The shops are all different, some are animals, some are humanoids, etc. And you buy pet/characters that may grow up, depending on what it is. And. Yes. Breed. 8D If that's what you want. It's like a more involved roleplay, some of them.

Aye, been there since before it was even a forum. ;D I've only started to take over r&c by storm recently.

@Ana - Depends. Some shop do that. Some don't. It's like R&C in the sense that you have different shops that do different things with different art.

But for the characters you see popping up in R&C, they're the more complex kind of thing. Like a roleplay setting where you pay and get art of your character at different stages.

Like, for exemple.

This is Sei when he was a baby :

As a toddler :

And as a kid, which he is now :

Sei is the son of two characters from that shop. However, (mostly so OOC other people get to play too), due to their race, they couldn't keep him since they need a "bond" to a person that isn't of their race to survive.
