To a thread of hopefully epic proportions.

Hey all! I'm XxJazzyPonyxX, but please call me Jazzy. Not Jazzy Jazz. That name is right out. Anyways, my goal in creating this thread is to spawn a hangout for all you lit and lit+ roleplayers to chill, find roleplays, and create them.

A little bit about me. Well, I'm a young adult who is currently in college studying film. I'm an avid RPer and have been RPing for about... four or five years now and consider myself a literate RPers. I have watched barton town off and on throughout my gaian career, and I find it extrodinary how hard it is to find literate roleplays now. They get completely absorbed by the semi lit and one liner ones out there. Now, dont get me wrong, I have nothing against semi-lit RPs other then the fact that they overshadow the slower moving literate ones.

Anyways, with my rant over and now that I've taken up more space, read on roleplayers! I hope you find what you're looking for!

how it works ｡ ｡ ｡
✒ Alright, so basically this is going to be pretty simple. Below there will be genres in which RPs looking for members, or simply wishing to advertise, will be catagorized under. All the details about the RP will be listed right there for you to enjoy :3

✒ There will aslo be a section for RPs that are in their pre-production stage; meaning they are looking for members to help build up the plot and put the RP together.

✒ I'll also have a list for affiliates and such, if you wish to have your search thread advertised here :3



genre classifications ｡ ｡ ｡

✒Fantasy

∘ classic fantasy - Anything involving an original world with magical/non magical races. Often has more then just humans involved and more then likely a monarchy system in some style.


∘ modern fantasy - fantasy based RPs within a modern setting. Werewolf/vampire RPs would fall under this catagory.


∘ steampunk - self explanitory, I think. RPs that revolve around a modified victorian style world where steam is the main source of power instead of electricity.


∘ fantasy other - anything else that may not fall under one of the above catagories but still contains elements of fantasy. (Just in case)


✒ Modern

∘ modern-general - RPs in a modern setting with various plots but do not fall under one of the catagories below.


∘ academy - RPs in a modern, school based setting. Could be high school or college, boarding school or normal. School trip RPs would fall under this catagory.


∘ apocolyptic//post apocolyptic - any RP involving the end of the world, or after the end of the world.


✒ Futuristic

∘ future-general - RPs with a futureistic setting, but do not classify as syfy. These RPs would take place on earth in distant times from now, but would probably not have multiple universes at play.


∘ scifi - pretty self explanitory. Multiple galexies, space craft, alien life forms, etc.


∘ future-other - anything that doesnt fall under the catagories listed above (Just in case)

✒( ( The pressure of the quickly changing human demands has put the elementals on edge. It was years upon years ago that the elementals thought it safer that only a couple select humans knew of their existance, thus those who did not choose to reside on Eden were explicitly advised not to use their powers around the humans. Now though things have gotten so bad in some areas that all the elementals have retrieted to the current safty of Eden, in hopes of balencing their elemental flows. And to find a way to halt the human's advances.
