• Chapter 6!!!

Recap: I must not have been paying attention because the next thing I knew I went flying.

Ugh. My head hurts like crap. Who was the dumbnut who wasn't paying attention. Oh, yeah...that was me.
I press my hand to my forehead, as I lay on the tile floor, feeling a bump rising. Man, was I going to feel that in the morning. Suddenly, two tanned arms grab my arms.
"I'm so sorry. I should have been watching where I was going. I'm so sorry..." The guy before me trails off. Hel-lo. I think, staring up at this guy. Who was he and how come I had never seen him before? I wondered staring into his emerald eyes.
Shaggy, black hair frames his face, and his tan skin makes my tan skin look pale. His light blue polo is nice and tight so I can see the definition of abs underneath his shirt.
I definitely forgive him. "No, don't worry about it. I'll be fine. Probably a minor concussion." I joke, falling under his spell of good looks. If he had a girlfriend, she was dead.
He laughs and the sound reminds me of wind chimes. He quickly stands up and thurst his hand out to help me.
"Hi, I'mSam Bennet. I think you're in my gym class...you're the girl who beat the crap out of Natasha, barehanded right?"
I chuckled. News spread fast. Good. People would stay out of my way.
"I'm Lucy Simon, and yes, I did hit Natasha a few times." Sam's eyes widened underneath his thick lashes. "That takes guts...I like it." I blush (ugh, I BLUSHED!) and start to walk down the hallway with Sam.
"Thanks. I was mainly just sick of all the girls hating me. I mean, I would love to trade places with them. I don't really get why it's such a big deal. I kill Esmeralda and it's all over, bada bing." I laugh, but grow silent when I notice the look on his face.
"Wait...so you don't know?" Sam stares deep into my eyes. For a second I forget everything that has happened, losing myself in his eyes. Whoa...but I quickly retyen to my charming self. Ha.
"What do you mean? Uh, am I missing something here?" I ask quietly. I'm getting kind of nervous while he stares at me so intently.
Sam suddenly smiles, blinding me with his white teeth."Don't worry about, Lucy. What's your next class anyw-" Sam his cut off by a sharp voice. "There you are, Lucy." Jesse, who seems to be out of breath, comes joging up beside us. "Friggin Headmaster sends me to find you AND switches me to all your classes, and you don't even have the common curtesy to wait for me."
Jesse looks pissed. Aw...is the poor baby mad because he's lucky enough to even be talking to me? Ever since my little "I punched you a lot" incidence, Jesse and I weren't exactley friendly. Hey, you would be harsh if you found out the guy had been stalking you for quite a while. Who knows if he saw me naked.
"Yes, hello Jesse. It's nice to see you too." I mutter, mouthing "Sorry" to Sam. He smiles and shakes his head. Jesse, notcing the exchange, glares. "I'm sorry, Lucy, if I'm a little frustrasted that I got moved out of some of my favorite classes so I could watch over you like a child." Jesse smirks, his golden wayward hair falling over his eyes.
Hey. Jesse cut his hair. I admire the way it falls around him, making his eyes even brighter and sexier than they were before. Grrr his gorgeousiness. How come I wasn't that good-looking?
I think it's time I cut him some slack. "Okay, I'm sorry Jesse that I knocked Natasha senseless. I am also sorry that I made you leave your classes. If it'll help, I'll give you my serving of desert tonight at dinner." I smile angelically. You've gotta love me.

    Jesse's P.O.V.
I couldn't believe I had to switch classes. I can't believe Mr. D did this to me. When I found Lucy walking down the hallway, I almost killed her (not literally). That is, until I saw Sam.
I don't know why I was so angry. I mean, I could tell she liked him. I mean, her eyes were almost falling out of their sockets. I don't even know why I care. It's not like I like her or anything. But when I saw her walking with him, I almost ripped out my hair.
I listened in on what Lucy was saying. "...Okay. I'm sorry Jesse that I knocked Natasha senseless. I am also sorry that I made you leave your classes. If it'll help, I'll give you my serving of dessert tonight at dinner." She smiles, giving me puppy-dog eyes.
My heart almost falls out of my chest. D*** her gorgeousness.
