Welcome to Lunatic Gate, Chibi-Zen's art shop! Here we specialize in all things cute!

This shop was originally just a sketch shop, but color have been added as bribes due to the many requests I received. Hopefully you can grab a slot, but if not, stay and chat or play some games and contests!

NOTICE: I have decided to open a "mailing list" of sorts for those who want updates on when slots are gonna open (after long hiatuses), temp bribe slots/shops, new styles being offered, auction info, etc. after so many people have asked if I'll offer my flobs or do auctions. Since I cannot keep track of how many people have asked (especially when people change names), in order to receive this information please add Lunatic-Gate as a friend or send a PM so she can friend you. If you ever want off the list, just PM her and say so and I will remove you from that list. I do not plan to send a lot of mailers out but on occasion it may prove useful... especially when keeping track of name changing because I detest keeping a list of just numbers.

NOTE: When using my images in your signature, always check the size (both in pixels and bytes) before using them. I only send out high quality files (typically .PNG) so they are often large and you'll have to compress the image yourself sometimes.

Here are some of my many different Samples. Some are older than others, but I try to keep the styles consistent! You may check past customers for more samples!

Chibi Sketches: These can be ordered in headshot, half body, or full body. You may choose the color of the outline. These are first come first serve! So get them fast! =)

SD Colored Flob Chibis (soft shade): Cute little fat super deformed chibis colored with a soft shading. They are roughly 300x300 pixels so they fit well as flobs or in signatures (but always check the byte size as some are high and need compressing). They always come small, these are not shrunk! These are not first come first serve!

Experimental Style: Usually whatever I feel like doing. I rarely open these as slots... instead they usually take form in the place of freebies or prizes. Check the contests section for more info!

These are uber high bribes (usually items that I'm questing for), that automatically gets you a slot even when they're all closed. So yes, they're high for a reason! I only add these once in a while, so you won't always find a slot, but if you're desperate to get a slot and keep missing them, grab it while you can.

Here's how to order in Lunatic Gate.

1. Wait until slots are open! I will change the title and post saying slots are open!
2. Fill out the order form and wait for me to accept. Note: SD Flob Chibis are not first come first serve!
3. If I accept your order your name will appear on the "Accepted List" below. Make sure it is there.
4. I will begin drawing and send you the image with the word "SAMPLE" on it.
5. Send the trade to Lunatic-Gate, Chibi-Zen's shop mule. (Steps 4 and 5 can be switched, either way, I don't accept until art is complete!)
6. I will accept the trade on my end.
7. You finish the trade on your end.
8. Once the trade is complete, I send you the unwatermarked image.
9. Rejoice!

What is a bribe?
A bribe is basically an offer on an artists work. There is no set price for the artwork. Usually (but not always) the highest bribe, or an intriguing commission (ie. if I like your avatar/oc/etc.), is accepted.

What is a flob?
A flob is basically an image that appears like it's talking. You'll sometimes see a word bubble coming off from the picture. People use them in post styles or when RPing. Here is an example.

May I offer items instead of gold?
Yes, I gladly take items, see the "prices" post for information on which you may offer.

Will you draw [insert something here]?
Refer to the ordering information for what I will draw and won't draw. If your question is still not answered, feel free to ask.

How long will it take to get my art?
I am a slow artist... due to real life and being slow in general, I will not set a time but please do not offer on my art if you MUST have it by a deadline. Sorry I'm so slow x.x

I need to withdraw my order... what do I do?
If I've started on your order, you may not withdraw it. Please let me know BEFORE I begin working on your image if you must withdraw.

May I use your artwork in my profile?
If the art piece was purchased by you and you are using it for yourself (meaning not reselling the image to someone else), then yes. Please make sure when using art for profiles that you give credit. You may not claim any art I do as your own.

Do you color your "sketch" style?
Not yet, I have plans to release this in the future. =)

Can I link you? Will you link me?
Yes, certainly! I am fine with link exchanges.
