Good evening! How are all of you? Right now, I am in the mood to roleplay. I am sure you are, too, or else you would not be here, so let us just go over a few things... (If you just want to be lazy, at least read this first post and skim over the rest. I would love the company if you would like to chat about an idea that you think I might be interested in or if you would like to talk to me about one of my plots. Please do not let all my rules and long posts scare you. sad )



heart It seems as though my huge craving for a Labyrinth fan roleplay has passed for the time being. As well as my Fruits Basket craving.

However, I am very interested in starting another original story. It does not have to be with the characters I have posted, I am completely willing to make up more. I also have a few plots that I would absolutely LOVE to use. If you are interested in knowing more about one of my ideas from the list below, feel free to ask about them and I'll type up the stuff I have written in my plot journal. (I put a little hint in rule #3 that I hope we could somehow incorporate into the romance roleplays...)

So, I had a cool dream that gave me a great idea for a story. If anyone would like to roleplay with me using the basics that I have or with tweaks here and there, I would absolutely love it. The following are key points from the dream that I had:
*A city bus misses its turn and ends up breaking down in front of a jail out away from the city some time during the night. My character is on this bus.
*A few of the convicts are being released from jail that night. One of them turns out to be a vampire.
*This vampire (in the form of a young man) takes a liking to my character when he sees her and follows her around. She gets freaked out and keeps trying to get away from him.
*The vampire eventually kidnaps my character and she wakes up in his home, which is a very nice manor/mansion with quite a bit of property in a forested area.
*My character gets curious about who the guy is (she doesn't know that he is a vampire), why he was jailed exactly, and why he decided to kidnap her after a couple of weeks in his home.
*We can build onto the story from there, cause that's all I have.

We can start this off with the bus breaking down, with my character waking up in his home, or anytime after that. PM me if interested and we can set things up.

1. Vampire convict is released from prison during the night. City bus breaks down in front of the prison (which is quite a ways away from the city). He finds himself attracted to a young woman (my character) and kidnaps her. (This would be a romance story.) *Really want to do.* heart
2. A young woman has recently moved in with some of her ralatives after having graduated from a high school in order to attend a university. In an effort to get her to open up more and actually make friends in her new environment, her relatives drag her around to try out a few young adult clubs and groups that they know some people in. One of her cousins is a part of one of these groups and makes a bet with one of guys in the group that he can't get this anti-social girl to go on just one date with him after finding out that the friend finds her attractive. (Romance story.)
3. There is another realm, and alternate dimension, where all kinds of mythical and fairy-tale creatures live. There is a portal that opens up to the human world one day every year. It is tradition in that town for a small group of high school girls to be invited to a party held at the mansion in which the portal is placed. No girl is ever invited more than once, and when they go to school the next school day, they act as though nothing really happened. However, there is a secret as to why only girls are invited, as well as to why they never seem to be interested in sharing what happened to them inside the mansion with those who have yet to enter it. (Half-Romance/Half Adventure or Horror Story. Maybe good for a group RP?) (I actually wrote a short story with this plot and would like to use a few ideas that I used in it.)
4. There is a murderer in a small town (so small that it only has one high school). When a teacher finds the dead body of a teacher showing up late for school for some reason or another finds the dead body of a student who had graduated the year before, all thre schools are placed on lock down. What they don't know is that the murderer is actually a student gone mad. (Kind of like the game of "Clue"... Maybe good for a group RP?)

A Few Things You Should Know Before Replying
0. You know what? If I am on, and you are on, and you only want to do a one-shot roleplay over YIM (Yahoo Instant Messenger) , feel free to post here in the thread that you would like to do so with a plot and character, or just a character if you want to use one of my character's plots, and I'll PM you my YIM username if I accept. (Sorry to those of you who would rather that I use MSN, but I don't give that one out anymore.) Or, if you would like, we can just do a one-shot here in this thread.

1. I am sometimes too busy during the week to be able to come on Gaia, so I will most likely only be able to reply on weekends (unless something comes up), from 8pm pacific time until I go to bed, which is usually between 10pm and 11pm (also unless something comes up), and when I am able to find the spare time throughout the day.

2. Because of the above, I would like to have a private message roleplay. It would make it easier for me to be able to find/remember it when I am able to come on long enough to roleplay. However, I am willing to do a private thread roleplay if you prefer those instead.

3. Now, I know that Gaia asks for everything to be PG13 on this site, but I will accept PG17 material. As long as it is not inappropriate, perverseness is perfectly okay, as long as it does not go too far. *Has found, to her dismay, that she sometimes likes perverted characters... as long as they don't get too bad.* However, I will not do sex scenes. If a roleplay ends up going in this direction, I request that we just make it fade-out scene and open it back up in a later scene. I also do not approve of cuss words. If you feel that your character needs to swear with such words, please refrain from using anything worse than "damn" unless it is absolutely necessary. Meaning, once is more than enough for me, so should be enough for you. I do not see blood and violence (unless sexual violence) as above PG13. The only restriction on this is that you do not randomly start in on some bloody scene when it was not needed.

4. I am a pretty literate person, and though I have been known to make a few mistakes here and there, I would prefer if you were literate enough to at least have proper spelling and punctuation. I do not like chat speak unless it is out of character and not over-used. I do not care how much you write per a turn, as long as it is at least three sentences long. (Three sentences is equal to one elementary school paragraph.) Please know, however that it is hard to write a long response if you give me only a little bit to work with. The more you post (please do not write a novel gonk ) the more you'll get back. I try to post as much as I can from what you give me.

5. If you would like to stop the roleplay, please say so. Do not just stop replying, as it is rude to do so. I will be sure to tell you if I would like to end the roleplay. If I do not reply after a while, I have not forgotten about you, but have been busy with my real life and will try to reply as soon as I can.

6. Please write in past tense, third person. I shall be writing this way, and it is confusing if you write in a different tense or person than I am.

7. I find it hard to roleplay battle scenes even though I do love to watch such movies and shows... I do not know why, but that is just how I am. I am willing to try out roleplaying a battle scene, but please do not expect it to be all that grand.

8. I am willing to roleplay as either male or female and I am willing to double up if needed.

9. You may roleplay as male or female with whatever species as long as it goes along with the character/plot that you have chosen, be it mine or yours. I do not roleplay yuri or yaoi. If you roleplay as a female (or male if you are wanting me to roleplay as male), it cannot be a romance themed roleplay. I might think about a yaoi, as long as there is three or more characters and I am roleplaying female. This meaning that you either play as both males or you know someone who would like to roleplay as well.

10. I like romance, cute/sweet things (that make me squeal at its cute/sweetness and make my heart 'gush'), one-shots, long-term, vampires, elves, ninja and a bunch of other genres, story types, and races that I don't remember right now. Just ask and I will say 'yay' or 'nay'.

11. When roleplaying romance stories, I very rarely have characters that "fall in love at first site". In fact, I usually like to make the males to work to get the girl. Quite a few of my characters are confused about love and so will not make the first step. Even if one of my characters has a crush on someone, she will most likely keep it to herself rather than share it. That is, unless it is on one of the rare occasions in which I create a boy-crazy girl.

12. I am not a 'all things must be my way' kind of person and am willing to compromise to make the best of things for everyone, so please feel free to ask if I would like to roleplay with you with a plot of your own making or visit your own search thread for a roleplay partner.

13. It is not something that I do often, but I sometimes tend to add in 'un-named' characters. These characters do not hold conversations with anyone in my posts, and are referred to when needed. (An example is my doll character, Victoria, has a driver for her carriage that is usually hanging around. He is un-named and un-characterized, and the only relationship that she has with him is that he is her carriage driver and takes care of the carriage, horses, and luggage.)

14. So, if you have actually read this far into the post, please see my fourth post for samples of my writing.

Personality: Sheanna is what one would call neutral in the aspects of optimism and pessimism. She sees the good and the bad and never loses hope, nor gets her hopes up. She finds it easy to adapt to new surroundings. This is mostly because she lets curiosity get the best of her and she always investigates in order to become more familiar with things. Sheanna absolutely hates it when people keep secrets from her that are about her, causing her to also hate surprises. When working on an art project, Sheanna has been known to lose herself to her thoughts and daydreams rather than pay attention to what is going on around her. She tends to get very paranoid about stalkers and very rarely trusts people that she hasn't known for at least 3 months.
Past/About Sheanna: Sheanna grew up in an average home as the middle child of two brothers. She grew up believing in fairy tales and often lost herself in her own little fantasy world. Her love for creativity caused her spend more and more of her free time drawing or writing stories. Throughout her middle school years, the girl worked on learning about all the different types of art and improving her skills in the types she was interested in. During her high school years, she worked very hard to earn art scholarships so that she could attend one of the prestigious art schools after she graduated. She has finished her freshman year of college, majoring in art, and plans on continuing her art education for at least 3 more years.

Personality: Alaenore is a very stubborn young woman who believes that everything is done for a reason. She likes to know the reasons that people do certain things, and if she cannot figure it out, she will search that person out to inquire about their actions so that she can better understand the human mind. Because of this, she was often told as a child that she would make a great leader because she can learn why people do the things that they do.
Past/About Alaenore: Alaenore was an elf until the age of 9, when a vampire found her at night in the stables. It made her into an Elvin Vampire. Her mother died when she was 5 and her father rules his kingdom. She lived with her father in their kingdom until she was old enough to travel by herself. Because she likes to know why people do the things that they do if she cannot figure it out, she decided to search for the vampire so that made her the way she is now. She wants to know why the vampire would do such a thing that caused her much suffering because her people disowned her and thought of her as impure because of what she has become.

Alaenore is swift, tireless, and has magical powers, though she does not know how to use the majority of these powers because she had no teacher to train her after she was bitten. She is very talented with her sword and can act swiftly in battle with it. Although she can stay in the morning and evening sunlight for a while, the afternoon sunlight affects her like all sunlight affects most other vampires. Like other vampires, holy water and wooden stakes are definitely her weaknesses in battle.

She loves most animals, and used to be friends with a unicorn named Natasha at one point in her life. Unfortunately, Natasha disappeared one day when Alaenore had gone into a city to find a place to stay as well as see if the vampire who made her vampire was there.

Personality: Aleanora is very closed off towards people that she is unfamiliar with and tends to keep things to herself even when she knows a person. Many people consider her quiet and mysterious because she keeps to herself so much.
Past/About Aleanora: Her kingdom was taken over by an evil man, who killed many of her family members and is after her as well. She had one sister, who was killed. She is the only one of her family left. She is searching now for a lost love, who may have been killed when her kingdom was taken over. If she cannot find him, she will keep on training as a warrior until she is strong enough to get her revenge.

She has a limited amount of control over the element of water. If needed, she can draw it up from the ground or pull it out of the air if in humid areas. She can also order it to turn into ice, but that takes a lot of her energy and she sees no reason to do so.

Allea is very talented with her bow and carries around small throwing daggers in case the need for them would arise. Being an Elf, she is very swift and tires much slower than humans would.

She has troubles trusting people whom she hasn't known for a long time and is very paranoid that someone will betray her because of her past. Even so, she is very loyal to those whom she trusts and is also very trustworthy.

Age: Doll Body Appears 17, Soul is 21, Born: 1898
Race: Doll with Human Soul
Personality: Being as she was raised knowing very few people, you would think that she would have trouble socializing with other people. However, she is quite the opposite. Her mother had been social, and somehow her mother's social trait had passed on to her. Before she became a doll, and even though she was so ill, she smiled often and talked to or hung out with anyone who lived in the house that would do so with her.

Because of everything she has gone through, and because of the emotions she had while going through the soul transfer, her face often shows a look of a mixture of sadness and pain, but also that of love when she is not trying to show other emotions. Even if some other emotion is affecting her, that emotion will only show through if she tries or forces her face to form that expression.
Past/About Victoria:Victoria was named after Queen Victoria and was born during her reign in 1898. Her mother was Irish, and she was born in Ireland, but since her father was an English lord, she grew up in Great Britain. She spent most of her time with her mother, and so has a slight Irish accent.

Victoria was once a human, but a very sickly human. She had a weak heart, making it so that she could not handle excitement in her life or else her heart would beat faster and she would get very sick. This meant that she was kept in the house and away from things that would excite her. Her father, who loved his daughter very much, wanted to do everything he could to make it so that his daughter could one day live a normal life. From her 4th birthday on, he had been studying magic and alchemy so that he could give her a better body.

When she was 17 years and 3 months old, Victoria became fatally ill after the death of her mother. Although he knew that he couldn't make a true flesh and blood body, her father had decided that the only way to save her life would be to transfer her soul into that of the body she had been working on. This body was a life-size doll body that looked exactly like her. He had been hoping to make it into a true human-like body, but the doll form had to work or else his daughter would die. Unfortunately, the soul transfer from her body to the doll body required more energy and life force than she could give with her true body. Realizing this, her father gave up his own life so that she could live.

Although she inherited her family's entire fortune, she was not satisfied with just staying put. Her father had given his life for her, and she would not put that in vain. Now, she travels around the world, learning new things and trying to find a place of her own in the world that she never truly belonged to.

As long as her soul never escapes the doll, she will live forever inside of it. Though her skin looks like porcelain, it is a lot tougher, but not unbreakable. Should it crack, her soul would escape and be lost forever.

Name: Akasa Kannashi
Nickname: Shi
Age: 14 Years
Race: Human
Occupation: Jounin Ninja
Personality: Kannashi is usually a quiet girl, but it is advised not to make her angry. She doesn’t anger very easy, but when she does become angry with someone then she never forgets why, and she punishes for it.
Past/About Kannashi: Kannashi wears her headband so that it covers her forehead. She is 5’6 and weighs 92 pounds. Her hair waist-length blond hair and, technically, she has no bangs. She grew out her bangs to be the same length as her hair, but what would be her bangs hangs over her headband (Kind of like Sasuke’s and Sakura’s only much longer). The rest of her hair she either has in a bun or is down, it depends on if she is on a mission, or training, or not. Her eyes change to all of the different shades of blue, depending on her mood. They are usually a deep blue, though. Kannashi usually wears loose-fitting pants that could be considered a kind of work-out pants, a black shirt with the symbol of the Akasa clan on the front and back, and a sweatshirt, which has the same colors and symbol as the shirt, only it's got a zipper down the center. (The clan symbol is a silver crescent moon with a blood droplet hanging from it.) Her sandals are also black, and she wears black socks when it is cold out. When not in this attire, she is seen wearing a black mini-skirt, but has the same kind of shirt and sweatshirt described before. Kannashi is very petite and somewhat fragile looking, but that is the way most of her clan was anyways. She is a lot stronger than she looks.

She is of the Akasa clan. The members of the Akasa clan are ‘friends’ with all wolves. The majority of the clan members are petite looking, but are fast and good fighters. They learn all the pressure points of the body, because they cannot beat an enemy with pure force, due to the fact that they are all so small.

When Kannashi was little, she always believed that no matter what her family said, they did not love her. She only had one friend, and that friend was the only person she trusted. On her twelfth birthday, someone caught the house on fire and it killed almost every one of her clan members, including all but one of the ones she cared for. The few that survived the fire were five of her cousins, two uncles, an aunt, her favorite grandpa, and of course, herself. Her cousins, uncles, and aunt all left to live in random villages, while she and her grandfather went to live in a cabin that her clan had built for members to go when they needed to be alone. Not too long after her fourteenth birthday, her grandfather was murdered by a missing nin. The missing nin had tried to kill her, too, but she escaped to Suna, the Village of Sand. Because of all this, she wears only black, she is in mourning.

All she truly wants is to be given the love that she has never received.

Name: Hon Murasaki
Nickname: Saki
Age: 15
Race: Quincy
Occupation: High School Student/Quincy
Personality: Although she likes her alone time, Murasaki is the kind of person who is very loyal to her friends and enjoys her time with them. She is very protective of her friends and family and despises all Shinigami. Murasaki is very stubborn once she has her mind set on something, and is not afraid to pick a fight with anyone she feels is a threat to her or hers. While acting like a normal human she is considered a normal, happy being, even though she likes to dress in odd clothing styles. As a Quincy, she acts as emotionless as possible towards her enemies, and has even been known to make cruel and straight-forward comments while fighting.
Past/About Murasaki: When Murasaki was a young girl, she had been sent off to visit some relatives living in the United States along with her older brother and sister, Kon and Aka. None of them had guessed that while away their parents would 'disappear' without a trace. Kon secretly knew that it was the Shinigami who did this and that their parents were probably dead. The relatives that they were visiting decided to take them all in as their own, even though Kon was already a high school student and getting ready to graduate. At that time, Aka was just starting middle school and Murasaki was in third grade.

Kon had already finished most of his Quincy training, and although Aka was still learning, both had decided that they wanted to teach their little sister so that she, too, could defend herself from Shinigami as much as possible. In the possession of the Hon clan there is a special weapon that looks like a zanpakutō but does not have a first release or bankai. It is able to absorb the spiritual energy of the opponent that it hits and use it against them. Murasaki, it seemed, was perfect to be trained to use this weapon, and so she was trained with the bow and arrows as well as the sword.

While in university, Kon decided that he wanted to take his siblings back to their home country and town of Karakura Town, Japan. Their adoptive parents would often pay for all three of them to visit when all three had breaks at the same time so that they could get used to their home country again before the big move. They also hoped that Kon would be able to not only find a job for himself so that he could support his siblings, but also find a suitable college for Aka when she graduated high school. It was planned that as soon as she graduated, the three would move back into the Karakura Town house that belonged to their family.

Their house is very close to where Inoue Orihime lives, and so when the Hon's moved back in, she was sure to show up with some of her home-made cooking as a welcome gift. Kon, being a weird cook as well, loves her food and tells Murasaki that she should befriend Orihime when he learns that they will be in the same class together in high school. Aka also encourages Murasaki to make friends with Orihime and her friends, as she can sense that they all have spiritual powers and figures that Murasaki would fit in better with them and would also be better protected.

Orihime and Murasaki quickly become friends, but Murasaki seems to not like Ichigo at all due to a past encounter when he had been in Shinigami form. Since she enjoys arts and crafts, she quickly tries to form a friendship with Ishida Uryuu.

Omoiegaku Ekaki ~ Lady's Kimono Omoiegaku Ekaki ~ Head Shot
Name: Omoiegaku Ekaki
Nickname: Ki
Age: Unknown (Around the same age as Byakuya.)
Race: Shinigami
Occupation: Third Seat of Third Division
Personality: Many people say that the best way to describe Ekaki is to say that she is just like Kuchiki Byakuya. She is normally a silent person, but is not as quiet at Byakuya. She will not take crap from those who say things about her, especially her old best friend, one of Byakuya's younger cousins, Ichimaru Gin, and the male newbie shinigami that almost always start rumors saying that the only reason why she is the third seat is because Gin likes her.
Past/About Ekaki: A long time ago, when Ekaki and Byakuya were younger, Ekaki had fallen in love with him. Her father, the head of the Omoiegaku noble house quickly arranged their marriage after finding out about this, feeling proud that his daughter had not chosen anything less. But then Byakuya 'canceled' the marriage because he had fallen in love with Hisana instead. The Omoiegaku family has a belief that members of their family can only fall in love once. More specifically, the zanpakutō of a Omoiegaku shinigami is supposedly the one that chooses the partner. Now the Omoiegaku family will have nothing to do with the Kuchiki family, because they feel that what Byakuya had done was like a slap in the face to their whole family.

Somehow, Ichimaru Gin, who had been told by Aizen that Ekaki was needed in their plans, found out that in rare cases, an Omoiegaku will have a daisho zanpakutō like Ukitake Jushiro and Kyōraku Shunsui. In those cases, the Omoiegaku has been known to fall in love twice. Pointing this out to Ekaki's father, Gin was able to get him to allow Ekaki a second chance of finding love. He plans to use this to his advantage by trying to get her to fall in love with him so that when it came time to leave for Hueco Mundo, she would not put up a fight when they tried to take her away.

Byakuya's cousin, Ekaki's old best friend and also a shinigami of the third division, has somehow caught on to what Gin is trying to. That is, she only knows that he is trying to get her to fall in love with him, nothing more. She knows that if Byakuya can regain Ekaki's love and go through with the marriage as it had originally been planned that she can not only gain her best friend back, but they can once again have good ties with the Omoiegaku family. Time is now cut short and she must get Byakuya and Ekaki to fall in love with each other before Ekaki decides that she loves her captain more.

Ekaki's zanpakutō is named Burashi (Paintbrush) and is a daisho. To release it, Ekaki says "Kaku Burashi", which means Stroke, Paintbrush. Upon release, Burashi's hilts become longer and the blades shrink while splitting into many thin strands of blade-like wire. Each wire is sharp enough to cut like a blade, giving many paper-cut sized gashes in the flesh of enemies. A poisonous ink coats each wire, causing the ink to infect the wounds inflicted. Victims can know when they are poisoned because it turns the wound a dark blue. If not treated within twenty-four hours, it has been known to begin eating away at the the flesh around it.

When Ekaki gains her bankai, "Genkaku Burashi" (Illusion Paintbrush), she will be able to trap her opponent in an illusion created in her mind and painted by many paintbrushes that split off from her left hand sword. The right sword stays in its release form and is usually held by both hands.

Name: Ukitake Kiokuryoku
Nickname: Kio
Age: Unknown (A bit younger than Tōshirō.)

Occupation: Vice Captain of Thirteenth Division
Personality: Kiokuryoku, although not nearly as bad, has a similar personality to that of Kusajishi Yachiru's. She is known to be somewhat childish, but can be serious if the time calls for it. She cares deeply for her older brother and tries her best to take care of him.
Past/About Kiokuryoku: Kiokuryoku is Ukitake Jūshirō's younger sister. Ever since she can remember, she has been trying to find a cure to his tuberculosis and has forced him to try a variety of concoctions in hopes of curing him. She believes that there is a certain very rare flower that can cure the disease, and has searched for it for a long time.

The young Ukitake went to school with Hitsugaya Tōshirō, although she was not in the same class, and has had a crush on him ever since. Ever since he became a captain, she wanted to transfer to his division, but has been afraid that she would not be able to take care of Jūshirō if she did. After finding out that the rare flower that she had been searching for grew only under certain conditions, and actually finding a seed belonging to the plant after visiting the human world and meeting Kisuke Urahara, she decided that it would be best if she went along with her plans and transfered.

Kiokuryoku, although she has a major crush on him, believes that Tōshirō is too serious for his age and needs to lighten up. She hopes that if she can transfer to his division, that she can make his life happier and less serious.

Past/About Kannara: Kannara’s father was a vampire demon who ruled over the Northern Lands while her mother was a princess of a wolf demon tribe. When her parent’s were both killed, she became known as the “Lady of the Northern Lands”. She prefers to travel around her land than to stay in the palaces and castles that belong to her family. Carries a small pouch at her waist for small necessities, like Arana’s bottled milk.

She likes wolves, foxes, and traveling. She also has an admiration for Sesshoumaru, though she does not really get the change to talk with him as much as she would like. She despises rival demons that insult her or try to say things that are not true about her or those she cares about. She also does not like those who she deems as annoying pests, such as Jaken. Jaken is the main reason why she does not usually get the change to talk with Sesshoumaru all that often, since he annoys her to no end and she cannot stand it.

Past/About Midori: Midori's mother was a seamstress who worked for a clothing design company and taught Midori how to sew when she was younger. Her father was a robotics engineer for a hobby company. Because both of her parents jobs required it, she grew up in Tokyo.

Many people, especially her mother, expected Midori to become a model for her mother's company, but Midori grew up with other plans. Since she was a child, she always wanted to be a psychologist so that she could help those who were mentally unstable. As a high school student, many of her peers would go to her for personal advice. She had little experience with love relationships, but she always tried to help out others with their relationship problems when she could. It was because of her high value for friendship that many of her fellow students would go to her for help with their friendships. Midori also enjoyed drawing, reading, and learning new things.

Midori moved away from Tokyo to attend a university in Kaibara. Her best friend, who worked for her mother as an apprentice in sewing, helped her to find a job during the first summer that she lived there. She was hired on at Ayame's shop after his assistant seamstress, Mine Kuramae, moved away. She now works as his assistant seamstress and model, and occasionally designs some of the outfits for customers, just as her mother truly wanted for her.

Personality: Like most people would say a Pisces should be, Ella is friendly. Many people see her compassion, kindness, selflessness, and sympathy and draw near to her. She is also very inventive and original, using her imagination to think of all sorts of creative ideas. Although, she often goes to the extreme and uses her ingenuity to escape from the real world when stressed or alone. Ella is also sensitive, unworldly, intuitive, idealistic, secretive, and sometimes very vague. Unlike most Pisces, however, Ella is very independent and strong-willed. Sometimes, she can be easily led, though that is usually at times when she has not completely made up her mind.
Past/About Ella: Long ago, the Shiva family was cursed by the gods of the constellations. Although the true reason for the family having been cursed is long forgotten, the story that most everyone in the family believes is that the family had disbelieved the gods in that the constellation under which one was born under would determine who they would be and what their destinies were. In order to make the family believe, the gods cursed them so that twelve members of the family would always transform into the animal in which their sign rules over whenever "hugged" by the opposite gender. There have been rumors that there are, in fact, thirteen members of the family who are affected, but no one has ever come across the occurrence as to a thirteenth member transforming into anything. When one cursed member died, the next to be born under that constellation would be the next in line.

When a cursed member transforms, it is always into the same thing. However, the exact species depends on each individual member. (Example, one Pisces could turn into an angel fish all their life, while the next could turn into a goldfish all their life.) According to the book in which all knowledge of the curse itself has been written, all cursed members who have been born under the constellation of Aquarius transform into large birds, Pisces turn into fish, and Aries into rams or sheep. The Taurus would transform into a cow or bull, while Gemini would be a small bird or a butterfly. Cursed members born under Cancer turn into animals with shell covers, although they usually turn into crabs. Of course, all Leos turn into felines, especially lions. Virgo's are known to transform into small domestic animals, such as ferrets or mice and Libra are normally lizards or snakes. Scorpio are commonly found to be scorpions, although there have been a few cases in which they turn into other crustaceans or insects. Sagittarius always turns into a horse, while Capricorn transforms into a goat or other cloven-hooved animal.

Ella is the Pisces of the family and turns into a beautiful white butterfly koi fish. Her father, who is the head of the Shiva family, is an Aries and turns into a ram and her mother is the Scropio who turns into a scorpion. Although she has both an elder brother and a younger brother, she does not see them often because they are not cursed like she and her parents. Because of this, they had to be raised by her father's sister. She is best friends with two of her cursed cousins, the Aquarius, an osprey, and the Libra, a "normal" corn snake.

Although the family does believe that it is best to keep their curse secret from the rest of society, they do not take it to the extreme. There are quite a few family members who know about the condition, and a small number of trusted outsiders who know as well. The Shiva family was given clues as to how to end the curse, and so they believe that these outsiders may be able to help figure out what the riddle means. "When two become one, two curses shall end."

In an attempt to try to learn how to lift the curse, Ella has always done as much research as she could during her free time. She believes that she found a lead that might help in Japan. A doctor named Hatori Sohma is somehow linked with a family curse of some kind, but she is unable to find exactly what it is. In hopes of at least trying out the lead, Ella is able to persuade her father to let her act as a foreign exchange student in Japan for a year. Luckily, she had already studies enough Japanese to be able to qualify and her family waved her off from the airport.

Having gone to a private school that had high standards all her life, Ella was able to pass the entrance exam into Kaibara High School in Japan and was placed as a first year student, even though she was a year ahead in the United States.

I'm really wanting to start a romance Labyrinth RP with me as my original character (see my second post, she's the last one posted) and you as Jareth... or you can make up a new Goblin King if you want. I already have a basic plot for the beginning that I would like to use, but if you have any suggestions of what you are wanting, please feel free to suggest them and we can work out the details... Either way, I don't care if you want to make it a one-shot or a long term. However, if you are wanting a one-shot, I will continue to search for a long-term partner as well.

Personality: Daniella, being an actress in the making, is the kind of person who is willing to try out new things so that she can be more in character when she is acting. Although she is very social and has a happy personality, she can be very stubborn and mysterious at times. She also prefers to keep her life simple. There have been many rumors among her fellow drama classmates that she is very obsessed with fantasy and even went as far as to decorate her small house inside as if she lived in a type of medieval fantasy; when asked about it, she just replies that she likes to live her life in character.
Past/About Daniella: Daniella grew up a normal life, for the most part. She grew up with both of her parents and lived as a middle-class citizen. Since she was a child, she was always acting. Her parents became so used to her acting that they never know when she is being herself or when she is pretending to be a character from a play or book. As soon as they realized that their daughter was not going to grow out of wanting to be an actress, they began to encourage it.

Daniella made it her goal to act in every play performance that her schools held. She did not, however, get the main part of any school play until her seventh grade year. From then on, she had played as the main character in several others, though not every one. She had competition with her best friend for the lead roles, but neither got angry with the other if they got stuck with a lesser part.

Now, Daniella and her best friend, Merri, attend a special acting college, although lately their friendship has been under a kind of strain.

Past/About Sisaku: Once a happy teen with a normal life, till the horrible day the school caught on fire. Pushing Terra, his friend, out of the way of the falling roof. Needless to say, Sisaku did not survive that day as a human. Waking up to a crowd surrounding him, with looks of amaze. Only visible damage was scars across his body. Years later he graduated school and began his travel of the world.

That was about 300years ago....

Absent of the curse of aging, Sisaku roamed the earth. Collecting information and learning more about himself. His wings began to grow 20 years after the tragic day at his school. Causing him to keep his life a secret.

Personality: Akane is determined and dependable. She tries to live up to Byakuya's standards for the Kuchiki family. Akane knows that her lack of Kido is a hindrance, so she tries even harder to make up for that. She is usually friendly and cheerful and helps people when she can.
Past/About Akane: Akane Kasai was born to the Kuchiki family. Unfortunately, both her parents died soon after she was born. Fortunately, Kuchiki Byakuya's parents had decided to take her under their wing because she was the daughter of Byakuya's father's favorite cousin. She grew up happy with the other Byakuya and the other children of the family. Once she was old enough, Akane decided to go to the Shinigami school to learn how to become a Shinigami so that she could help people. She did well in all her classes, except Kido. For some reason, no matter how hard she tried, she couldn't do any Kido at all. She nearly failed, but the teacher, seeing how hard she tried at it, let Akane do alternative work to make up her grade. Once she graduated, the 3rd Division let her join them, and she works hard to prove her worth to her squad. Since she has joined the 3rd Division, Akane has grown from her early days at the Academy. She is now quite proficient with her Shikai and is always training to become stronger. She has not yet had a mission to the human world, but it is likely with her skills that she will in a few years.
Zanpakto: Raikoutora (Lightning Tiger) (Sometimes nicknamed "Rai" )
Shikai: "Thunder, Raikoutora!" Raikoutora changes so that it looks like a lightning bolt and it gains a small electric charge that Akane can control slightly, depending on how much she concentrates on it. Akane is also a small bit faster, but the speed can be harder to control, though with her experience with her Shikai, she rarely has problems with the control.
Bankai: Not learned (Probably will never learn)
Kido: None (Is unable to learn)

Sample Story: Third Person, Past Tense

Coralani, Alaenore, & Aneres

The three goddesses, Coralani, Alaenore, and Aneres, were always together, even though neither of them were related. Coralani was the daughter of Zeus, god of the skies; Alaenore was the daughter of Poseidon, god of the oceans; Aneres was the daughter of Helios, god of the sun. Although they were all daughters of some of the strongest gods, none of them knew what they were the goddesses of, if they even did have powers over anything. Even though each of their fathers preferred that they stay at home and meet with suitors whom they might marry, they often went off to frolic in the forests of Earth.

One fine, sunny but cool day, Coralani and Aneres had been chasing Alaenore in the tiresome game of tag. Since Aneres was not nearly as quick as her two speedy friends, it was all up to Coralani to tag the girl flowing ahead of her. She was almost close enough to tag the daughter of Poseidon when a sneeze threatened to break free and mess up her chance. Not wanting to give up, and hoping that she could hold it in long enough, Coralani continued her pursuit.

Suddenly, Coralani was jolted back a few feet as a huge sneeze erupted from her. Now, being a daughter of a god, especially a daughter of Zeus, obviously meant that she would has some sort of power; it was all because of that awful sneeze that she was able to learn that she had power over wind. An enormous gust of air blasted out of her, sending her fleeing friend crashing forward into the forest floor. Alaenore, being the petite and fragile person that she was, attempted to stand up, noticed that her ankle was sprained when it twanged in pain, and fell back to the ground sobbing. Coralani, who had been busy with a sneezing fit, could not help her injured friend.

The tears that sprang forth from Alaenore's eyes were not salty like all other water that could have been found in the world at the time. In almost no time at all, a large freshwater creek was flowing from the injured goddess's eyes. By the time Aneres had finally caught up with the two, the creek had turned into a river. Not wanting the many tears to drown the world, she rushed forward to quell the flowing tears and comfort her fragile friend.

Unfortunately, she had not noticed the dry log that lay in her path and she tripped right over it. The friction of her feet on the log caused a small spark, which ignited a fire on the sticks and leaves that lay around the area. Aneres, completely forgetting what it was that she had been rushing to do, could only turn and stare at what she had created on Earth. Soon enough, Coralani's sneezing fit had stopped and, wondering why Aneres had not helped the crying girl ahead of then, turned to see what was going on. She, too, watched the first fire mad on Earth. After a while, Alaenore's crying had finally ceased, though she did not notice what her friends were staring at. All she could notice was that she was now soaking wet with a sprained ankle.

All three goddesses looked at each other, smiling happily that they had finally learned that they were true goddesses and had each found out what it was that they ruled over. Forgetting about the fire, the three rushed off to tell their fathers of the days wonderful events. Or rather, Coralani and Aneres help Alaenore rush to her father's home before they continued on to their own. Lucky for the forest that the fire had been started in, a wave of water that had separated from the river rushed forward and doused the spreading fire before it could burn anything else up into ashes.

And so, because of one accidental sneeze, the world now has gusting winds and gentle breezes, flowing fresh water, and warm fires.

There is a picture that once haunted her. A picture of a teenage boy, and what appeared to be his little sister holding a white wolf pup with blue eyes, both children smiling happily at the camera. Akasa Kannashi flipped the frame so that the picture that was once face down smiled up at her in all its smiling glory.

Though everyone else showed hatred towards her, her brother had showed kindness and understanding. He had showed her little ways to control her anger before it got out of hand. He had trained with her when no one else would after her classes at the academy. He would give her hope that one day the rest of the world would acknowledge her as more than the heir of the shadow wolf, as more than the murderer of the Akasa clan leader's wife. It was Akasa Fubuki who had told her that one day, she would fine that special person who would be able to look past her curse and fill that empty hole in her heart. He was right about that; she had found that special person.

Kannashi smiled at the memories, of the events that had happened previous to the picture. He had supported her on the day she had finally been accepted as a Jounin. Even though her father had not acknowledged her or her new status, Fubuki had given her his own kind of party as celebration.

Deidara stepped in beside Kannashi, curious as to what had been hidden for so long, even though it's casing had been right there in plain sight.

"That's my brother, Fubuki." Kannashi pointed at her older brother in the picture.

The blond man remembered the few things Kannashi had told him about Fubuki. Knowing how happy her brother had made her, he wondered why she never wanted to look at the picture that seemed to have been such a happy moment in her life. Then he noticed the small writing at the bottom of the picture.

"For my little sister on her first day as a Jounin. Love 'Buki-kun."

He suddenly realized why it had hurt her to look at it before. A few days after she had been promoted to Jounin level, she had had the accident. An accident where someone else should have died, but instead it had been her beloved brother. That picture, although taken at a happy time, had reminded her of the events after it had been taken rather than before. It had reminded her of how she had killed her brother because she couldn’t control the anger inside her.

But now she had learned to accept the events of her past. For if they had not happened, Kannashi would have stayed in Sunagakure with her brother. If they had not happened, Kannashi would have never met Deidara, her love. She thanked her brother for what he had done for her, even though it had cost him his life. Even though she was happy again and that hole in her heart was filled, she still couldn’t help but wish he hadn’t sacrificed himself for that measly cousin.

Wrapping his arms around her waist, he pulled her close.

"I'm sure he understands; I'm sure he forgives you, un." Deidara murmured in her ear upon seeing a tear slide down her cheek. A small, sad smile formed on her features and she looked at him.

"Something tells me that no matter what I had done to try to change it, that event would have stayed the same. I just wish that I could have said goodbye."
