I'm looking for some good art shops and/or someone who will draw me for free! :3

I order mainly single art. But if it's a special event or something like that, I may order couple art. Oh, and let me mention this: I LOVE CHIBI ART! ;] But I like other types of art too.. so don't think I only like chibi art.

I do tip! <3 I can tip up to 2k, depending on how well it is! (Yeah I know you love that).
So feel free to post links to some good art shops, and if you want to draw me for free (Wishes like. ;D), go ahead and do it!
