I love the royal icing colour-scheme. I think it works really well with elegant, historical clothing and formal wear. I love the items that pair it with that shiny gold for like buttons and that sort of thing.
I'm still surprised that there hasn't been a royal icing recolour of Perfumed Bower. That artist's items lend themselves well to the colour-scheme (as seen with Frivolous Royal Blush) and it would look great.
I completely agree with this sentiment! There are a lot of great formal and historical items that would look great in the royal icing colour-scheme. A while back I put together this train conductor avatar that I wished I could have in royal icing so that I could get the blue, cream and that soft gold. The avatar included: Simmering Remorse, White Rabbit's Pace, Death Speaker and Brazen Tamer. I'm surprised that some of the items still haven't been recoloured in this colour-scheme; Death Speaker has so many recolours that I expected to see one in royal icing. Hopefully there's still a chance for these recolours to come about.
Oh, and here's the avatar I'm talking about:

Inspired by Sacha Baron Cohen as the station inspector in the film, Hugo. Kinda wish we had some cute handlebar moustaches to go with it!

Chibi Halo
We also need more items with male things in Royal Icing because this is definitely a more female based color combo going by all the dresses and skirts we have in this combo. It's not like Independence where there are some good offerings for the male avatars as well and we need to remedy that.
