• The loud beats of music echoed throughout the room as lights turned from red, dark violet, blue, and an odd glowing gold towards the black and white tiled dance flower that had multiple bodies dancing in mysterious like trances. Mirrors that held odd bejeweled designs hung near the stained glass made bar as tables covered in silver rosed designed table clothes surrounded the radius of it. One table was long with multiple teapots and cups, a man with an odd dark top hat with strange flowers pinned as decoration, sat at the end.

Mad Hatter glanced up from his tea cup to the face of a pale White Rabbit, "Just about late by thirty seconds," he merely stated as his companion sat across from him, "Why the pale face like snow?"
".....I saw someone...Someone who looked like her...." Mad Hatter paused a moment and drank his tea, "You must have been mistaken....She can never be replaced-"
"No," White Rabbit growled out, "I saw that child with my own eyes. It's a sign...A sign that Alice is back." Mad Hatter set his cup down, "....Are you certain?" White Rabbit nodded, "As the one who leads all to Wonderland, I'm certain it was Alice...Alice in some form..."

The teapot in front of them got swapped up by a hand and they froze to see Chesire Cat stand before them, "What's with all the whispering?" the boy asked curiously as he stared at his elders, "It is a bad secret that could influence us all or is it a secret that is just for you two to know and us to find out?" Mad Hatter sighed as White Rabbit motioned their new companion to sit, "It's about Alice." Chesire Cat's face turned pale and shocked before recovering with a witty saying, "Was it the dust or the cracking of your brain White Rabbit?"
"I'm not joking at all," White Rabbit insisted again, "I saw a child that looked like Alice and I'm for certain that the child is related to her."
"Is it a he or tis a she? You keep referring to this mirage as a child," the cat boy challenged as White Rabbit looked down, "....I only saw the child...I couldn't figure out long enough if it was a she or he..."
    "Huh.....There you have it."
"I'm not going insane. That's your department Mad Hatter," White Rabbit snapped and stood up, "I'm going to look if the child followed me. You'll see, you'll know when you catch a glimpse of that child you'll know that our Alice has returned."

Mad Hatter and Chesire Cat watched as the man quickly disappeared into the crowd on the checkered dance floor before glancing at each other, "Is it really true?" Mad Hatter finally spoke after a long silence fell upon them, "Is our Alice back?"
"We have not had Alice within our lives for so long," Chesire Cat stated and skillfully twirled the china teapot upon the tips of his long claws before Hatter snatched back his beloved teapot before there was a mere chance of it to fall, "What if it is true like a dream within the cards of our Queen?"
"You need new witty things to come up with," Mad Hatter snapped as he tried to stop his trembling fingers from shaking his cup, "......Alice...."

    --------------

    Alex was very fearful.

The club held a magic, something he knew that was in his reach, but was afraid to step closer to it that it may disappear before his eyes. He caught an eye of a young girl with brown rabbit ears and she stared as he did as well. She wore an odd dress of a suit. One with mismatching patterns of hearts, teapots, and of roses along with her brown ears. She carried a teapot that had a little door on it like a house.

"Um...Excuse me," he asked after gathering courage to speak with her, "Di-Did you see a man with white rabbit ears go by?"
"Alice!" Alex cried out in confusion as the girl hugged him and sobbed, "Alice you're back!"
"I-I'm not Alice...My name is Alex." The girl jumped back in alarm, "N-No you can't be," she stuttered in confusion as she looked at him, "You look like her."
"Who's 'her'? I'm Alex...." The girl shook her head and ran off, "H-Hey!" Alex hurried through the dancers, but lost sight of the girl, "Darn..Twice in one night," he muttered to himself before slipping off the dance floor towards a deserted table, ".....Mother...."

That girl spoke of his mother's name, was she someone his mother knew? "Excuse me....."
"Yes?" Alex glanced up and stared as he came face to face once again with the girl, "I'm sorry from running off...." Alex shook his head, "N-No it's fine," he replied as she sat down, "I'm March Hare by the way Alex."
    "Nice to meet you...."
"....You really do look like her..."
