ok so i read through everything and im likeing the whole idea of this tournny but if im not mistaken and please correct me if im wrong but somewhere in the rules and infos page it said somthing about a power level and such now im a little confused on that part if anyone could clear that up for me id greatly appreciate it cause im still a little confused on all of this. but if luck shines on me ill be able to make a team and enter. if anyone would like to be on my team uh let me know and we'll chat sometime smile and consider the options

It said that in the infos page? I don't recall seeing anything of that sort... unless you're referring to:

Registration

In addition to the form above, you will also be required to include with your applications a list of your character's equipment and abilities for the purposes of character approval. Please keep in mind that characters with excessively overpowered abilities or equipment will be sent back, preventing your entire team from registering until alterations (read as: limitations) are made to remove the problems.

In which case, I'd have to say that asking questions is your best bet. Consult people, talk to the ones who've done this before so you can get a good idea of what is and isn't going to be accepted.

Because, after all, there's no point in competition if you're not testing skill... and you can't test skill when one character radiates glory like a shining beacon of the cosmos and the other is half-drunk and swinging around an unsharpened stick.

Good news is this year we'll have many teams in here. Surely enough by advertising to a few places we may get new faces around here lol.
