Hello, my name is Kals! I'm currently in search of a one on one Homestuck roleplay. Here are some samples of my work. These are a little older, but I think they do a pretty good job of displaying my skills. I want to start off by saying that I live in California, so I'm part of the Pacific Time Zone. Please keep in mind that I do have to sleep. I happen to also have to go to school, which takes up literally ten hours of my day [although I can post while there], and I have important real life things to do. I will reply as fast as possible, but please remember that I have other priorities. I will tell you if I need to take a break from roleplaying at any time, which may occur due to homework. But I really do try to post as often as possible, and I’m usually online for a relatively decent amount of time, so please do let my stupid amount of warnings deter you.

As far as restrictions go, I really don’t have that many. I will roleplay with heterosexual pairings, homosexual pairings [of both genders], and everything in between. I’m a total sap for decorated posts, so keep that in mind, because I’ll probably end up making my posts pretty as pie. Also, I will only roleplay using a thread on Gaia. No private messages, and no messengers such as Aim or MSN.

Finally, we approach the subject of literacy. While I can consider myself “advanced literate”, I choose not due because that seems to entail writing eight to twelve paragraphs for every post. I do not wish to be in a roleplay like that. My only requirements for length are no one-liners, and preferably about two paragraphs per post, unless one paragraph does a fine job of advancing the plot. Grammar and spelling are also a must, of course. Humans make mistakes, and I’m sure you could even find a few in this intro, so I’m not going to go all Grammar Nazi on your a** at every little mistake. Just, you know, try your best.

Whelp, that just about covers it. You’ll find an assortment of prompts and pairings I am currently interested in roleplaying with, and hopefully one will catch your eye. • Humanstuck - I will literally do any pairing listed above as humanstuck, because lawd do I love me some humanstuck.

• John ♥ Dave - A roleplay based on Fastpuck's coolkid AU [x x]. Basically, Dave has secluded himself from nearly everyone due to a rather unfortunate incident in middle school involving him injuring some kids with his sword. John, a football player, has managed to become acquaintances with Dave, and is slowly tearing down the wall he's put up.

• Meulin ♦/♥ Kurloz [★] - Alternate universe, humanstuck. A mute boy and deaf girl meet during high school and become close friends due to their ability to easily communicate with each other using sign language. The two help each other through hardships, go on adventures, stick together during the rough times, and hang around at Meulin's place and smoke a lot of weed. Plot about mainly friendship, possible experimentation turns into love.

• Cafestuck - A more specific humanstuck AU involving a character working at a coffee shop. Basically just one character falling in love with another while being at a coffee shop. Pretty simple stuff.

Hmm... now lemme think 'bout what type we could do. I mean, college is always a big one, though I imagine them being older for some reason. =w=

They might not have clicked before, but when they meet up again, there's a spark?
So their previous relationship would've been more blackrom, but without acknowledging the rom.

Alrighty, so now that I'm feeling a bit better, it looks like we'll be starting off with Meulin and Kurloz, yes~?
So I guess we can play them, and then introduce Aranea and Meenah.
Perhaps Aranea is a friend of Meulin's, and Meenah a friend of Kurloz? ^^
And all that jazz and so on.

I can do humanstuck and cafestuck or even a combination of the two. I usually have no plot and just go off of whatever comes off the top of my head. I'm actually kinda interested in humanstuck where they meet at a cafe shop. I've read that in a fanfic before and I liked the plot.

Are you interested in just having them meet there, or having one of them work there?
Either way is fine with me, although Tav working there would be pretty silly.
I feel like he'd just be annoyed with all the damn machines.
Also it must be hard to reach everything while in a wheelchair but whatevs.
