REgarding the judging.. I didn't go through any of the things in the past (in other words see any complaints or what not) but I can understand where Cimeara is coming from!! I'd be exactly like that ^.^ I mean I'd pick the ones I thought were the best by my standard and mood, not by anyone else's. For all I care, someone who submitted something such as a stick figure that ressembled very much what I was asking for and I really really liked it, it'll be da winner!! That's why I wasn't going to be surprised if ...um I forgot her name, that girl who drew up the chibis would win! Because they were so freakin cool^.^!!!

Anyways, I'm done gocking about judging. Wow I'm surprised this thread is soooo...big!!! Dang!!!

fsc: I can't believe I just found out you're in Iceland! I love that place, we've visited only twice though from the US. But a wonderful country!

Lambretta: I draw a little. I used to do more, longer ago. Watercolours, oil, acrylics, pen & ink, charcoal, pastels, pencil, I played with a lot but never studied enough. Did some science fiction art shows though, and usually got enough to pay my convention fees if not the hotel bill blaugh

And another art contest?!? um... maybe someday, but if Gaia doesn't fix the trading system the only prizes are going to be current donation letters so I can just drop them in people's inventories without typing everything twenty bloody times to get it to stick! xp

LOL! well, you -should- go, it's great, magnificent scenery and wonderfully nice people (almost all speak English)! but a bit on the other side of the world for you. I'm in New England, so I'm on the right coast for Iceland, but not for Hawaii/Japan/New Zealand, which are all places that I'd like to visit, too.

You can drop current letters into peoples inventories without their permission? Lol! I didnt know you could.. Wow that gives me ideas. So many people dont like getting gifts. Crazy people. razz

Oh oh! I was trading earlier today. I dont know if you tried this but if you try typing in your stuff and then just click the submit/send button really really fast over and over and over and over again before it actually goes through, sometimes it works. That quite possibly made no sense. I cant imagine what its like for you Cim, all those prizes .... I know I was frustrated like no other with just that one trade.

lol! They really need to fix the bank, I liked buying/selling on the exchange and it's an absolute pain when you have 5 people bidding on stuff and you have to keep clicking in the bank gonk
