• The sun starts to rise in the quiet town. The dew on the grass and flowers made the air crisp. In the small town in the valley you could hear the sounds of the children running to get to their normal daily activities. Awaking as the sunlight hit the window sill of the bedroom and filled the room with different colors. As she opened her eyes to the bright glow of the light purple paint that was just painted, you could tell by the smell that still lingers in the room, mixed with the fresh smell of pancakes and bacon. As she awoke fully she could hear her mother calling her name from downstairs. "Ayami, its time to get up" shouted the voice coming from downstairs. it was Ayami's first night in this new house. For Ayami was a orphan who just found a new family. Ayami was an older child at the orphanage, most family's wanted a young child. And Ayami was 16. as Ayami got out of bed, she dragged her feet across the cold tiled floor. She looked at the chair on the other side of the room to see some new clothes. Her mother called up into the room "those are yours they are hand me downs from when i was your age. I will be running to town for some more later on today". "Yes mam" Ayami yelled back through the door. Ayami forced herself across the room and slowly puts on the clothes, when she gets done she walks don the stairs to see her new father and mother already sitting at the table enjoying a nice breakfast. "Good morning" Ayami muttered and slowly took a seat, her father looks over at her. "well its nice to see your up. i have a feeling your going to have a good day here, There are many other children here in this town that i know you will like". The scent of the eggs tickles Ayami's nose as this is the first real breakfast she can remember. "Thank you very much for taking me in like this Mr and Ms Rudato. Mr Rudato looked at his wife with a troubled look, "please Ayami feel free to call us mother and father, I mean when your ready". Ayami smiled and nodded. "Now hurry up with your food. the bus will be here any time for school". Ayami looked at her with a puzzled look, "what is school?" Ayami asked with a shy face. Mr Rudato laughed a little, "my dear, did you not have School where you were before?" he asked with a smile on his face. Ayami put her head down and replied quickly, "no sir." "well sweet heart" Ayami's new mother replied with a smile also, "school is where all the children go in the morning...its where they learn. "ohh!" Ayami said with a smile on her face, "you mean class!." Mr and Ms Rudato looked at each other then laughed, "oh so that's what you called it then" Mr Rudato said with a smile. "Yes sir" Ayami replyed, but if you will excuse me i'm going to clean up a little before school. Mr Rudato smiled, "go ahead my dear, the bus will be here in 5 minutes" Ayami smiled and ran into the bathroom "yes sir!". As she finished up she heard the bus honk "come on hun the bus is here" said Ms Rudato, "yes mam!" Ayami yelled then run back out into the kitchen. Ms Rudato was waiting at the door with a bagged lunch, "here you are sweetie" she handed the lunched bag to Ayami and opened the door. "Have a good day" Ayami smiled and ran out to the bus, as she stepped onto the bus and looked around for an empty seat. "Hello miss", Ayami jumped and looked over at the bus driver. "Hello sir" she replied, the bus driver smiled. "My name is Taiku Karguwa and you are? the bus driver asked, "my name is Ayami...Ayami Rudato " Ayami replied. Nice to meet you but now if you don't mind please take a seat so we can get on are way" he said smiling. "yes sir" Ayami replied, as she was walking down the aisle she could hear the other children talking. And the one thing she heard fer sure was "Fresh meat!" but Ayami didn't want to find out what that meant, so she dove into the first empty seat she saw. As the bus pulled up into the parking lot of the school, Ayami sat and waited for everyone to get off the bus. Then she left herself and ran into the school to find the office and start her first day at a normal school.
