Hair: A little past shoulder length straight blonde hair. She also has small white cat ears and a tail
Eyes: Greenish/blue
Skin: Fair complexion, lighter than her sister, She has a white triangle marking under her left eye
Clothing: any modern clothing, (shorts,pants,skirts,dresses etc) occasionally wears older style elaborate dress clothing. Likes lighter colors like blues and whites.
Accessories: The only accessory that she always wears is a white collar, with a blue water droplet pendant on the front. She wears this at all times. other than that, it doesnt matter, she wears any modern clothing and older clothing, it varies with the outfit.
Personality: Bubbly and sweet, Kishi is the nicer of the pair. Her kindness can easily be taken advantage of so katsu is constantly watching out for her sister and vise versa.
Background:

Like Katsu, Kishi was born to serve. The elder of the two sisters, kishi was taught more from her mother. Though like katsu she was trained to hone her strength as well. Her and her younger sister Katsu came from a noble family and inherited a combination of their parents abilities. She has the ability to to create and manipulate water, and she is able to use it for both fighting, and healing. As a nekojinn, she was born to serve the powerful demons who controlled the land. Her and her sister were assigned to the children of noble demons to protect and accompany them. Kishi was assigned to the younger child. A girl named Alexis, whom eventually grows darker and harsher, she begins to treat kishi more like a servant than a valuable companion. Katsu is planning to help her sister escape from the sinister demons clutches. Though Kishi still believes there is good in everyone.

Hair: Medium length dark brown curly hair with straightened bangs going to the left. She also has small black cat ears and a tail

Skin: light tan, darker than her sister, She has a black triangle marking under her right eye
Clothing: any modern clothing, (shorts,pants,skirts,dresses etc) occasionally wears older style elaborate dress clothing. Prefers darker colors (reds, deep golds,purples)
Accessories: The only accessory that she always wears is a black collar, with a golden lightning bolt pendant on the front. She wears this at all times. other than that, it doesnt matter, she wears any modern clothing and older clothing, it varies with the outfit.
Personality: Reserved, stubborn, strong willed and fairly stern. She gives off a "what are you looking at?" kind of vibe. She never smiles unless it is to comfort her sister. Strong in both will and body, dont make her angry.
Background:

Born to serve, Katsu was trained from a young age to be the best and the strongest she could be. Her and her elder sister Kishi came from a noble family and inherited a combination of their parents abilities. She has the ability to to create and manipulate lightning, and through rigorous training, she has gained ferocious strength. As a Nekojinn, she was born to serve the Stronger Demons, who controlled the land. Her and her sister were assigned to the children of a noble demon family to protect and accompany them. Katsu was assigned to the eldest child. A boy named Alexander, to whom she cares for deeply. Over time she has slowly fallen for her master, but it is an unrequited love.

Hair: Short light brown. He has brown striped tabby ears and tail.

Skin: tan, he has a black line marking on his right arm (can be seen in ref) The marking on his arm must be there.
Clothing: any modern clothing, (shorts,pants) he's typically seen in jeans and t-shirts, work clothing. Casual wear.
Accessories: None
Personality: Carefree and happy, he's a bit of a goofball. He hates to be alone, and enjoys being outside. Despite his carefree personality he's a hard worker and very precise in what he does.
Background:

Akira was born into an average middle class family of farmers along with his twin sister Ayame. The two of them grew up together on their families farm not far from the upper class districts (where kishi and katsu live). Inherited from his father, Akira has the ability to manipulate earth, which he uses to do his job (landscaping gardening). When he was 10 years old, typical age for Nekojinn to get their first big jobs, he began work as an apprentice in the royal gardens under the guidance of Tobi's father, the head gardener. It was there he first met katsu and they became close friends, through the years of their friendship he grew closer and eventually fell in love with her. He worked in the royal gardens for years, up until alexanders banishment to the realm of humans and katsu's imprisonment. In grief for being unable to save her from imprisonment and hatred for the people who put her there he left his job in the gardens and went to the human world in order to wait for the moment he could help break her free. He works now on his own farm in the human world making a modest living. He was there when katsu finally escaped her imprisonment and went to the human world in order to find alexander. He still loves her, and shows it at every possibility, though in usually goofy overdone ways which in turn earn him nothing but annoyed glares and rejections.

Personality: Outspoken and caring, she likes to help others out. She's patient and strong willed and not afraid to keep others in line. A bit of a tom-boy at times.
Background:

Born to an average middle class family along with her twin brother Akira she led a fairly normal childhood. The two of them grew up on their families farm near the upper class districts (where kishi and katsu lived). They attended the nekojinn academy in order to hone their abilities in preparation for later work. Inherited from her mother, Ayame has the ability to create and manipulate plants, she uses this in combination with her brothers earth abilities to do jobs in gardening. When she was 10 years old, she went along with her brother in order to be trained to work in the royal gardens.She became close friends with kishi and katsu through interactions at the palace. She worked in the palace gardens until her brother left after the incidents with alexander and katsu. When he went to the human world in order to wait for katsu, she stayed behind in order to assist in katsu's escape, later meeting up with them in the human world where she is now.

After quitting her job at the palace gardens, she returned to her families farm before taking over her mothers local flower shop. It was during this time she met Ryou. He soon became a close friend, handsome and caring she fell for him easily. Though their friendship is under constant stress as he's a constant flirt and doesn't realize her feelings towards him.

Hair: Shoulder length black hair kept in a pony tail. He has black cat ears and tail with white tips.

Skin: light tan, slightly darker than his brothers. He has a marking on the pointer finger of his right hand that looks something like a red ring (can be seen in ref) He's got a fairly muscular build.
Clothing: any modern clothing (jeans button up shirts), generally he can bee seen in his work clothing which includes black pants/shoes, a white button up top and a red vest.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is the one who holds his family together. He is stern yet caring, very responsible, he always looking out for his little brothers. He doesn't talk much.
Background:

One of three brothers, Takeshi took responsibility at a young age. When their father walked out on the family when he was only 5, his mother had a very difficult time supporting the family. Since at the time his brothers where only 3 and 2 years old, Takeshi took the task of watching out for them while his mother worked multiple small jobs. Through his years of caring for his brothers he gained an affinity and talent for cooking. He attended the academy for only a year before dropping out in order to better support his family and allow his younger siblings to go without worry, Takeshi has the ability to create and manipulate fire. Once out of the academy, he and his brothers began working at a local bar where they started a band as well as wait tables. Takeshi serves as a chef on certain nights, his dream is to someday be able to build and own his own bar.

When the brothers took a gig for a wealthy family in the upper districts, he saw Jining for the first time and it was love at first sight. Unfortunately his feelings are unrequited, and due to their class differences he rarely gets to speak with her. Though he is determined to catch her attention and gain her love.

Personality: Flirtatious and outgoing, Ryou is popular with the ladies. He has a sharp wit and is very good at what he does (singing).
Background:

The middle brother of three he tries his best to stand out, and it works. With a sharp wit and charming personality he was always popular among the ladies. He works with his two brothers at the local bar and is the lead singer for their band. He has the ability to create and control wind. He dreams of making it big and providing a better life for his family.

He met Ayame when they were 16, and they hit it off right away. They became close friends quickly and he loves her company. Though he flirts with many women, he really only has true eyes for Ayame. Though he can't bring himself to admit it.

Clothing: any modern clothing (jeans button up shirts), generally he can bee seen in his work clothing which includes black pants/shoes, a white button up top and a light purple vest.

Personality: Hyper and playful Daisuke brings life into the room. He's carefree and loves to be around others. Though he becomes shy and awkward when his crush is around, much to the amusement of his brothers.
Background:

The youngest of three brothers, Daisuke is playful and carefree. He works with his two brothers at the bar playing a variety of instruments, his favorite being his guitar with built in keyboard. Since he was young he excelled in music, surpassing even his elder brothers when it came to instruments. He loves what they do and like his older brothers, hopes to someday own a bar all their own in order to play and make it big. He loves his brothers and tries his best to keep up with them. His ability allows him to create and manipulate smoke.

He first met Kishi through Ayame, she brought the girl to see them play one night at the bar. When Ayame introduced her to him and his brothers, the normally outgoing friendly Daisuke found himself stumbling over words. He becomes increasingly clumsy and awkward when she's around and his shyness contracts his usual behavior. He wants nothing more than to see her free from the confinement of the demon she serves, Alexis.

A bit about them:

The three are brothers, oldest being Takeshi, Middle Ryou, and Youngest Daisuke. They work at a local bar and have a band that plays there regularly.

Personality: Energetic and adventurous, he loves being outside, much like akira whom he see's as an older brother. He's a sweet boy who loves to build and create things. He's easily excited and loves to explore. Quite intelligent for his age.
Background:

Tobi, full name is Tobias but he hates being called that, is the only child of the palaces head garderner (Akira's mentor). Like his father and Akira, his abilities consist of earth manipulation which he's still learning to use. Fresh from the academy, he's following in his fathers footsteps. He's known Akira since he was born, and views him as an older brother whom he looks up too and cares deeply for. He's often seen following close behind Akira in the gardens, learning from him and helping out. He's a sweet boy and will often bring Ayame flowers from the garden. Intelligent for his age, he has a knack for building things, and loves to tinker with anything that he finds lying around.

Personality: Cocky and playful, he's a man of his own invention. He doesn't like to be told what to do. A hard worker when he wants to be, he enjoys getting things done quickly but precisely.
Background:

Full name is Samuel (Sam), but everyone just calls him by his last name 'Hershel' or Hersh for short. Born on a farm on the outskirts of the royal city, he grew up not far from Akira and Ayame. His and the twins families did a lot of business together via farm trade, and so the three of them got to know each other well. As the years passed, the three remained inseparable until the twins took the job in the royal gardens. Hershel remained on the farm to continue the family business. His ability consists of intense speed, allowing him to maintain multiple aspects of the farm at once and get things done quickly.

He's always had eyes for Ayame, but she rejected his advances wanting to keep him as simply a close childhood friend. These feelings combined with completely different mindsets/lifestyles cause him to butt heads with Ryou whenever they are within each others general vicinity.

Hair: long straight jet black hair,with large ringlets looped by her face. She has cream colored cat ears and tail with dark brown tips (like a siamese), her tail is fluffy/long haired

Skin: Fairly tan, she has a gold diamond marking on her forehead that looks like this
Clothing: most modern clothing, prefers skirts and dresses. She likes to wear elegant clothing. Her favorites are elegant and expensive gold pieces.
Accessories: Gold jewelry of all varieties. Interchangeable.
Personality: Dramatic and flirty, she likes to get her way. She loves attention and the finer things in life. Spoiled and a bit bratty, she thinks others should do what she asks.
Background:

Born to a wealthy first class family, she is the only daughter in her family of 7. She is also the youngest, her four older brothers varying in age from 30 to 23. Being the only daughter, she was spoiled rotten growing up, and her brothers always kept a watchful eye over their little sister. As a result, she has a royal attitude and doesn't like taking no for an answer. Her home resides close to kishi and katsu's and she knew the two of them growing up. She got along well enough with the elder calmer sister who was able to ignore her selfish remarks. However, she still clashes with katsu when they are near each other. Her abilities consist of metal manipulation, primarily used on gold and other precious metals.

She first met Ayame and Akira when the two came on a job to work in her families garden. She became friends with Ayame, one of her only female friends, and infatuated with Akira. She found his hard shirtless work in the garden to be enticing, as well as the fact that he was the first men to tell her he wasn't interested in her. Which only served to make him more desirable.

Hair: long straight jet black hair, usually kept loosely restrained at the end. He has cream colored cat ears and tail with dark brown tips (like a siamese), his tail is fluffy/long haired
Eyes: Brown
Skin: Tan, He has a silver crescent-shaped marking just below his left eye.
Clothing: Seen often in long loose-fitting formal chinese attire. Outfits easy to train in.
Accessories: Metal bands usually around both his wrists and ankles for easy manipulation. Other metallic jewelry as well such as silver earrings/ bangles are interchangeable.
Personality: Stoic and well disciplined, he is very diligent and serious about his duties. Often labeled as the toughest and least bending of the Jīnshǔ family boys, especially when it comes to training. He holds a certain air of dignity about him, well fitting of his families social class.
Background:

The second born child in the family, Ginfeng is Jinjing's second oldest brother at the age of 25. Following in his fathers footsteps, Ginfeng quickly ascended the military ranks becoming a general for the Royal army. He is known as one of the harshest and most difficult officers to train under, but he produces quality troops. He is an experienced soldier for his relatively young age and sports many scars on his chest to prove it. Diligent, hard-working and intelligent, Ginfeng can easily take charge of the situation, and often does.

Due to his reputation as a tough hardened military man, Ginfeng was (and still is) at war with himself over his sexual orientation. Contrary to his flamboyant elder sibling, he refuses to show any open signs of homosexuality, though he is in fact gay. As much as he may adamantly deny it, he has developed a special fondness for one of the mansions hired help, Olivier, and the two keep their interactions a secret.

Olivier (O-li-vee-air)
Male || 20yrs || 5’8”

Hair: Medium length, brown curly hair, usually tied back in a ponytail. His bangs completely cover the left side of his face. He has matching brown ears with long tufts of fur at the tips and a fluffy tail.
Eyes: Sky blue
Skin: Slightly tanned, he has a black mark around his left wrist like a bracelet.
Clothing: Usually found in simple, looser fitting clothing, he has occasionally been put in dresses by the eldest Jīnshǔ brother.
Accessories: None
Personality: Slightly timid around strangers, he’s fairly easygoing when he’s opened up and trusts those he knows well with his life. He’s very self conscious about showing the left half of his face.
Background:

His family has worked for the Jīnshǔ family for generations, and Olivier is no exception. His father is the librarian of the mansion, and he’s been a scholar in training since a young age. He was born completely blind in his left eye, and covers that side of his face with his hair in order to hide the discolored iris. He has the power to manipulate ice, but very rarely uses it.

He’s admired all of the brothers since he was little, having always been of a lithe build himself, and has always gotten along well with the eldest brother. It was due to his encouragement that he was able to accept himself as gay, and is currently in a secret relationship with Ginfeng, the second brother.
