Opinions, should I sell or keep practicing?

I sketch on paper then, take a photo of it and paint, line, etc.. on my phone.

This is not bad. If you can sell your art now, then do so! You'll be getting better as you keep drawing anyway. No reason to wait. If someone wants to buy your art at whatever skill level you are, great!

Pretty cute! I think you could get a few buyers at the right price. smile Just watch how the clavicle forms on the shoulders. They should be going above and over the shoulder joints, not into them. ^^
