she relishes trading blows and prefer opponents who are just a little better then her in an aspect or not. As weaklings are only fun to taunt and stronger foes mean she needs to focus on the fight then just having fun.

Appearance: Farah is tall about 5’7 and lean and a clearly defined set of abs (without looking like a body builder) her skin is darkish brown her eye’s are a shining gold, while her hair is a thick black mop with streaks as red as rubies. She often wears loose fitting harem trousers , leather belt a cross styled halter top that exposes her stomach and simple material on her feet that are neither shoes, nor sandals.

She likes jewellery and wears a belly ring, bracers and a few bangles. Her hair is tyed with woven bobble.

Reece Bennett ( A LT. of the organisation and powerful adversary. He has taken no obvious action against the group but is already making his impact on those who would seek to destroy them.

Jaroth ( A powerful sorcerer he has lived for centuries and according to rumour was known to Lenne.

Personality: Cool and calculating he cares only for his work his Raven and his former lover.
Appearance: He is tall, with shoulder length black hair; his body is very slim as what muscle he possesses is reserved for normal living. He dresses in fine clothing cut suits, silk shirts epic cloaks etc etc.
Bio: Born on a world almost the exact opposite of Kinzukusei he spent his early years studying. When he first met Lenne she had just appeared on his planet and ironically in his bath. At first they emanated dislike and contempt for the other. When they were adults they became lovers and continued their studies Jaroth becoming fascinated by how she’d acquired such powers. He would visit her on her home planet taking great care to hide the fact that he was an alien.

Eventually his curiosity became to great and he started studying Lennes magic more closely. He even looked into preserving life, when Lenne was burnt as a Witch he began to work ever more fervently to become immortal, revive Lenne and study her magic. As of now Jaroth has kept a close eye on Kinzokusei taking every opportunity to acquire subjects for his experiments. Now both he and Lenne do no see eye to eye and though they are able to speak via magical means. It is clear that his choices and her death has driven a massive wedge into their relationship.

Alex rushed at the last of the thugs and striking him in the face with his elbow. The other teen toppled over backwards "Damn" he thought standing and stretching "That wasn't fun." Alex was a gamer and until three month's before he'd been a normal English geek. But after encountering the game reborn his life was changed for ever. It had been about three months since he'd come to the small town in Japan and three months since he began training under Tenso Ryouga. A man who could use his ki to destroy a structure the size of Mt. Fuji. It had taken a month before the thugs started falling to him which had only increased any desire to gut him.*


Kimiko sat upon the roof above him she watched with interest. Her ears and tail twitched before she leapt down landing neatly. "Are you ok? Alex - kun?" she asked stepping towards him. He turned arranging his school top and picking up his bag "Yeah I am it's just crazy. I can kick a** so easily since that happened. Sure I had to train hard over the last three months but still." Contemplating this he looked at his hand opening and closing it.

Takashi stretched, he had been watching diligently since the target left his house and was beginning to feel anxious. After all it had been three months and he had yet to figure out just what Alex Crawford was hiding. Suddenly a warm feminine voice deep in his ear canal spoke, “Sempai are you sure you should be spending so much time following Crawford San?” After a moment of silence Takashi smiled as he spoke softly so only the transmitter implanted in his skull could detect his voice, “Of course Miku, I just have a feeling about this guy. The administration at Shiromoko rarely admits foreigners, unless they’re rich or royalty. This guy is neither; he also has no outstanding qualities. It’s almost like he’s trying to suppress his presence so that no one will notice him.” As he spoke with his military contact Takashi continued to observe his subject.

He walked normally as if his destination were in the same direction, which in most cases it was seeing as he did attend the same school and live in the same area. That aside the covert conversation continued as Miku replied sweetly, “I guess, but it just seems like you aren’t getting enough rest.” Another almost silent reply came from the soldier as he continued his investigation, “Don’t worry, I’ll be fine. I have to do this; it is my responsibility to protect the citizens when he does become dangerous.”

Alex left the alley hands in his pocket his self proclaimed partner trotting behind him. Like him she was dressed in the Shiromiko uniform, however she'd made sure her skirt was only just within regulations. Apparently it was all because she loved taunting men even if she was only interested in other women. He remarked she should be careful, only for her to shrug off the statement as if to say molestation was no problem for her. Despite his reason training he'd failed to notice they were being followed, but Kimiko had noticed.

She glanced over her shoulder and winked at Takeshi. She knew who he worked for and had already got a couple of details on him. It was a innocent reason for him to stalk Alex so she decided, unless he interferes with my duties he can follow. In fact she already had a few juicy illusions planned that would very likely scar him for life.

Natsuko was at home and had somehow already managed to cook three pies. Apple, blueberry and raspberry. She was working on her fourth, rather cheerily. She was also wearing her strange choice of clothing. She just beamed away, not even looking as she blended the ingredients, yet somehow was doing just fine. She finished with the pastry and put it in a tin. Then she was stuck. She had already don't her three flavours - what on earth was she going to put into the fourth pie?! Tears welled up in her eyes. Forcing herself to calm down, she decided she'd put her all time favourite filling in, and then just have two of whichever that might be. Then she was stuck. ...Again. She liked all three equally. The tears made a return, but didn't spill.

The pair returned to the house about a half an hour later. Alex opened the door to the smell of pie he blinked as he headed towards the kitchen. Noting one of his hosts two Daughters he smiled "Yo again Suko- Chan" he said approaching her from behind. He glanced at the pies and raised a brow "What made you make these?" he asked leaning against the counter.

Soon enough Kimiko also entered the kitchen and smiled at Natsuko as well "Hiya" she said grinning broadly. Then she left the room and up the stairs approaching the room that Nadeshiko lived in. The room was mostly dark inside except for bright light coming from the monitor. She approached the high school mad scientist "Evening Shiko-Chan" she said looking over her shoulder.

Natsuko snapped out of her tearful daze when she realised Alex was speaking to her. She glanced at him blankly for a moment before it registered what he had said. "O-Oh!" She squeaked and looked down at them. "Well... I made an apple pie because I thought it would be a nice pudding for everyone sometime this week... But how could I make an apple one whilst neglecting blueberries and raspberries?" She asked, quietly. "So I had to make those two, too." She added. "And then before I knew it I was on a roll and made some more pastry - but I can't decide which of the three flavours I like the most to put in it." She said, on the verge of tears again.

Alex frowned he didn't know what to do when Natsuko got like this. Natsuko Alex thought came to tears so easily, it was a little much at times. He found the best way to deal with this was with a bit of patients. He stepped around her "What about a trying a pie using Mochi? Or there's Black berries?" taking a look at one of the pies he sniffed it "Where did you learn to make pies anyways?" he asked curiously. He'd rarely encountered pies in his three month time in Japan but reflected it wouldn't be much of a stretch. Not after being in a good few japanese style western bakeries.

"What are you making?" Kimiko asked as Nadeshiko continued to type for a few moments. The teen stopped and turned towards the cat girl shinigami. She gave her a look "I'm attempting to replicate the technology in that phone of yours" she said smiling in joy.

]"I'm all self-taught." She said, winking. The tears were instantly gone. "Blackberries, now why didn't I think of that?" She commented putting her hands on her hips. "Ever since I saw Saturday Morning Kitchen some years back, I haven't been able to keep myself from baking!" She said, smiling slightly. "I love making bread, too." She said, raiding the fridge for some blackberries. She found some and began to crush them with a wooden spoon in a plastic mixing bowl. When she was done she scraped the berries into the dip of the pie pastry and covered it with some more pastry. "Then I really should stop after this one - I don't think we'll manage four in a week - and it would be such a shame to see them go to waste." She added, putting her hands on her hips and nodding - then putting the pie into the oven to bake.
