May I Have a Freebie?
-----It depends, really. Maybe the artists might make a freebie commemorating certain events in the shop. But you'd have to be really, really nice and stay in the thread for a while otherwise. :3

What Happened To My Art? It Won't Show Up!
-----Once in a while, the artists MAY or MAY NOT move or delete artwork at times. We advise you to save to your own server, just in case.

Why Isn't My Art Done Yet?
-----The artists are busy often with their own lives. And especially since some of them have very different global times than other customers and artists. However, if you haven't received an ordered artwork for quite some time already (A month at the most, not a day or a week) , then please post in the thread nicely queuing whether the status is going okay or if the artist might be on haitus.

(An optional choice is to PM the said artist after reading their regulations about PM's, if they allow them.)
