They did that at my high school too.... But only for final exams - not midterms or ordinary tests and quizzes.

The easiest. its line art, animated and colored at once (though there are more examples in my shop ^_^)

Price
head shots cost: 100 for line, 150 for colored
Full bodies are bribe ^_^ (though i generally accept around 1.5-2k)
Animation is additional 200 per animation
(though the higher you offer the better XD)

Aw, your art is cute and cheap, but the lines are rather wobbly and unprofessional-looking. I think I'd rather save my gold for something that looks a bit more polished, sorry.
