Ivy was crawling her way to Holden and Hope. She was in pain. "They are using me....like they are using Holden.

Hope sensed Ivy. She slowly got away from Holden and kneeled down to Ivy. "Do you know anyway to Cure it Ivy?" Hope thought Ivy knew her way around Potions and cures, She still worried about Holden though. The worry Drilled into her soul. She knew something was wrong, but her love for him clouded it.

He crouched down beside the two, his posture seemed relaxed, but his eyes show great determination and concern, "Wait... Ivy, you know what these crystals are for?" he asked.

"They are using Holden and I like puppets. Hosts for a greater power. I doubt I can fix that." Ivy struggled to stand. "As for the crystals they are the item uses for our bodies to be ready for who we are going to host."

[Creative Demon]

She was curious now. "Can't you take them off?" Hope asked. She stood also. This was all new to her. She was so busy fighting off Rebels in other areas, she let to of her friends down. Hope lowered her head in shame.

"I don't think I can." Ivy replied.

He embraced hope as he sighed, "Don't feel bad... it couldn't be avoided..." he whispered to her, "They took us by surprise..."

"Can't you try?" she begged. Hope didn't want them to fall. She took out one of her blades. "Maybe I can cut them off..." she suggested. Hope heard Holden, but it didn't make a difference in her eyes.

He lowered her hand as he took the blade from her and put it against his chest, running her hand across the scar left from when he had tried to remove it with his scythe, it reached from shoulder to waist, "I tried..."

Hope gasped. She took her other hand and placed it gentely over her mouth. She couldn't believe it. She wanted to end the war that made her blind, she wanted to end the pain caused by wars, but... She couldn't. Could she? Hope took her hand back. She slowly raised them up behind her head, and picked at the ribbons knot. The ribbon fell, reveling her eyes once more. They fluddered open like butterfly wings. Hope tied the ribbon around her right arm. "I want... To end this War..."

"My potions are broken. Well the ones I had with me." Ivy stated. "I'm going to need help getting to my place."

He clasped both of Hope's hands in his, "I promise you Hope... until my dying breath, I will do whatever I can to help..." he whispered before kissing her lips lightly. Turning he knelt down and helped Ivy up, "But for now, we have to get her to her house..."

Hope was so shocked to the sudden kiss. It was her first, she didn't how to react. Her face lit up, but not enough to notice. She lowered her hands, and then drew her weapons. Her head was now into the battle. She couldn't let anymore of her friends fall!
