Yowamushi Pedal was one of them, though regretfully I''m pretty far behind because of school. I think I got to around Machimiya's introduction, both in the anime and in the manga.
My favorite characters are Midousuji and Onoda smile
Other sports manga (that I'm also likewise behind) were
- Teppuu (women's mixed martial arts)
- Bagattaway (lacrosse)
- Ookiku Furikabutte (baseball)
- Shoujo Fight (volleyball)
- Kuroko no Basuke (basketball)
- 15: Meisetsu Kougyou Koukou Rugby Bu (rugby)
though I managed to complete Eyeshield 21 (football) and I'm currently caught up with Koukou Kyuuji Zawa-san (baseball; more of a slice of life with baseball than something like the rest of these).
I think I was making an attempt to read every single sports manga possible, haha. My old to-read lists have a lot of them on it.

Also yes, all the teams are great! I love all of them, to be honest.

Aobajousai and every team they fought in that tournament were worth it, too. Karasuno just keeps on soaring higher and higher. It gives me goosebumps. 3nodding

Oml, I'm kind of undecided about Midousuji.
I like him but at the same time, I don't like his attitude. ;w;
I like Makishima and Naruko. ;v;
Oh and Arakita too. xD

I'll definitely look these up!
I've been meaning to get into Ookiku Furikabutte but it kept slipping my mind. x'<
But I've already discovered Kuroko no Basket, only the anime though. ;x;
