One of Bravo's reality wonders is where working professionals are setting out to launch their own clothing line.

marwolfer was the first to create an AT version of Launch My Line. But her life became too hectic for her and she was forced to put the contest to an abrupt end. As a contestant, the contest was a great, unique experience for me and I want it to live on. I requested mar's consent to allow me to use all of her original contest's ideas (which will explain why I plagiarized so much xD).
So welcome to LMAL: Revamp.

You will be required to create an avatar using tektek every round that utilizes the same theme and one evolving item of your choice. That is all decided in your application. I want to see your vision and what statements you have to make as an avatar designer.

Rules
1. Follow the Gaia ToS.
2. Please do not spam, flame, or argue in my thread. If you have a personal problem with me or anyone else here, please take it up with me through pm's, and we'll work together to get the problem resolved.
3. Do not quote the first page.
4. I hand pick my judges. While you may debate over judging, do not be rude to my judges. And if I determine that it is getting out of hand, I will tell you to take it to PMs.
5. Deadlines may be extended. Requests must be pm'ed to Teh Knightmare 48 hours in advance unless there is an emergency. Then we discuss via pm.
6. ANYONE can apply for a contestant spot. Including if you won mar's LMAL. This is a different contest. The only people who cannot be accepted are any past season's winners.

How to Play
1. You will be given a challenge.
2. You must create a tektek fitting within the theme and parameters specified in the challenge.
xx2a. When making your tektek, you must use a pose from your chosen EI. Once you use a pose in an entry, it is off-limits for the rest of the competition.
3. You MAY post in the thread for feedback. Judges may NOT give feedback.
4. PM your final to Teh Knightmare prior to the challenge deadline (most often five days after the challenge is posted).
5. After judging (which will take around two days), the bottom two will be determined. Of those two, the contestant with the lowest competition average (meaning every round's score is averaged together) will be eliminated. This system will no longer be in effect from the top ten onwards.
6. Rinse and Repeat!

Dream Free is allowed and encouraged.
This is a matching-based competition.

EI choice: (you will be required to use a different pose from this EI in every tektek. You may choose any EI from Gaia, but one with many poses will aid you in the contest and a currently evolving one is a risky choice, as the artist may get sidetracked and delay it)
Three Things to Desrcibe your Line: (you will have to incorporate these description words in every entry from the first challenge to the finale. It would be wise to have your EI and your description coincide. For example: [Gritty, Color Pop, Punk Rock], [Textured, Formal, Neo-Victorian], and [Whimsical, Detailed, Quirky Characters] would all be acceptable descriptions.)

There will be only one contestant to an EI. Once I accept someone with an EI, no one else may attempt to claim it.

If I accept you as a contestant, send a trade for 1,000g, the entry fee.

There will be no less than fifteen contestants.
