Hello. My name is Sara. Or Eclesio. I am conflicted with a very deadly disease. Without the monthly dose of Avatar Art, I could very easily die. Yes. I am an Art Whore. Due to my lack of artistic skills, I pay you people to fill that empty space. I have a few rule. And I will address them here. I would like to make it clear that I DO NOT PAY MORE THAN 20K FOR A PIECE OF ART. Unless I think it is the greatest damn thing I've ever seen. No, this does not mean that I won't end up paying you that much [Sometimes I overly tip.] It just means that the base price MUST BE under 20k. I don't care how much you try to convince me. Your hastily drawn sketch is NOT worth 150k. Get the ******** out with that. Art these days is way overpriced.

For the most part, I enjoy Bust / Half Bodies. I prefer Realistic to Chibis'. I prefer Line-art/Inked to Color. BUT. If you're coloring is cool, or well done, I will buy it colored. I like headshots...here and there. Also, I enjoy freebies. ;D I have 705K to spend. But that doesn't mean you can bullshit me with inflated prices. If you're overpriced, I will tell you so.

All I want drawn is my avatar. I would like the expression or poses for all the art to be sort of Vain, Proud, Stuck up, Stereotypical rich lady. If you could have her looking into a compact, or hand-held mirror. Anything else in that vein would be fantastic. Be creative and I will LOVE you.

Powers:

When his emotions are heightened, such as by anger or fear, Hunter gets what he calls, fevers. Unlike normal people, Hunter can direct these fevers to anywhere in his body and increase their heat, causing any object in direct contact with him to melt, catch on fire, etc. For example, if he directs one of his fevers to his finger tips, it can result in anything he touches bursting into flames. The heat in no way harms him while transferring in his body, but once it has left him, he is susceptible to it. Also Hunter can transfer one of his fevers into another person, by retaining contact with their body for an uncertain period of time. By doing this, he can pinpoint a certain area in their body [such as a certain vessel or region of their brain] making it over-heat. By targeting an area such as the brain, he can cause his victim to go into an illusion state or delirium. Sadly, Hunter is not immune to his own fire or other fires for that matter. The flames can burn him just as easily as it could burn anyone else.

Appearance:

Hunter is a tall youth, though not abnormally tall. He is about 5’8, and a bit too thin for his own good. With no defined muscles, he looks quite lanky. Hunter’s short, spiky hair is light brown and his eyes are a dull gray-blue color. He’s not handsome, but attractive to some. He has a long face and long nose, which he blames on his father’s Germanic side. Also, after years down south, Hunter is quite tan and doesn’t sunburn easily.

He’s a stereotypical ‘bad boy’ when it comes to appearances; usually wearing a pair of raggedy jeans and an old t-shirt. His clothes consist of band tees and spiked belts, anything that screams Punk. Other than that, there is nothing strange about Hunter’s appearances other than a rather long scar that travels from the outward corner of his right eye down to the very edge of his jaw. He obtained this scar about 4 years ago when his powers first manifested. He had caused a small fire in his family’s barn after falling asleep there the night before. Though he won’t tell anyone, not even his family, his sudden fever was caused by a wet dream. It embarrassing of course. But, there is no better example of heightened emotion. Since then, Hunter has been able to control his emotions….to some extent.

Personality:

As far as personality goes, Hunter is the comic relief in dark times. He is hardly ever serious, and has bad taste in timing. It does not mean he isn’t concerned it is just that Hunter does not know how to handle serious situations, so he tries his best to laugh it off. He is not sensitive, and tip toes around anything that is personal in his past. He refuses to accept that his family is broken, and chooses to avoid the subject at all costs. He also won’t admit that he is deadly afraid of his powers, and instead pretends to be excited, even happy that he is a mutant.
But, not everything about him is a negative. He cares for his family, more than they know. He’s overprotective of his younger brothers and friends. Though he pretends to be the classic badass, He’s always been drug free, and only drinks occasionally. He has a bit of a smoking problem, but only smokes a cigarette here and there. Who wouldn’t when you could light it with only a touch of your index finger? It just looks cool. Hunter has a strong southern accent.

1. I would like a picture of Hunter using his powers. If you could give him an angry expression. Maybe ‘I’m gunna kill you.’ and his hand out in front of him, clenched or not. They should be steaming. [When his emotions are high, and his fever is located in his hands, they can begin to steam. This also happens if the fevers begin to build-up.]

Name: Helena Cortez [Adopted Last Name]
Mutant Name: Splinter
Age: 16 - 19

Nationality: Brazilian
Mutant Ability:

Helena has what she calls, ‘Wood veins’ for lack of better term. These veins travel along her body and are located above her skin. They cover most of her body except for her face, ending at the top of her neck. From afar they look like fine-lined tribal tattoos, but are actually long thin bark-like strips that act like normal blood veins, except instead of blood they hold nutrients. Like a plants leaves, they gather sunlight and absorb water from Helena’s body. In return the produce a sort of food which results in Helena not having to eat at all as long as she stays in the sunlight. Prolonged absences of the sun will make her resort to having to eat. Also, these veins enable her to a have a minor Healing Ability. This only applies to small flesh wounds, which heal within seconds. Her healing ability has little affect on mortal wounds or serious illness’s.

When her emotions are heightened, mostly by fear or anger, Helena’s wood veins sprout 1 inch spikes along her arms and neck, which are entirely made of wood. She can break off these spikes without any pain, and throw them at her target. Though she cannot control this power now, in the future, she will be able to do this on command and let the spikes vary in size.

History:

Helena was born originally near the Amazon river in Brazil. Her father was a revered elder in his native land, who was known to possess a mutant power. After a while, his small village became known as a safe haven for mutants. When Helena turned 4, she was taken from her town, on her father’s request and brought to the United States to be put up for adoption. Only a month later the town was destroyed by enemy Sentinals. No one survived. Luckily for Helena though, she showed no signs of any sort of mutation at the time and was adopted by a young Spanish couple who lived in New Mexico. She lived with them in a small house during her childhood. Everything was peaceful. She became both fluent in Spanish and English. At 11, she began to realize she didn’t look like her mother and father, not learning the truth until she was 15, on her birthday, when her parents revealed to her that she was adopted and gave her one of her biological father’s possessions, a carved wooden cane. The truth had a big effect on Helena. Since then she acted indifferent towards her adoptive parents. It was not until 16 that her own abilities came into view. Literally. It first began with the appearance of her ‘wood veins,’ which started as a sort of brown rash. Her only mutant ability was her minor healing ability at the time. Nonetheless, her parents continued to care for her and managed to keep her out of the government’s view. It was at 17 that she obtained her secondary power, which she is currently unable to control.

Description:

Helena has tanned skin, which is a lot darker then her adopted Mother and Fathers. The veins which were addressed before, cover her entire body except for her face, ending at her upper neck. From a distance the take the appearance of thin-lined tribal tattoos. On closer inspection though they are actually a bark like substance and are a dark brown color. She’s about 5 ‘7 and weighs 140 lbs. Her hair is a light brown and her eyes are near the same shade. Usually she has her hair braided into corn rows, for lack of maintence. Both of her ear’s are pierced, her left has two piercing while the other has only one. Each one has a small gold hoop in it.

Personality:

Helena has a very earthy, down-to-earth sort of personality. She and her adopted mother were activists for many causes, and Helena constantly takes the ‘fight the man’ approach to society’s problems. She’s has always been quite smart, and has already been offered scholarships to various colleges.

Mutant Name: Cobra
Age: 16 - 21
Nationality: Italian
Skin Tone: Pale white

Mutant Ability:

Eve is an Anthro Mutant. Her animal being a snake. Due to her tall, slender build, Eve is extremely agile and flexible, even though her senses are the equivalent to that of a normal human. Before she turned 16, that was her only ability, but more recently Eve has obtained 1½ cm fangs. With this recent installment, Eve can poison her victims by biting them. The poison that her fangs emit is not lethal but instead temporarily knocks out her victims and gives them a short-term case of Amnesia. Her body creates and distributes this poison while she sleeps and stores it until use. If not used, the poison is recycled. Also, Eve’s scales, which are beginning to cover her body like a rash, are hardened and act as a shield from most elements and firearms. Sadly, it is not strong enough to last against repeated blows, and shatters from such attacks. These scales will eventually grow back.

Appearance:

Eve has a tall, slender build. She is about 5'6 and only weighs about 110 lbs. The only physical differences between her and a normal human is patches of red scales that cover some parts of her body. One of these patches of scales surrounds her left eye, while another covers the right side of her lower neck to her right shoulder. More recently, her forearms have become covered with the scales as well. Also, Eve’s right eye is a sickly yellowish color and she has two fangs, like those of a vampire, which, like snakes, emit a deadly poison. Eve's hair is a dark red color, cut boyishly short. [Pixie Cut] Her left eye is Blue. Her skin is deadly pale and contrasts with her scales. After all of this, though, Eve is still quite pretty. Eve has 2 piercings in her left ear and one in her right. All are small silver hoops.

Personality:

Eve is an aggressive and angry child. The death of her father had not unsettled her, but instead made her more hostile an insensitive towards those she does not know. Other then that, Eve is a bright girl and was best in her class. She is very polite to her elders and sometimes overprotective of those who she cares for.

Other: Eve tends to switch from English to Italian when angry or surprised.

Mutant Ability:

The pores of Jesse's hands seep a light red liquid when she is emotionally distressed. At first glance, it looks to be blood, but is actually much thinner and lighter in color. By leaving a red handprint on another mutant, Jess can 'snatch' their powers away for a certain amount of time, depending on how dark her handprint is on their skin. If not used, the excess liquid easily wipes off her hand. [Rough Copy people. Not fully explained yet.]

Appearance: Jesse is a small, under-developed girl. She about 4' 11'', 97 pounds, and incredibly boney. It is not her lack of nourishment, but because she has yet to hit puberty. She has long brown hair, which is unkempt and hardly ever cleaned. Jesse has petite features, but is fairly cute. She uses her cute innocent looks to get what she wants.

Personality: Jesse is a theif. Cunning, mischievous.
