The Story

Okay, this little story is just here for a little bit for more insight until a better one is written...

The living are being turned into monster. And not just any kind of monsters like vampires,
or werewolves that little girls fantasize about: they are being transformed into the deadly,
and flesh eating monsters known as zombies. That's right. Zombies.

It all started when a young man started to despise the human race. He tested and experimented
until he created a toxic substance. Now all he needed was a test subject. And he knew the one
person who it would be perfect for. The question that posed a problem was how he was going
to be able to get it to said person in question. After much thought and consideration he came
up with a plan, and let's just say it succeeded with flying colors.

Then everything snow balled from there. From one person it spread and so did the panic. Quickly
people started to change and contaminated even more people. Groups started to form and trust
started to become an issue.

Now the man is in a group and only one person knows who he is, but she is sworn to secrecy
so the others won't panic and try to kill him...because he is the only one who knows the cure.
And he isn't going to so easily give up that secret to them.

Little does he know...there is a facility working on a cure and they are close to cracking it.
And the people who are immune are the keys to the answer.

║▌General

Okay, so these are the basics of the basics. Follow the T.o.S that Gaia has so kindly made
to keep this website user friendly. While I personally don't mind anything that goes in any
role-play, keep in mind that there are wandering eyes of children on here. I do not want this
thread being reported because you decided that you couldn't keep it in your pants or
have to describe a cut open stomach with extremely vivid details.

Be friendly to the other players. Sure your characters may hate each other, but that doesn't
mean that you are supposed to hate them. If you have a problem with a person please feel
free to contact me or A Real Lucky Bug. We can deal with the problem for you, because we
do not want drama in our role-play. Hostility to other players is forbidden. If anything you
should kill them with kindness...well not literally of course.


║▌Posting

Yay time to starting talking about the most loved thing....Posting! Yayyy. Now I know you
probably always read about how the creator wants dedicated players, and if someone isn't
dedicated then they will send them warnings...blah blah blah. Well while we want extremely
dedicated players, we understand that life comes first. However, if we are not notified within
a week of your absence, not only will you be kicked your character will also be killed off.

It may sound harsh, but we do not want to go through the hassle of trying to track you down...
only to find out you have opened and read our messages but didn't reply to us. Now if you are
going to be gone for a long period of time but would love to come back we wouldn't mind
making your character "go missing" for a while. That way you can always bring them back when
you wish.

Now it is time to talk about lengths and literacy. I'm sure I have already made some kind of really
stupid mistakes by now with my grammar/spelling/punctuation, and we don't mind if you make
some tiny errors. However, pleaseeee know the difference between their/there/they're and
to/too/two. When it comes to length we do not have a set limit you have to reach, we just ask
that you give enough for another person to reply to. We love quality over quantity. If you must
have a limit I would say minimum, on writers block, 300 words. That really isn't all that much.

On a side note --- we LOVE great graphics with posting layouts, just nothing to flashy or hard
to see. And size for your post's font has to stay between 9-11. It just looks nicer that way, sorry.
Oh yeah, and please learn how to [ list ] if you don't know already. It makes posts look nice.


║▌Characters

First off, no Sue characters - meaning, let your characters have flaws and weaknesses. Nobody is
perfect and your character isn't either. Give them a unique outlook on life and one-of-a-kind life.
Read up on other peoples profiles before making your own, so you don't have to worry about a
duplicate person. And don't stray to far from what your role is. More will be found below under
the reserves section in the rules.

This role-play will be using anime pictures. I'm sorry if I just pushed your button, but as
the creators we are more comfortable with this. We love to see characters that are not common
to the Gaia world, but if you have the person perfect in mind go for it. However, there will be no
pictures of the popular Vocaloid group (Miku, Luka, the Twins, ect.) they are far over used and
people do not ever make good layouts for them even though they have some amazing pictures.
They are the only ones I am putting off limits. And you are having trouble finding some one I
urge you to go to zerochan.com for a wide selection.


║▌Reserves

Reserves reserves reserves. Okay I just want to make this simple for both and for us. We have
made cute little reserves below where all you have to do is:

║▌pick the role you want
║▌send us a 200x200 picture of your character
║▌their age (within the range of the character)
║▌their job within their field unless they are a student or unemployed
║▌their weapon of choice.
║▌and samples of your writing


That is all you have to do. Send it to me, titled the weapon you would
use in the zombie apocalypse.

On a side note, when making your character please keep in mind their role. I do not want you to
be trying to take over somebody else role, so stick to the beta. For instance, the medic isn't going
to go running out into the open trying to get the zombies to go after her. That is the job of the
bait.

Profiles are easy too. You are going to just create your own thread. There are more instruction
listed down below if the 'Time Capsule' post. All I have to say is just have fun with it, and send
me the link to it when you start it. Oh and post it to the ooc too please that way people will
know that you are working on it also.

【Name】〖Female〗 【20 to 25】〖Weapon〗

THE LEADER is the perfect role for this girl! Always top of her class, striving to be her best.
Couldn’t say the same for her lazy-a** brother, THE ZOMBIE SPECIALIST, the biggest
idiot in the world. Well, aside from the idiot she was taking into authorities, THE CONVICT.
Unfortunately she became stuck with the terrorist since the precinct was now in ruins and
communications were failing. Another unexpected surprise was the added company of
THE BAIT and THE CHILD. THE CONVICT was safe for now. There was no reason to reveal
his secret and caught more of a panic. Especially with a child around.

So the zombie apocalypse huh? Well you are looking at the guy who started it
all. THE CONVICT is the one who started all of this, and it didn't take to for
the law endorsements to discover the scheme. To bad they couldn't sentence him
to anything before the world went down the toilet. For now THE LEADER is the
person who is in charge of him until everything can get back in order. So when they
were trying to find a safe place THE BAIT and THE CHILD ended up having to
tag along with them...don't they know THE CONVICT is dangerous?

THE IMMUNE, being a photographer, has been hired for many different things; magazines,
newspapers, ads, articles, websites and so on. So of course when walking corpses flooded the television screen,
she was one of the first on the scene! A long shot just wasn't enough though and the girl risked her life by inching closer
and closer to the dead. As fate would have it, she was bitten! A good bite into the arm and blood wouldn't stop
pouring! Of course she nor THE MEDIC that picked her up knew the after effects of a
zombie bite. Or at least they didn't realize it at the time because reality hadn't yet sunk in. Things quickly came
to light though as they hit the hospital and it was evident that nowhere was safe. Much to THE IMMUNE'S dismay,
they ran into THE MECHANIC and THE WEAPON'S SPECIALIST. That b***h wanted to leave her for dead
because of the bite! Luckily, THE MEDIC stood by her side and eventually they discovered something strange....
The infection didn't affect her.

THE MEDIC was one of the first on the scene of the outbreak. The girl had family to worry
about, but was too hard at work for any relationships, intimate and friendship alike. Of course she’d
eventually become great friend with THE IMMUNE. Matter of fact, she saved her life and headed
straight for the hospital where they met THE MECHANIC and THE WEAPON’S SPECIALIST. She couldn’t
believe it when THE MECHANIC wanted to leave THE IMMUNE for dead! That wasn’t happening on her watch!
Though she may not trust everyone, she’s pretty neutral and is all abut saving lives

【Yukimura Askura】〖Female〗 【20】〖Dagger〗 It was suppose to be her day off considering her boyfriend was coming home on leave, but of
course when the hospital needed a mechanic, she couldn’t refuse. THE MECHANIC quickly
became aware of the situation around her. These were ******** zombies!! Unfortunately for her
she ran into THE MEDIC and THE IMMUNE, whom was once her high school best friend and
now her worse enemy and the last person on Earth she wanted to be stuck with while in a
zombie apocalypse. So she wanted to leave the bitten b***h behind! Especially when her
boyfriend came into the picture considering THE IMMUNE was his ex-girlfriend. Of
course THE MEDIC would hear nothing of it. They were stuck together for now.

at the hospital. Knowing the building was a breeding ground for the infection, THE WEAPON’S
SPECIALIST convinced the other three that it was time to get out of there. Of course things
were a little difficult having his girlfriend and ex-girlfriend, THE IMMUNE, together. It really is the
end of his world

her rescue. He carried her carefully and swiftly through the school and outside where they
