I'm wanting to eventually form this character into a Vtuber model, hence why I'm more interested in the anime/chibi style!

I don't have a name for her yet! Her name shall be Kira, She is twenty-one years old elf, she's reserved and keeps to herself but is very friendly and approachable once she opens up. Her love for Kyogre is never-ending, she loves majestic whales. She's always up for adventures with her kyogre! to new places or trying new things.
