Contraction
Release
Sliding under skin

Tendons
Ligaments
Straining
Keeping me whole

The movements are my own
Not borrowed from MTV
It's all me
The music tells me what to do

Heart
Pounding
Driving
Blood feels on fire

Spirit
Soaring
Joyous
Freedom in the dance

Join my flow
Or let me go
Don't force me to move
the way you think I should

Breathing
Alive
That is passion
