I'm generally an easy going person, but I do have some rules everyone who visits this shop should under all circumstances follow and understand.

1. PLEASE TREAT ME AND EVERYONE IN MY THREAD WITH THE UTMOST RESPECT.
Those who do not meet these terms will not be allowed to order or, if they have already, their order will be removed.

2. USE THE FORM TO MAKE YOUR REQUEST.
Please don't just ask for one. I may miss your request.

3. POST THE FORM FOR YOUR ORDER IN THE THREAD.
Do not PM me with it - I use my PMs for friends, and orders often get lost that way.

4. BEGIN THE TRADE IMMEDIATELY.
I will not confirm my side until you've seen a preview. After that, once I have the gold in full, you receive your commission in full. I work this way on all commissions in order to ensure we both receive our ends of the bargain.

5. I RESERVE SOME ARTISTIC LICENSE ON YOUR ORDER.
Those goes especially to avatar orders. If you've noticed on my own avatar art to the right, I have not drawn everything exactly as it is on the avatar. I prefer some stylism and tend to change things if I think it will look better.

6. MY ART IS MY ART - I RESERVE ALL RIGHTS.
You cannot change or alter the final piece in any way other than resizing it for signature size. My signature must remain on it at all times. You cannot claim the final piece as your own, and you must credit me if you use it elsewhere. Likewise, I reserve rights to use your piece as an example, to upload into my gallery either on deviantart or my personal portfolio, and to alter in any way I see fit.

7. AFTER YOU BEGIN YOUR TRADE, DO NOT CANCEL.
Sometimes commissions will take me two days or two months to complete, but I absolutely will get your commission done. You can check my progress on your commission in this thread. You can only cancel a commission if the progress is still at 0%.

WHAT DOES 'ON BRIBE' MEAN?
It means that I am not currently taking commissions for that particular type of artwork unless you offer a good sum of gold to me for it - in otherwords, if you bribe me for it. Bribes must absolutely be more than the specified amount - far more. If I'm asking for a bribe, it means I'm looking for a chunk of gold far over this, enough to make me go "whoa."

DO YOU DO ANTHRO/MECHA/GAY OR LESBIAN PIECES?
Yes to all of the above, but in moderation. I will not do anything rather above PG-13, and I prefer, if I have to do anthro or mecha, for the characters to be partially anthro or mecha versus fully so.

WILL YOU DRAW A SEXY POSE / WILL YOU DRAW SOMETHING OVER PG-13?
Depends. I've been known to push the PG-13 limits, but I will by no means completely exceed them. Gaia rules are rules and I will stick to them. Besides, I feel a bit uncomfortable drawing porn/hentai, and that's that. However, as far as drawing two girls or two guys as a couple or drawing a rather sexy pose, I have no problems with that. I also have no problems with tasteful nudity.

WILL YOU TAKE ITEMS INSTEAD OF GOLD?
Absolutely. I actually used to have a very strict policy that said gold only because I hated selling the items. However, I've realized that pure gold can be a tough one to gather at such multitude. I will accept just about any item as long as it's market value (or the adjusted sum of all items) is at least 5% above the price of the order. This is to cover selling fees and possible drop in item value. I also reserve the right to ask for different items if, by the time I finish your work, your items do not add up to the total amount anymore. This is why it's wise to choose MCs and Evolving items.

HOW DO YOU DO YOUR LINEART/COLOR? IS IT ALL DIGITAL?
Actually no. I don't own a tablet, though I wish I did I just bought myself a small Wacom Bamboo in January, but I still prefer to do my lineart traditionally with Faber-Castell PITT Artist inking pens and scan it. If color is involved, I use Open Canvas and color by mouse tablet pen. Sometimes, I will edit lineart details in OC by mouse as well - for example, the piece displayed throughout this thread was originally frowning deeply, and did not have the flower/leaf motif. I added that in by mouse in OC.
